      I purchased a refrigerator for the breakroom at my office. It was delivered on January 24, I paid for haul away of the old one. On the day it was delivered I was told they couldn't take it because the "truck was full". I was handed a card and told to call this number to schedule the haul away. When I called the number they gave me an appointment for Feb 6th which I did not accept. After a series of calls I was given a date of January 26 by 1pm. This office closes at 1pm. At 1pm I got a call saying they couldn't pick it up because "the truck was full". After 4 or 5 more calls they keep telling me they cannot pick up the old appliance until February. So now we have the old fridge sitting in the hallway (fire hazard) because the "truck is full". I will never, ever, ever, shop at Home Depot again personally or professionally. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. I spent ******* on a new appliance only to get treated like c*** after the sale. My new mission is to tell everyone I know NOT to shop at Home Depot. I won't even buy a nail at Home Depot!!

      I purchased a $3,000 defective fridge. I call them & go to the **************** ABSOLUTELY NOTHING gets done. I have a $3000 fridge in my kitchen as an accessory. Since the day it was delivered i had issues with the delivery guys. I made a complaint because they didnt want to bring it inside. I call & I get told one thing, i go to the ********* get told another. All i want is for my money back or a replacement.. GETTING A BRAND NEW FRIDGE REPAIRED IS NOT AN OPTION FOR ME Taking my business elsewhere moving forward! Nobody is resolving anything for me.. this is infruriates me because i spent $3K NOT $100, $200, nor $300!!!!!! I even spoke to the branch ************** tell me i have to go through ******* when i purchased it from ********************************** dont take any responsibility!!!

      I purchased a Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 Digital Charcoal Griddle, Grill and Smoker Combo from Home Depot online on 1/3/23 . I received confirmation stating that the grill would be delivered on 1/10/23. On 1/6/23 I received an email saying the grill was delivered to my home @ 3:55 pm . I contacted home depot because the grill was not delivered to my address. The home depot representative told me they would research what happened to the grill. I also spoke with a spoke person from NSD ( Non Stop Delivery) the delivery company responsible for delivering the grill , who suggested that I request proof of delivery. I requested proof of delivery from the shipping company and I have security cameras around my house to prove that the grill was not delivered to my house. It's Tuesday1/24/23 and I still haven't heard from NSD ( Non Stop Delivery) , I called NSD ( Non Stop Delivery) today and the customer ********************** was useless, and Home depot are saying I need to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Both companies customer ********************** **** ! and they are not willing to at all......

      The delivery from HD is absolutely horrible, saying theyll deliver an order sometime between 6am-5pm then never showing up & indiscriminately chging the delivery date wo calling the customer. After waiting 9 hrs at home & calling 1st thing this morning to confirm the delivery & knowing I was 8th on the list, no one showed up at all. All the managers could say was sorry & I could wait again tomorrow..

      I purchased new kitchen cabinets from Home Depot location in **********, ********. During the installation, the cabinets were measured wrong causing one cabinet door and drawer to slam into my stove. I have had problems with a strip falling off a new cabinet that was installed and the screws keep falling out of another cabinet under my sink. I have complained numerous times about the poor quality of work with both Home Depot and their contractor out of *******, ********* to no avail. Basically, the vendors accuse was that is what you requested without making no effort to correct. Oh yes, they left failed to install the spice rack that was a part of the order. I was reimbursed $200. I do not recommend using Home Depot for any home innovations. Because of the lack of customer ********************** and the money I paid expecting quality work, I will never set foot in Home Depot ever again, not even to purchase a can of paint or a screwdriver as they screwed me by taking my money without the proper customer **********************.

      Bought a laundry tower and arrange it to be delivered on January 10, and the installation and hauling the old one, was to be done the next day. So, here I was waiting all day for them to no show up, when calling customer **********************, they informed me, that the delivery was change to the following day. I told them that they never contacted me to do the change and the delivery can't be done said day and to move it to the following week. The installer called to confirm the delivery and told them they didn't deliver it and arrange the installation the next day.******* went well now the installer called to say he was to arrive 25 minutes later. 10 minutes later he called to know what kind of appliances they would haul out. Told him the kind off the old appliance and right there and there, he said he can not do it by himself and has to be done by 2 peoples.The contractors from home depot call me to arrange a new time and day. when I ask them if they are confirming that they have to haul the old one, surprise, surprise. they say that they don't have that order. the order is only for installation .Again calling customer ********************** to have them clarify and confirm the installation and the hauling.The representative told me that there was a note on my account that I was rude.News to Home Depot, if you disrespected me and been rude to me by no respecting the agreement, not contact me before or after changing orders and cancelling 10 minutes before showing up . You bet that I'm going to talk loud and be rude to you.Is almost a month since I purchase the Laundry tower and is seating in the middle of my place.Please, if you need appliances, shop somewhere else

      I have been a loyal HD customer for many years and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company. The reason I am a patron is because of their past exemplary customer **********************. It was a good run but now it is over and they are not the company they once were. They now live off their reputation of the past and have become the spoiled child on the block. My wife and I purchased a new Washer and ***** from HD July 3rd of 2022. Since that day we have been met with delays, back orders, damaged equipment, lost orders, rescheduled deliveries, miscommunications and as of January 21st of *************************************** Dryer! Frankly I am not sure we will ever get a Washer and Dryer and still waiting over a half of year is just not right. They refuse to make this right and just continue to string us along blaming third parties on their inability to deliver. Their literal childlike behaviors continue to this day and blame everyone but themselves. If you buy something from HD over a half of a year ago and it is still not delivered it is Home Depots fault. This is not a BBB practice.

      NEVER BUY YOUR FLOORING AND HAVE IT INSTALLED BY HOME DEPOT. .Signed a contract to buy and install Life Proof vinyl plank flooring at Christiana **** Depot in De. Paid in full about $3500 on Dec 3, 2022. Person who did the estimate didn't think the floor had to be leveled. They finally come out on Monday Jan 16 and flatly say they won't do the install because the floor is not level. The problem is that USGI, the company HD uses to install flooring, DOES NOT LEVEL floors. At this point the carpets are torn up and all the furniture has been emptied and moved to other rooms to get ready for the install in this very small four bedroom house. Of the six flooring installers I got on the phone, none will level a floor without doing the install too. Also none will install Life Proof flooring because they can't guarantee the install. They say the locking mechanism on the planks doesn't hold. If a plank comes lose, it can not be repaired without tearing up the whole floor. You can replace one plank with other vinyl flooring products such as Coretec, which is similarly priced to Life Proof. I call a contractor and he will level the floors for $3500 (contactor prices!!!). Since no one in flooring at HD will answer the phone, on Thur I go to the store and request a refund. They say it is not in the computer that the installers even came. For that reason they will not do the refund. The "customer order specialist" is not there and no one else can help me. She is supposed to call me the next day but is out sick. She will not be back until at least Monday (if she is better) and there is NO ONE ELSE to handle the situation. The store manager is not available. Meanwhile they have had my $3500 since Dec 3. They want a restocking fee for the lousy Life Proof flooring (25 percent of the cost or $319) and a fee for coming out to do the install (no one seems to know how much). Meanwhile I have to rent a truck and hire a man to load it with the flooring to return it to the store!!

      I have had a multiple of bad experiences with the delivery service for this Home Depot in Wisconsin Rapids. In many situations the driver takes it upon himself not to deliver on the "scheduled date". And in one case they lost a tub that I ordered and scheduled to have delivered. In a recent case today (1/19/23) the delivery drivers were in front of my house and seen my husband standing outside and because of a little snow and ice they took it upon themselves to drive away without even a phone call stating the reason they were not going to deliver my stove and microwave. So now I am unconvinced and have to re-schedule to have my items delivered to the Home Depot-Wisconsin Rapids location so I can pick up my order. Each and every time we have a "scheduled drop off time" the delivery drives make the decision at that time if he/she will drop off my purchase. I have gone around and around with the store and they have done nothing in each case. I would just like to make this issue known so other shoppers do not have to go through the same frustration as I have gone though multiple times with this store/location. Thanks so much!

      If I could give a negative number I would. Paid full price for new fridge, stove, and dishwasher to have scratch and dent quality delivered. Refused the items twice and still have no date for delivery of our fridge paid for two weeks ago.
