      Ordered a dishwasher online. People came out four times. Each time there was a different excuse of why the dishwasher couldn't be installed. The excuses were unreasonable and flimsy. I wonder if the delivery people even know how to do the install we paid for!! Finally asked for a refund and ordered through Lowes. Worst experience I've ever had on something that should be extremely straightforward.

      I ordered the Ryobi Narrow Crown stapler from HomeDepot Online and I received an old, USED scuffed up tool that had clearly been used before and then returned! I paid FULL PRICE for a new tool and instead I received a USED scuffed up tool with no packaging, no belt clip, no box of 500 1" staples (like its supposed to come with), and a very apparent USED AND RETURNED stapler! Home Depot Online is selling USED, open boxed, returned items as new at full price to unsespecting customers and that is just not right! When I pay full price for a tool I expect a BRAND NEW tool in its original packaging. If you sell me an opened box item I expect a big discount! The same thing happened when I purchased my Ryobi 18V table saw. I had to return it to the store. I also bought a box of Dewalt 1/2" narrow crown staples and got a broken open box with lots of missing staples. What is going on Home Depot?! Whats sad is that ***** probably doesnt know how poorly their brand is being mistreated and represented by Home Depotits EXCLUSIVE distributor. If I could purchase Ryobi tools from another place I would. Bottom line is, if you want to make sure you get a NEW Ryobi tool, do not buy it from Home Depot Online. Order it directly from Ryobi.

      My wife and I drove our neighbor who is 80 plus and needs assistance driving to the Home Depot on ********************************************************************. He is a military veteran and pulled out his ID during checkout but the manager wouldn't honor his military ID because it was not registered in the Home Depot app. Is this really how Home Depot treats our veterans. The man can barely use a smartphone. I think your managers needs better training.

      I have had a bad experience with ********* Home Depot, and their corporate office. I purchased a refrigerator on 1/11/23. The refrigerator was expected to be delivered on 1/16/23. The delivery company showed up to my house, and shortly after realizing that the fridge was not on the truck. The delivery guy stated that his manager would contact me regarding this issue. I never received any phone call from anyone. I then contacted **** who works in the Home Depot in *********. She was absolutely no help, would not give me a loaner fridge. Corporate started a freight claim after multiple calls to them. Make a long story short after multiple calls to corporate b/c none of the reps were doing anything about the issue I got absolutely nowhere. They were searching for this fridge that they lost for weeks!!!!!!!!!! Home Depot made me go without a fridge due to their mistakes. They also gave me several delivery dates that were not accurate, b/c they did not show up. The customer ********************** reps that work at the store were extremely rude and failed to file their part of the paperwork to locate the lost fridge. As a customer I should not have had to wait 6 weeks for a fridge that they lost. Instead, they should have reordered me new one while they find the one they lost. Home Depot was not accommodating to me at all! I am a frequent customer, and hold a commercial account with this company, they should have handled this issue differently. I finally received the fridge on 2/23/23. 4 days later I go to open the fridge and the door handle comes off completely. This is unacceptable Home Depot!!!!!! You lost a frequent customer, because I will never make a purchase with this company again!!!! Majority of the staff in the ********* store needs to fired, because they failed to do their job, and don't care about their customers.

      Ordered a bath vanity and mirror on November 15, 2022. Still have not received the vanity. Home Depot rep says it was delivered by ***** on November 23, 2022 and they supplied a tracking number. The ***** web site says ***** delivered a package on November 23, 2022. Size of package was 44x35x3. That was in fact the mirror. Home Depot rep insists the vanity was in that package. I am positive that many shippers would love to know how Home Depot got a bath vanity with a marble top measuring 33x22x35.4 into the above box. Further, Home Depot's web site as of February 25, 2023 says the vanity has been delayed BUT is on its way. As a commercial contractor dealing with Home Depot for 20+ years I would recommend staying away from their on line business. PS: the store in my town as well as my commercial rep says they have no control of the on line sales.

      Delivery of appliances in Sept 2022 - delivery drivers said they could not deliver to our address even though GPS brings you right to our door. Supervisor had to bring it a week later stating no issues finding our home. Today 2/27/23, wood delivery said was delivered but we do not have it. No calls from delivery truck. Home Depot delivery is awful and we will shop elsewhere from now on.

      Hi, order a ******* ***** BTU window AC, ***** delivered a product that looked like it was run over by a freight train, carton and unit unserviceable, contacted HD immediately, *************** was issued, *** will not accept the item , not packaged correctly, NOT MY PROBLEM!, called HD, agent ****** issued a pickup order for NSD, a common carrier, nothing happens, called HD only to discover the order was never issued, process starts all over. Original order delivered on 2/14/23 and unit has not been picked up yet and is blocking my front entrance 2/25/23 Thanks,******

      DO NOT buy appliances from Home Depot! I purchased a new Dishwasher - the installers came and said they could not install the dishwasher because the copper line must be replaced. I was told by the installer the plumber would contact me within 1-3 days; would come out and replace the water line; install the dishwasher and haul off. After 7 days, no contact from the Home Depot - I called and they had lost my order. After I complained they sent a plumber within 24 hours. When the plumber arrived, he said he wasn't allowed to install the dishwasher - I would have to call Home Depot. Now - I'm 7 days out and still NO dishwasher and I still have to call back and have the installer come back out. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot - nothing but a bunch of LIEARS!

      I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Home Depot delivery service! My stove was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Thursday 2/23/23) between 3 - 7 pm. They never showed up or called to let us know they couldn't deliver it and we missed a day of work for nothing. I called the number provided to find out what was going on (2 times) and no one could help us with anything. On the 3rd call, the person told me that they would have to reschedule for Monday. I asked the gentlemen how I can be sure that they will deliver it Monday and he said they will make ever effort to get it delivered. That is completely Unacceptable! So the people who was scheduled for delivery After us will get their items, while we have to wait another 4 days (hopefully). We had already gotten rid of our stove, so I can't cook for my family. Home Depot are you going to pay for our meals for the next 4 days or should we just eat sandwiches? You're delivery system is flawed and needs a major overhaul! This makes me 2nd guess ever doing business with you all again. Someone needs to make this right!
