      The home depot of ************ in *************** ******* are thiefs ******* the manager is rude and wont help anyone out. Went in to see him three times to resolve a problem and each time he was unavailable to see me. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROMT THIS STORE BECAUSE IF THERES AN ISSUE YOU WILL BE ST,UCK WITH IT. shop at Lowes they stand behind their products and are customer friendly.

      We had a GE dishwasher delivered and my husband was not able to install it until the following weekend. It sat in our house in the original box. When he opened it, there were scratches on the front. He call Customer Support and was very rudely told that it was over 48 hours and Home Depot would not do anything about it. The special financing information stated we could return the item within 365 days. Nothing was said about 48 hours if damaged. We had to search on the website for that hidden information. We have been loyal Home Depot customers for over 35 years. Our son owns a construction company and has used Home Depot. After hearing about our issues and how we were talked to by what is falsely called Customer Support , he will not be back. Home Depot just lost a lot more money than what a dishwasher costs. Oh well, guess they dont need the business.

      The worse customer ********************** of my life. I will never ever ever do business with Home Depot again, and I urge anyone thinking of buying appliances from them to think again. No one takes responsibility and they send you on a wild goose chase to solve any issue you have. Its always someone elses fault and problem to solve. A month after my dishwasher was suppose to be delivered it was scheduled again to be delivered between 1pm - 5pm. When it didnt show up I went to get dinner. They came and told my son they were not suppose to install it at which time they had him, a 15 year old, sign for delivery and they left the **** Cafe dishwasher on my front porch in below freezing weather where it still sits. I am being told someone will be out in a week to resolve this!! At the same time I am being told if there is anything wrong with it that I have to let them know within 48hours of when it was delivered but it wasnt really delivered. Its in below freezing weather. When I call to get help they say they called the delivery team but their voicemail is full. Terrible just terrible.

      I purchased a washer and dryer online on March 4th and was informed that. The delivery date was Friday, March 17th I called on Thursday, March 16th to make sure of the delivery date and time I was informed that I would receive a telephone call 30 minutes before letting me know that the delivery driver was on their way. I was told that someone would be out between 2 and 6 pm we received an email informing us that came at 12 and that I need to call and reschedule the delivery date I call the number provided and informed the representative that I was home. I went to the Home Depot store and was informed that I was 3 customers today. With the same issue, I called the number for ******** and was told my washer and dryer would be here Saturday and that I would receive a telephone call at 7 pm which I never received I called again on Saturday morning and spoke to a representative who said that would not receive my washer and dryer because that next day delivery I asked about Monday which what I told would be next delivery date. The individual told me that I would not receive my washer and dryer on Monday and that it be Tuesday I told him that meant that I would have to take off another day from work and how I know that information that I was given about Tuesday was correct because all the other information I had received was a lie he kept apologies for wrong information that was given I explained to him that this process has been an inconvenience because now I have to take off work again and go laundry mat with the hope that information he provided was correct. I will never purchase anything from home depot this whole experience has been a nightmare.

      The ************** Home Depot in ************* ** is the worst location in the state. Management treats its contractors like a joke and take no accountability for the mistakes their under trained employees make. I will never be back to this location and would never recommend anyone do business with this conglomerate of idiots who will gladly and willingly deceive their customers while walking around pretending they've swung hammers for a living.

      I was unfairly released after 4+ years. (separate issue). Waited 10 business days for my last check, to no avail. My THDR representative was helpful, in that the paper check got a stop payment, but now I have to wait an additional 2-4 days for them to direct deposit my last check. Very disappointing. I should report them to the State Attorney General!

      Paid a $1500 deposit for a set of windows I ordered from Home Depot last year in March 2022 was told Id have them In August its now March 2023 still no windows and the sales manager just ignores my calls and texts messages Ive as to cancel order since they failed to communicate with me or deliver in a timely manner and was told that if I cancel they will take my deposit

      Ordered a dishwasher online and had appointment for delivery on a Friday between 11 and 3 and the delivery was cancelled by the delivery people and I was told to reschedulerescheduled for the following Thursday and my delivery window was between 3 and 7 and delivery was cancelled at 5:30 (no reason given) and told to reschedule I asked to be the first person in the list for the next day of I was going to cancel and I was told that wasnt possible because they already had other deliveries scheduled so needless to say I cancelled and I will no longer use Home Depot for anythingvery disappointed!!!!!

      The window installation department is horrible. We ordered windows in October. They werent installed until January. But in those 3 months, we reached out several times to find out the status of our project and received NO communication in return. Our sales **** ****** was great, but he went on paternity leave and we had to deal with his manager, *****. But he never returned calls. After spending a lot of money to replace all of the windows in our home, it felt like we were getting swindled. Once the windows were actually ready, they finally called to schedule. We received our windows on Jan 18th. One window was wrong, and were STILL waiting (as of March) for that to be replaced. One window was missing and we didnt get that until a month later. But it took multiple attempts to reach ANYONE who could give us any info about the status of that window. AND, all of the windows that were installed on the wood finished walls of the house are missing the correct trim- but we charged for it. We know this because somehow 2 of those windows were not charged correctly originally, and they called to charge us more money to get the right trim. Unfortunately, thats all we know about the charges because we have not once seen an itemized receipt. When we asked Home Depot they said they dont do that because we paid for the service. If Im spending $18,000 I want to know what Im paying for. Not to mention the installation company they use didnt do a good job. They left holes in our drywall, loosened boards on the outside wall so it isnt sealed properly, broken bricks on our wall, did a c*** job at patching, broken glass in our home and outside (we have 3 small children and a dog). Our contract said wed only have to paint when they were done. Were currently waiting for them to fix the damages, and install the trim they missed the first time. If we hadnt insisted, they wouldnt have come back and finished installing the things we paid for. 0/5 stars. NEVER recommend

      I ordered an item from HomeDepot.com in Nov, 2022. All went well. In mid-Jan. of this year, my account with HomeDepot.com was hacked into and other people not using my name made 6 fraudulent charges through my account which went directly to my credit card. I found this out after I received my card statement. I spoke with a very nice man at Home Depot.com and told him about these charges I did not order. He told me what the items were, where they were shipped to, and who had ordered them. I contacted my card *** and they said that they would open a case and investigate. I gave them all the information I had and who I spoke with at Home Depot.com. 1 1/2 months later my card company informed me via a letter that I was the one responsible for those charges. Something went horribly wrong. I am not sure they even investigated my case. I called Home Depot.com back and told them that I wanted a refund to my card on these orders I did not authorize. They turned it over to their security **** and I was told I would be called back within 24 hours. That didn't happen. I called them back and was able to speak with a person in security. She told me that I would have to work it out with my credit card company. I told her they aren't even looking into it. She would not help me one bit. She kept reading me her script telling me to work through my card ***. I told her that it is their responsibility to protect the account that I have with them. I am their customer! They let a number of other people use my account and they do not care! She said they will open a case. I asked her when they will get back to me. She told me that there is no time limit for them to get back to me. I doubt that they would ever get back. This is a horrible policy. They don't care what happens to their customers. They only want your money! NEVER shop on HomeDepot.com. You might be the next victim! My card *** did listen to me the 2nd time and I have been reimbursed my $4,200 ! Never again with HD.com, EVER!
