      If I could give a negative number I would. Paid full price for new fridge, stove, and dishwasher to have scratch and dent quality delivered. Refused the items twice and still have no date for delivery of our fridge paid for two weeks ago.

      I love Home Depot, but they or their shipping failed me. I bought a large tool box from them and they gave me a delivery date which was about 4-5 days from the date purchase which was fine. Well that day finally came and Im waiting for my shipment only to receive a text stating they could not deliver. I contacted customer support via text and they basically stated the shipping was passed around to 3 stores and each could not deliver for whatever reason. Then later customer support stated the reason was because they needed to change from flat bed truck to box truck and now have scheduled me another 6 days out. They had ample time to figure this out and yet chose to on the day and time window of the shipping. Im very disappointed as Ive been looking forward to it all week. I love Home Depot as a store but somewhere in the shipping department I am displeased with. Customer ********************** was great though.

      Rating would be '0' if it was an option Subject: Whole Home Window (********) Purchase + Patio Door (~$25k purchase)Year long event, started with false/misleading information from the salesman to a current 'full settlement proposal' from a THD district Install service resource. I have a worksheet clearly noting every event and the durations before responses/actions This would seem great, if I could get past the below facts:* Quality of EVERY window, agreed to by several THD reps who came on site to review my org claims * **************** Star ratings on several windows * Casement window that is still inoperable, opening mechanism broke on second opening - THD was made aware on multiple occasions * 3-Panel Patio Door Specifics: ***Opened the WRONG WAY ***Patio door screen will not stay on tracks - yes, I had adjusted to the max ****** compensation *** Install of PD had the center, locking pillar, drilled thru - exposing the s**** tip in VIEW * MOLD BUILD UP on windows, assumingly die to poor/broken seals of windows allowing moisture to drip and settle on inside Funny, once I presented pictures of the incorrect window energy rating and mold that THD took the actions to fully refund the purchase - but again, I am facing WORSE conditions then what I had, and now facing higher costs a year later!

      I have asked multiple times why I was provided windows that are not energy star rated for the region I line i, and expected to receive. I have also asked why they are all growing mold and show signs of moisture on the inside - assume because the seals are broke &/or because they are not rated for the region I live in (lucky it has been a very mild winter so far). IWhile THD has provided a settlement letter, by accepting it I waive all future warranty and any potential claims downstream. At this point, I am extremally concerned over the mold and what may be happening behind all the casings that I CANT SEE! Is damaging happening to the frame work supporting each window, I have no idea!! I feel a response is warranted since I haven't yet signed off and THD still needs to do the right thing....

      Well, I received a full refund, but I am left with inferior windows and continued mold growth. With the cost increases abound, I am unable to replace the windows now - I was pushing it with the deal I received over a year ago...I NEVER signed off on the refund, and I am open to pursuing other alternatives, but I have to weight the risks....

      I bought a Milwaukee drill driver combo set from Home Depot on *******************************************************. that is the place where I pick up the item. They tried to charge me for two of them which is over $400 hundred for one set when I only bought one. I think that is criminal activity that the management allowed to happen. I no longer trust Home Depot and its associates. Be careful shopping at this store in ********** **. they will try to over charge you. I put one star and that is way too much.

      We ordered a Bosch dishwasher through on-line service with Home Depot. Website indicated it was in stock. Ordered on Jan 6 2023, delivery date Jan 13 2023. Didn't get an email or call day before, called Home Depot Friday am. After being on hold for 40 mins, was told ***** delivered the dishwasher and got a signature, the Home Depot warehouse couldn't find it. They told me that Home Depot would do an internal investigation and i wouldn't get word until Wednesday, Jan 18th. As of Wednesday, got no call, email, or text. Tried calling, was put on hold for 30 mins without getting anyone to answer. Now on a series of texts that has been going on for another 30 mins with no information. The policy of delaying getting information to the customer when Home ********************** made the mistake, especially when the dishwasher has been paid for is not acceptable. It has become my problem to fix when they mishandled the dshwasher.

      Contracted The Home Depot to replace 18 windows in my home April 2021. I was sold on ******** windows color Dark Bronze that advertised with a ******************* finish per the Salesperson (***) and the *************************. I was promised a turnaround time of June 2021 that turned into Mid-August 2021. Upon inspection, the color of the windows was chocolate. The Home Depot blamed me siting I should have expected brown hue's, except I was sold on "you can stand from the curb and it would look black", but these windows were clear as day far from ******************* and instead *****. Only until the Sales Manager physically took a look at the windows did they realize it was a vendor production error and refunded my money. In attempt to right the wrong that was done because i desperately needed windows for the winter approaching, they convinced me they were remorseful and would go above and beyond if I re-ordered. Against better judgement i gave them another chance, ordered ******** 100 series windows and they promised an installation time frame of Oct/Nov 2021. Fast forward installation occurred March 2022 siting Covid/Supply chain issues. The workmanship of the installers were poor, the caulking on the interior and exterior was unprofessional, there were lots of excess caulking and lines were not straight on the exterior that was black. The also damaged my siding and 3 windows were incorrectly measured and had to be re-ordered. Fast forward to July 2022 the installers returned to install the re-ordered windows that was missing one screen and needed to be re-ordered. The caulking was skipped because they felt they couldn't do a better job. After escalating im still waiting on new installers to correct the caulking issues, but like child's play installers block my number when im attempting to schedule (only known since I called from a different number thinking it was an issue with my phone). It must be because they are afraid of damaging the exterior windows as many of them have stated.

      Don't Buy Your Appliances Here!In November 2022 I bought a dryer (Whirlpool)In December 2022 the dryer was delivered. When the dryer was plugged in the light came on in the dryer but nothing else worked. The delivery person said that the power in my home was insufficient to boost the dryer. Because of the holidays was difficult to find an electrician immediately. When an electrician was able to come out he found that my electrical was sufficient and the dryer is indeed a lemon! Since then I have been back and forth with Home Depot with no success. Today they are sending out a repair person to fix the lemon versus giving us a new dryer. I am going to accept this service as we need a workiig dryer in the home but will NEVER purchase a nail from Home Depot!!!

      Location: ******************************************************************** Home Depot. I saw a fridge on the floor (open box) and was told by an employee that it was a brand new fridge but a return because there was a scratch on the front of it. It was advertised for half the price ($750). When I asked about a warranty, she said it came with one and it was just like purchasing a brand new fridge. The employee informed me that she had just finished "wiping it down" and her manager was looking to purchase it. I put a hold on it and planned to be back by 6pm to pick it up. A little over an hour later I received a call that it was broken and they were unable to sell it. It seems suspicious to me since the manager wanted to buy it, and it was "cleaned and wiped down". They offered to sell me a floor model for $400 more, totalling $1150. If it was under warranty, I'm not sure why I couldn't purchase the warrantied one after it was fixed. This is false advertisement and bait and switch. Tell somebody they can buy a fridge for $750 and then an hour later the price increases by $400, for the SAME item. I will no longer be doing business with Home Depot after this. They should be penalized for false advertisement. If their employees have first dibs on appliances, that's fine, but they should be taken off the floor, not advertised with a price, or at least marked sold.

      Been a customer with Home ********************** for years until now. Purchased a washing machine from Home Depot on line 12/24/22. Delivery scheduled for 12/30/22. No show on 12/30/22. Delivery rescheduled for 1/3/23. Dryer showed up damaged. Replacement dryer ordered and scheduled for delivery on 1/9/23. No show on 1/9/23, driver went to wrong house after calling me and advising they were on the way. 1/10/23, still no show after the driver called me to confirm the address. Called the office, representative stated that they could not make it out to my address that day. Called the resolution office. She stated they will need to reschedule my delivery. After 3 reschedules, I refused to reschedule again. Asked for any compensation for the damaged dryer she states 150 dollars. ***** refused after taking off from work four different times. Should have been offered more based on what I had gone through over the past 2 weeks. A refund was requested which meant another scheduled pick up of the damaged driver set for 1/13/23. Again, no show. Delivery driver stated truck broke down. 1/14/23, pick up of the damaged dryer complete. What a terrible experience.

      Placed and order for a garbage disposal air pump. never received the package. I check fed ex email and the leave it on the side walk on the street so I call Home Depot waititmes were long so inopted for the text/chat feature to ask for a replacement or refund they said I need to my bank. My bank refers to call merchant as they dont handle logistics/deliveries. What crappy service they went from it was delivered to your door then my gate I call and speak with someone **** saying it was curbside what a fool curbside is when you go to the front of the store and they bring it out. Just a line of senseless mindless people working here who cant provide real customer **********************. Do not order from this scam of a company just go in town ace or Lowes they would never make me jump through hoops like this even my bank said it was odd and inconsistent with their experience with the merchant-Home Depot. Researched online and found lot a of similar customer with similar experiences e they are not wanting to do the right the and earn a good customers business.
