1 starI recently ordered a product from Home Depot and selected Home delivery. The delivery company left the package outside my multiunit building and part of my order was stolen. When I contacted Home Depot they indicated I had to contact them via text messages. The Home Depot representative refused to replace my stolen item and only offered $12 refund for an item that was $27.99??? Consumers should avoid Home delivery from Home Depot at all costs.The Home Depot

2 starsMy husband and i purchase a Washing machine and a dryer from home depot in December 2021.We have had several issues with both products. I called the store several weeks after we received the units. The Motor in the Dryer had to be replaced. the Washing machine started making loud crazy noises. I had requested to have both of these product replaced when I first received them.Home Depot told me they couldn't replace them and that I had to contact the warranty company which I did. That's when they told me the motor needed to be replaced. Which they did 2 ,weeks after my complaint. Now the dryer has a odor when I dry my clothes and the washing machine inside seems off track and doesn't spin well. Also the Customer ********************** is not great at this location. You have to search for employees and keep asking for someone to help you. Before you purchase any appliances in this store check the reviews first.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot refused to honor the lifetime warranty that came with a glass patio door. The seal between the double panes of glass failed and HD agreed it was a warranty issue when I sent photos. But then they claimed they didn't have to honor the warranty because the manufacturer no longer made the exact model door I had purchased. They could not provide any language from the warranty that allowed this exception, which is ridiculous anyway because if the exception existed, a manufacturer could just tweak their door models every year and avoid any warranty claims. Home Depot either lied by calling it a "lifetime warranty" when I bought the door (Deceptive Business Practices) or they breached the warranty contract. Do not trust them.The Home Depot

1 starWaiting on scheduled delivery of a fridge on a Friday night. Old fridge is empty, ready for haul away. Get a call from the delivery people informing us the truck is broken down. Send another. It's not my fault you can't deliver on your promise. No apology, no offer of compensation, just "How does Monday sound to you?" It sounds bad, because all this food is going bad by then. I canceled the order and will buy from a competitor. Very disappointed and angry.The Home Depot

1 starOrdered my appliances in January. Had a delivery date of 2/11/23. On 2/9/23 I got an email that my delivery was rescheduled to March! So when I went to the store they said 2 of 4 of my appliances was on backorder. So I cancelled those 2 and went to Lowes and bought them. HD reassured me my other 2 appliance could now be delivered on 2/11/23. So I pd someone to be at this house on 2/11/23 and no appliances ever showed. So I called HD and they basically said oops sorry. And rescheduled for 2/25/23. Well 2/25/23 came and I got a text that they were there at 6:39am but no one was home so they left. Where was my call with a time of them coming?! Never happened! So I call them and get told they were there and I wasnt. I told them no one lives there I was supposed to be notified with a time window. So then they said they cant reschedule until 4/23!!! I said no I need it today turn the truck around. So they called the delivery people who then said they never came bc they dont have the appliances or an order to deliver. So then I got my call transferred to a **** out of their ****** ** office. **** makes some calls and low and behold no one knows where my appliances are! But he assures me he will keep trying to track them down and call me back before the end of the day. **** disappears and I never hear from him again. Couple days later I call and they dont know. 3/2/23 go back to store and the manager makes calls tracks down my stuff and sets delivery for Sat 3/4/23. Said I will get a delivery call by 2pm Friday with a time window. No call came. Called the store for over 30 mins using 2 different phones before someone finally answers. That person gives me a time window. So lets hope they show. Ive pd people twice to be at my house. This is the worst business Ive ever dealt with. And it has cost me so much more money! I will never buy anything from here again. Not even a nail.The Home Depot

1 starI bought a dryer and washer from their ******** location and from start to finish the process was terrible, service associate In the appliance section was a liar, they were late to come put it in, and then the guys they sent set up my dryer to far to be hooked up. Had to buy a extension cord, and then it didnt work. Had to call people to come out. And now my washer is broken. Purely a garbage company from lowest associates to managementThe Home Depot

1 starWorst delivery experience ever. Third failed time for delivery of a stove today. Home Depot has no control over their delivery company except to reschedule it. No communication from delivery company at alljust failed deliveries. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again as,now, we are at their mercy due to the time spent dealing with this.with no end in sight. I am at week 6 without a working oven and one burner on my current stove. First one just did not come, second one was so badly damaged we sent it back, and today they were afraid to come up our slightly steep driveway. Really? 1 starOrdered a dishwasher from HomeDepot ******. HomeDepot scheduled installation 48 hours after delivery. The plumber came and turned on the dishwasher. The dishwasher started leaking and the plumber found out dishwasher got damaged during delivery. However, it passed 48 hours warranty windows so HomeDepot insisted that I called the manufacture for replacement or refund.When the dishwasher delivered, I immediately chat with HomeDepot online support for a certain schedule for installation. But HomeDepot support cannot guarantee an exactly time frame for installation. HomeDepot support did not send me an confirmation for installation schedule until 20 minutes before installation windows via email and that of course passed 48 hours manufacture warranty.The Home Depot
