18 month no interest financing is the consumer credit card offer that I accepted. After my large qualifying purchase of over $2000 for flooring I login to the site and they only have it at no interest for 6 months. Thinking it was a mistake, and after receiving and email with an identical offer, I contact support and ask why there is a discrepancy. They respond with a mile long explanation wanting me to jump through hoops for the offer I accepted. This is false advertising and deceptive business practices at it's finest.

we bought a ** refrigerator 3-11-23. They didnt have it in stock so they ordered directly from ** with no installation fee. Great right?? Wrong... When they installed it the door wouldnt open all the way because of hitting on the wall. its the exact same width as our old fridge but because of the way the doors are made it hits on the wall and light switch. The installer told us to use it until we got in touch with someone to replace. Now it has dents from the light switch. We have called ** and home depot. they both keep telling us to call the other one. Complete run around. If this isnt taken care of. We will never shop there again. If this is taken care of. I will change my review. All we wanted was to return for a different size. We arent asking for much. Home depot ******** **. *****. I will now give ** a bad review.

Horrible customer **********************, with no solutions to repeated delivery problems and damaged product. We went to the store and ordered a fridge far outside of our budget specifically because of its availability to be delivered that week, as our fridge had stopped working. On delivery day, they dropped the fridge out of the back of the truck and bent it significantly. The delivery guy tried to tell me its ok, but we were not willing to accept a 3000$ fridge that was damaged. So they returned it, and told me they would ship another. Im then told that it was the last one available, and there is no known date for when a replacement will be available. Nearly a month later, they tell me its finally ready for delivery, but never showed up on the original delivery date we were told. Now a week later, they deliver the replacement and its also damaged and bent, none of the doors line up, and who knows what kind of internal damage it sustained. Customer ********************** was not willing to expedite a faster delivery of another replacement, nor compensate me for the delays, the hassle of a family living out of a bar fridge, and the 3 days of work I missed to accept delivery of the fridge. Then I get bounced around from agent to agent, and between manufacturer, delivery company and customer ********************, and nobody even knows how to fix the issue, as they try to pass the blame on to each other. Horrible experience and horrible service, we will buy our fridge from a company with a good reputation for customer ********************** where we know they will take care of us. Will not be purchasing appliances from Home Depot again, its not worth the hassle.

Won't stand behind products. We have done so much business with Home Depot. Sadly that has come to an end. They refuse to stand behind the new counters we bought. We purchased the most costly Dekton counters, because the salesperson told us they were the strongest, made for outdoor kitchens. Surely it would be even stronger in our indoor kitchen. Nope. Within the 1st 2 years we have 8 chips. The company that makes the counters refuses to replace or repair, Home Depot won't help us, the product is starting to have more and more similar reviews and they continue to sell it. The amount we paid makes me sick, it will take 10 years to pay it off and our counters are chipped all over the place.

Let me tell you that Home Depot's online customer ********************** has gone downhill! In business it is important to remember, it's not when something bad happens that matters. It's what you do to resolve the situation after something bad does happen that does matter. If the company that Home Depot uses to ship a product fails to deliver the said package, then Home Depot should take it up with the shipping company. Instead, Home Depot makes their customer run around in circles and try to pick up all of the pieces. Home Depot's resolution is to file a chargeback with the CC company. I have filed a resolution request with the shipping company and will file one with Home Depot if the shipping company continues down its path. Great way to treat a loyal customer! Keep doing this to all of your customers and you will not have any that will return.STOP USING ONTRAC!!!!! They steal your customer's packages and lie about it when a complaint is filed.

I am a frequent customer of Home **********************, and mostly have a positive shopping experience. But this review is solely on the "price match" guarantee that Home Depot advertises. I stopped by my local Home Depot today, and asked that they match a price advertised by a lumber yard on landscape timbers. It was a friendly exchange, and several employees reviewed my request. During the conversation, employees said (1) that must not be a ************** business (2) the competitor is 20 miles away and therefore not in our district (3) lumber prices are wildly fluctuating so the guarantee doesn't really apply, and (4) because the price difference was around $400 for my large purchase, not even the store manager could approve it, it would have to go to the district manager, and even then, it would likely not be approved.Well, I'm going to the competitor to buy my lumber. I left on good terms, and other than your employees trying to make up random and inaccurate reasons not to match, I left with the impression that your price match guarantee isn't really a price match guarantee when the price gap is judgmentally gauged as being too big.

This is the most atrocious store. *********************** has blood and hospital bills on his hands because of how he neglects every associate. People are getting bronchitis, covid , and pneumonia at this store and then *************** AND *********************** FORCE THEM TO COME INTO WORK AND THROW UP ALL SHIFT AND GO TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER. STOP FIRING EMPLOYEES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ANY GOOD PEOPLE YOU BARELY HAVE HANGING ON. DO BETTER. E BETTER. THEY ARE HUMAN AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH. YOU *************** YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND I AM GLAD I QUIT YEARS AGO

Awful customer **********************. I requested for a security door quote and was informed they'll send out a technician to take my door's measurement. Technician came out and said that my door has a pop-out on top and wouldn't do any measurement, but was happy to take my money. Said the pop-out was an issue. Lady from office depot called me and told me I would need to get it removed, but would not explain why that pop-out is an issue either. I went around in my neighborhood and saw at least 10 houses with pop-outs that had security doors on them. Emailed them back, and they continue to give their side of the story, but won't explain to me why the pop-out is an issue. Feels so much like a scam, or should I say, it is a scam. At the very least, it's dishonest work, or not wanting to work and just wanting to make up excuses.
