1 starHorrible company, customer ********************** is the worst Ive ever seen. ************* was rude and although they could speak English after I had a tense conversation with them about the delivery they chose to speak to each other In another language making it extremely uncomfortable. Would not buy from this company again.The Home Depot

1 starThe Home Depot in ******** ******** has lost a longtime customer!. We are a locally owned business and we depended on a scissor lift we rented from HD to actually work! It was completely dead and useless! This was an overnight rental as we worked at night when store was closed. We took it back to HD the following day and asked for a refund since we couldn't use it and we were told "no refund", that we neglected to call and tell them their piece of equipment we rented was useless! After several repeated conversations about this matter, the manager of the store, ***, said we can do half refund! This was not acceptable as the machine should have been charged up and ready to rent!. We have spent many thousands of dollars at this location and we will never shop there again! Very lousy customer **********************!!The Home Depot

1 starToday I walked into Home Depot (Woodland Hills) to purchase a pressure washer and a vacuum as to I am starting a car detailing company. As I roam the store I am also on a business call with my colleague who is already established in the detailing business who is helping pick out what I may need exactly. For this reason I am going back n forth between the pressure washer aisle and the floor vacuum aisle which are about 10 aisles apart, making certain comparisons on each item since I'll be making a purchase for nearly $800-$1000. I also grabbed a glade air freshener for my car and solution for the pressure washer. As I proceeded to the cashier to checkout I was approached by 2 Hispanic Store Managers who asked me to stop my phone call and told me that "they didn't think I was there to shop" then proceeded to tell me to leave the store. I then asked why would I have to leave the store and he told me that he had the right to refuse service to whoever he wanted without explanation. I then called the police to try and figure out if they could better mediate the situation in which they gave me steps to take. I then pulled my phone out to record the conversation with the Store manager of me asking him to give me a valid reason of me having to be removed from my home store. I asked him of my wrong doing and he had no answer then I asked him did he just randomly decide to tell me to leave and he agreed. This was a total embarrassing experience which put me in a uncomfortable position. I told him I felt that I was being profiled, he then said "how could that be, I'm part african-american". He told me that I couldn't buy anything from there and asked me to leave again. - ************************The Home Depot

1 starWe were told last Saturday we would have our item washer and dryer for over $2,000 delivered by Wednesday. We were assured it was in stock as our dryer broke and we explained that we needed it as soon as possible. ****** could have got it to me the next day check their warehouse and they had stock. Decided to go with home Depot instead because we were there next and didn't feel like driving back to ******, big mistake. We're told if we didn't hear from them to call them by 5:00 p.m. they said they had till 7:00 p.m. to call us. They called us back and said they couldn't deliver till Monday. We called them and they said oh yeah no we can get it to you on Friday after being on hold on and off for over 2 hours. They call back the next day and said it can't be delivered till Monday. I am now waiting for Monday to arrive for them to tell me that it can't be delivered again. We went to ****** first and I sorely regret not purchasing from them. Laundry is stacking up and if it doesn't get delivered Monday the order will be canceled and we're going to ******The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot Home Services is not a company that stands by its name or product. There is so much to unpack regarding my project- I consulted with an agent who failed to bring a window to my residence with the initial appointment (Aug 2021). I suppose this should've been my first warning. Instead, the sale rep got a brochure, which made me feel somewhat at ease, and I decided to move forward with the window project. Due to curiosity, I visited a local Home Depot store to observe a sample. In turn, a sales rep stated this was improper protocol and insisted that I reach out to the Home Services Office.Nevertheless, the sales rep texted me about my call to inform the office of his performance. A "sample" window was brought to my residence afterward. I used their credit card, which included a six-month start-to-finish on all projects before the cut-off date. Moving forward, Jan 2021, after many calls to Home Depot with "****," a branch manager, who constantly apologized for the lack of service and communication (via text messages). The weather and lack of crews were an issue. A team finally arrived and installed approx 14 windows that consisted of SEVERAL WEEKS. Several calls to "****" and Home Services stopped from March 2021- May 2022!! In May 2022, They randomly called and sent a certified letter stating "attempted to call for installation ).New personnel was the excuse. However, I have fixed the damages and left with deplorable windows (pics depict a decent review, but they are horrible.)I lost trust in the new personnel, and now they are trying to fix the issues after I desire compensation AND damages. This period has almost lapsed.The Home Depot

1 star***WARNING*** by reading my email, you may agree with my opinion that Home Depot CEO has been overpowered by Home Depot subcontractors.I have all the pictures and videos to prove the condition of the doors when they were delivered. Furthermore, I have emails exchanged with Home Depots employees regarding this despicable experience and defective product.On June 11, 2021, I purchased custom made Contractors Wardrobe mirror closet doors (doors) at the store **** in *******. Then, the first two sets of doors delivered, the frames were literally FALLING APART from the mirror. The second two set of doors delivered had SCRATCHES ALL OVER on the frames. The third set of doors delivered had the sticker in the back of the mirrors FULL OF BUBBLES (the mirrors were not well glued into the sticker as a prevention of the mirror breaking in pieces). The fourth set of doors, WERE THE DOORS THAT HAD BEEN DELIVERED TO ME IN THE PREVIOUS DELIVERIES. These doors were either falling apart from the frame, had scratches, or had bubbles in the sticker in the back of the mirror.I ended getting one good door with no problems, and the other three doors either have scratches in the frames or bubbles in the sticker behind the mirror.Home Depot ("**") offered me to deliver the fifth set of doors. However, when I asked ** employees to assure that the doors were not going to have the frames falling apart from the mirror, scratches in the frames, and/or bubbles in the sticker in the back of the mirror, I NEVER RECEIVED the confirmation. In addition, ** did not want to deliver the doors to the my condominium on the 23rd floor.** also offered to give a reimbursement for the money paid for the doors, but I told them that what I wanted was the doors that I paid for, but never received. I asked them to keep their part of the agreement as I kept mine. That is why I believe that the ** CEO no longer has the power to make Home Depot subcontractors to do their jobs well.The Home Depot

1 starWe bought an extended warranty through home depot for our Whirlpool washer/dryer. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! They changed the companies that serviced their extended warranties and they couldn't do anything about them not fixing the product. I explained that I bought the warranty from Home Depot not ******** and they told me there was nothing they could do. I am now a Lowes customer (who ********************** the extended warranty themselves). No more home depot.The Home Depot
