      Purchased a Gas Dryer for my father. The conversion kit was not with the Dryer, understandable. Call local store and was given a toll free number to call to purchase the kit because they don't sell them in the store i was told. Went online to purchase and online it says to contact your local store. Called the number and waited on hold for 25 min. Ordered the conversion kit and when she asked for my credit card i gave her **************** DEPOT credit card to pay with. She informs me they do not accept HD Credit Cards. You have to be kidding me right now...HD does not accept their own Credit Card to buy the parts they are selling. I was informed that they would only accept a Debit Card or a Credit Card, but No Home Depot credit cards. What good is the card if you can't use it to purchase the parts that you need. Very Disappointed and will NOT buy another appliance from Home Depot.

      I have a very bad experience, I asked for refacing kitchen and two bathroom project. I signed from 08/03/2022 the contract. Until the end of the year they didnt start the project installation. They changed the color of countertop and it was different than the one I chose before. Because the one I chose before is out of stock. They send me digital layout of the countertop every time the The tune of color is totally different. The co-originator asked me to travel to ****** State to check the color by myself. is it logic?! I live in ******* **********. When I asked to cancel the project because I don't satisfy with the service. The customer care didn't help me and they wanted to charge the restocking fee which is 35% f the amount ( $14000) and the ******* sell manager called me to enforce me to approve the installation or I will pay the restocking fee. when I tried to reach the escalation department to wave the fee because it is not my mistake, I went to a big company as Home Depot to receive good services not to travel to another state to check the color and I need help. she canceled the project with restock fee without reaching out to me to approve. I didn't sign for cancellation, I didn't ask for cancellation with restock fee of $14000. I lose the money.

      Buyers Beware:I'm being charged for services that has not been rendered-No product No installation and No service along with Not fulfilling their obligations. Charging me for product and services that I never received on a garage installation that originally ordered October 2022 ********

      If I could rate home depot's customer ********************** and new 3rd party delivery company lower, I would. A -10 would be appropriate. False Advertising. Below is my letter emailed directly to the *** of Home Depot. Following the email, I receive a call the same day from their Executive Customer ********************** team, her name was ******. Upon calling her back and providing her my name, I was immediately put on hold then hung up on. Dear ******, I am a very upset Home Depot customer writing to let you know my experience this past Saturday with Home Depot Customer ********************** and Roadie, your new 3rd party delivery service. If a review was allowed to rate as a -10 then that would be my rating. The delivery service arrived on Saturday February 18th to install my new refrigerator. An install that I paid for. The minute they walked in and observed my copper water line attached to the fridge, he stated abruptly that I needed to disconnect the water line and completely pull it out. This water line ran from my fridge down to the basement along the ceiling to the water shut off within 6ft. I told them that I paid for installation of my product and no one from Home Depot ever contacted to say this is what you need to do to prep, nor have I ever had to do this with any of my Home Depot installation before. I explained that I did not have the tools to do this, and they were going to have to wait until I was able to get it disconnected. With a sarcastic attitude, he stated the tools that I needed. He then claimed I was getting hostile, which was not the case as I was trying to contact Home Depot and disconnect a water line at the same time, they walked out and started loading up my fridge stating they had no time to wait. When my dad and I tried to stop him, he stated, get away from my truck. I told him that I paid for that ****** and at this point just leave it in my garage. He raised his liftgate and said they were leaving. I called the police.

      The worst experience! They were 3weeks late and then delivered the wrong appliance twice??They damaged my hard wood floors and walls when they delivered the appliances I purchased from them and only offered to pay$1200 of a $7200 repair bill?? they had a 3rd party called ******** ******* contact me to say take it or leave it and gave me a date to answer them and that offer was done and I can go through my home insurance for repairs cause they were not paying ?? it is totally all there damage I shouldnt have to use my home insurance I told them. But the guy laughed and said good luck there customer ********************** is trash

      Added two 1-star reviews on Home Depot website on bad plywood they sell and they were taken down or not posted. Home Depot seems to value manufacturers over customers.

      The level of employee understanding was minimal at best. I purchased a new **** Built snow blower last year for winter. This winter the snow blower would not run. As a result of talking to customer ********************** my only option was to bring the snow blower to Home Depot for service. Upon doing so customer ********************** sent it (snow blower) to *********** ** to their repair center. After initial conversation with them I was told that it was operator error because I didn't drain the fuel from gas tank during the summer time. But, I agreed to pay the $169.00 labor/part costs because this was not covered by manufacture's warranty. After waiting six weeks for a part I was the told the cost went up to $589.00 because the entire engine needed to be rebuilt. At this point I declined and had the snow blower returned to Home Depot in Durango. I took the snow blower to a small engine repair shop and by that afternoon they had it running. All that was needed was to do a carburetor cleaning of the old fuel. The cost was $119.00 and I was told that the snow blower had never been taken apart to find out what the problem was by the Home Depot repair center in *********** **.

      Purchased a gas range. One on display had 2 oven racks and a broiler pan. One I received had no broiler pan and only 1 oven rack. Also, sign in store is deceptive as says delivery and installation as well as parts kit is included. Not true. Paid $19.99 for installation and $38.98 for parts kit. *********************

      Ive been given 5 different numbers to call, i had my washer and dryer today and the installers did not install my dryer correctly. I paid for them to install the steam feature and it was not done. My owners manual was washed in the washing machine by the installer. My dryer is not even turning on now and i have not been given solutions. We had to wait 3 weeks for them to install initially and with a 3 month old this is getting impossible. I need a solution immediately

      I think the management from the home depot store on IH10 and *********************** in *********** are very informal and irresponsible with their customers, no sense of customer ********************** skills, they throw problems and complaints from one to another and do nothing to help solve the situation.It is not only the Managers but also the Corporation itself responsible for resolving customer issues in regards to defective appliances and other items to go out to customers and being defective.I have had a terrible experience for over a year, I purchased three different appliances from them, two of them, an ** stove and a GE refrigerator, came out defective, stove is still defective after a technician coming to "fix" it, refrigerator still broken since the first week i had it delivered.Still hoping to get help, ****, ****** and others that I dont recall the name have been of no help, those are managers, and several other supervisors, no one can help me till today
