      I went in to rent a Penske from HD and was told I needed to have my card present to walk out with the rental.We do business with HD Pro and has never been an issue. Not sure why I wasnt able to secure my move and to top it off they didnt accept Apple Pay! My wife is back at our new home 6hrs away with my card. Having to reconsider my whole moving process thanks to these outdated policies. Get with the times HD!

      On 2/27, I placed an online order with Home Depot ******************************************************************. The delivery date was specified as 3/1. On 3/1 the delivery date was changed to 3/2. On 3/2 the delivery date was changed to 3/8-3/10. On 3/9 tracking information was listed as unavailable. On 3/9 in a chat with Home Depot, I was told the item had left ********, ** and was scheduled to be at the store for pickup on 3/10. On 3/10 I contacted Customer ********************** and was told the item was delivered to the store on 3/9. I called the store and was told the item was not delivered and the the item had left ********, ** on 3/9. Do not place an online order with Home Depot. They can not be trusted to deliver as promised. If the item is not in stock in the warehouse, do not buy it from them. Try ******.

      Needs to be investigated for sexual assault on cashier's behind closed doors. This location covers up all complaints and violations district side. I think there may be trafficking connections.

      We like getting things @ H.D. but was disappointed after we signed up for the credit card offered to take advantage of the $25.00 rebate you were to get.Had our first purchase with it last Dec 2022 but got tired trying to find it after several statements and many more purchases. It's extremely difficult to get a REAL person by phone but finally figured out how to do that. I was right, we NEVER got it going on three months!! OOPS?? The customer ********************** person I talked to had to manually submit a request for it and said I'll see in about a week! It was a lot if frustration and time, why? How many other people never got it but didn't notice or got tired of trying to fix it?? WATCH carefully!! ***** & *********************

      I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the extended warranty I purchased from Home Depot in 2019 for my GE Refrigerator. The warranty plan is serviced by *******. My freezer/refrigerator stopped cooling 4 weeks ago and is still not working, nor do I have an estimated repair date. It has been both a Financial and emotional hardship dealing with the lack of a basic need and the constant monitoring in the repair progress. In the interest of time and space, I will not go into the details of this horrible experience. I will, however, say that working with ******* has been beyond frustrating. During the process, GE repair service has blamed their inability to order parts on Asurion, and ******* has blamed GE. We are caught somewhere in the middle, with no leverage to use to help to resolve this issue. I have made countless phone calls and spoken to a different representative each time trying to elevate this issue, without success. I have requested contact information for a Home Depot representative and have basically been ignored and humiliated with scripted responses over and over again. All of this has soured my trust in Home Depot . I will NEVER purchase another major appliance or major product from them again and I would caution anyone who is thinking of purchasing an appliance at Home Depot to think twice. Home Depot, you need to care more about consumer satisfaction and trust and the organizations you choose to represent you. Such a disappointment.

      Ordered 2 dishwashers two different locations same city within 2 miles of each other. Jan 30th, going on 3 months, 50 to 60 hours spent on the phone with promises broken every step of the way on how they will fix my issues , 4 to 6 trips to Homedepot store, 4 trips waiting for delivery or pickup, and 600 miles driven. 1st dishwasher - I had to wait for 3 weeks to get this one delivered.On the 1st attempt for 2nd dishwasher- waited for delivery received text stating you are 2 stops away then 1 then stop recieving updates.. Called Home depot store spoke to the person who sold the dishwash " Delivery shows canceled" we need to reschedule.Second attempt dishwasher was delivered - installer/delivery person "can't install due to copper pipes", You will have to call and find a ****** to install. Next day told Home depot to schedule time to pickup dishwasher cause I am done with doing business homedepot. Still waiting for homedepot to pickup. Can't afford to do bussiness with Homepot. Total of 6 day of loss wages of work dealing with these issues.Results "ONE" dishwasher delivered without install. Still waiting for pick up next week on second dishwaher.

      Wanted to reface the cabinets in my kitchen. So, i contacted Home depot in Oct, was told 4-6 weeks for material to come in. Installers came on Jan 14 and 15 but advised the manufacture sent the wrong size doors and drawers. Was told have to wait another 4-6 weeks. Received phone call on Feb 20th that the drawers and doors were received and in warehouse. Was told March 3 the installers would come and finish the cabinets. Contacted Home Depot on March 1 and got response on March 2 that they cannot locate the drawers and would have to have the warehouse do an audit and they would get back to me the next day and also did not have a scheduled date for them to finish. No one got back to me so i called back on March 3rd so i called back on the 3rd and they said warehouse guy left for day and would get back to me on March 6th the Monday. No one got back to me on March 6th so i called back, who again said cannot locate the material and they are doing an audit to find out where the material is and would call back on 03/07. So far 03/07 no call back. Very disappointed with staff not knowing where the material is and not getting back to me. Also 6 months to complete a reface on the cabinets is absolutely insane. Wish there was a no star dont even think they deserve a one star.

      The home depot is the only home improvement store in my city other then ace homeco (they are great) . The home depot does not hire anyone with experience. Then they say one thing just to make you happy but in the end , will not help you as they should . I paid over $3,000.00 for a weekly rental and the rental was fine but then they made me rent the home depot truck in order to rent the machine I needed. The truck was not fit for winter conditions and nearly killed me (not exaggerated) because the tires were bald and had no business in the snow . I was struck several times and then to top it off , the manager said he would help me out and let me keep the machine but then rented it to someone else . Home depot corporate is only offering me $75.00 when I paid well over $3k and would have made several thousands more if the manager would have done his job and kept his word

      Buyers Beware!In 2018, I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from The Home Depot and purchased a 5 year extended warranty. The washer and dryer come with a one year labor and 3 years parts replacement warranty from the manufacturer. That should have made it a total of 6 years but The Home Depot refuses to honor the warranty agreement as per the terms of coverage written in their warranty contract. They claim that the five year warranty purchased started when I took delivery but according to the terms of coverage in the contract it states that the extended warranty starts after the manufacturers warranty expires, one year from the purchase date. The Home Depot refuses to honor the agreement and I will never purchase any major appliances from them in the future. Do not be fooled by their so called warranty.

      This Home Depot experience was the worst experience, not only this location, but the worst experience I've ever had at any hardware store, period.Long story short: the employees accused us of stealing without having any proof whatsoever and were very hostile and intimidating towards my boyfriend and I. I am incredibly disappointed and appalled at the way the employees treated us and thought it was incredibly unwarranted. Looking at the overall reviews of this location, it shows that this store clearly has poor management and just bad ethics overall, since they weren't even honoring a military discount and there have been countless other people complaining about incompetence and attitude problems with a lot of the staff. I'm surprised this place hasn't already gone out of business. Do better and stop treating people like c*** if you want returning customers. I will not be coming here again.
