      In January 2022, we purchased a new floor for our living room from the Home Depot in *********** The purchase was supposed to be guaranteed for a year. After the purchase they gave it to an installer that managed to put a hole in a pipe while nailing in the baseboard. Home Depot sent ******************** to inspect the pipe on 11/22/22 They determined the hole was created because we did not have nail plates on the pipe to ensure they did not put nails through pipes. The home was built In ****. We purchased the house in **** having no idea this was an issue. We had already had the same floor replaced years ago and did not have this issue. Because of the lack of a nail plate on the pipe ******************** denied the claim. They sent a form letter with out a company signature saying the claim is denied.Since they declined to guarantee their work, we have been responsible for the following costs:Plumbing Repair $3614 Floor repair $450 Total $4064 We will never use Home Depot again.

      I Bought Tile flooring and carpet from HD. They pushed our installation a couple of times. The installer came to install the tile and ended up tearing out everything he installed which was over half of the tile. He told us and showed us that the tiles were not cut square and the installation was not going to look professional. We have tried calling the store several times and finally talked to a manager (*****) he said he couldn't do anything and that *** (who I guess is in charge of flooring) was the only one that could help us. He stated that she would call us the next morning when she got in at 8 am. Never heard anything from her. Called and left her several messages finally a day later she called and said she was waiting on a manager to tell her what she could do???? I was told she was the only one that could do anything, anyway, the managers were in training....She said she'd call us back that night or first thing the next morning..two days later and several messages later we still have not heard anything....worst experience ever! HD has gone so far downhill I believe they will be out of business within a couple of years! Don't buy from here or you'll be on your own!

      Worst Home Depot in **. Cashiers are all what appear to be high school females too worried about men to offer assistance or answer a general question . When I asked for the General manger since none of them could offer assistance they acted belligerent. The cashiers literally talk about disgusting personal topics with customers right there. They are rude loud and act as if they are too pretty to do their jobs while the manger flirts with them its just too much going on for this to be a professional business. Location - ***************************************************************************. Someone must do something because honestly its 11:42 pm I wouldnt be typing this if it wasnt serious please take into consideration looking into whos managing this location and the cashiers especially. Its disgusting.

      I bought a cart load of Christmas lights that were on sale at the ***** ** Home Depot store. When I went to the checkout I was pleasantly met with two young ladies that checked out my purchases and bagged them too. They were very pleasant. When started unloading my cart full of purchases out in the snowy cold parking lot a friendly senior gentleman from the store helped me unload and took my cart back for me. Talk about home town friendly service. I am impressed and Im coming back because you have a great store and awesome employees too.

      I shop at home depot 2-3 times a week. The stores are great. I finally ordered a tool box that had to be delivered as they do not stock the big ones. I will never make that mistake again. Home Depot uses US Pack Logistics for deliveries. What a terrible company. They called to say they would be here within 4 hours. 6 hours later I call them and they are still 1 1/2 hours out. Its Friday at 6:15 pm. I have paid overtime to 2 employees to stay from 4pm. I am sending them home s**** this. Dear Home Depot You need another carrier. The dispatcher basically told me Tuff S--T. This reflects on you Home Depot. Your store told me to refuse the shipment when it does show up. So Monday if and when it does, I will and go to Lowes and get one.

      Buy a GE Profile 7.4 cu. ft. *************** ***** with Sanitize Cycle and ****************** STAR and Gas ***** Parts Kit for $855.94 ***** didn't work, Order Number WB32053849 They said they would send a technician to look at the problem and thus decide if the items should be returned, it's been almost 2 months now and that charge is still in my account, I called customer ********************** and they told me that they will check that, if you sell something defective that is your problem, no one will pay for an item that did not work for me Home Depot is no longer a purchase option for my home, shame.Look for other options and **********************

      This is just terrible that the only way you can get help is to come here and make a complaint. Well hopefully this works!!! I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot on 09/08/2022 like others have stated long story short I didn't receive it until October 18 which I was ok with that. my problem is my Ice maker went out the week before Christmas I phoned frigidaire they did troubleshooting with me problem still not resolved. so I called back spoke to a lady she gave me the number to the people to schedule service,I was told they're not doing *************** at this time called frigidaire back given an appointment with another company, now I'm getting text messages all day of my new appt saying only one stop before they will be at my home and all only to have them not show on 01/10/2023 I missed work for nothing. I called them the next day only for them to tell me they guy couldn't service my area I even went to HD and was given a pamphlet with another company and when I try to use the prompts they keep saying sorry they didn't get that I'm so sad and feel so cheated this can't be the new normal I will never purchase anything else from them ever again just robbed me of my money

      I am long time customer at ***************** in Home ********************** ************. I have spent thousands of dollars there buying tons of flowers, dirt, pots, etc.. Today I was not allowed to pick up the broken twig from the floor. ******* told me that "others spent more". Keep your ******. I will not shop there again. Not a big lost for you anyway.
