      Home Depot does not support you after the sale. I purchased a washer and dryer recently and received the products today, April 26, 2023. The dryer isn't working and I called the store where I purchased it and they transferred me around and around until someone answered and said they would call me after they finished with a customer. No call back, yet. I finally had to call the damaged and broken number on the website of Home Depot. They stated they would come back around on their delivery schedule to determine what happened in the next five days. Sad customer **********************. No more Home Depot for me.

      Im not sure this is correct address for the Home Depot Improvement credit accounts for consumersbut the credit line is financed by Vive Financial.therefore, affiliation matter:Harassment-missed one payment for first time, company charged late fee as expectedharassment begin next day after the due date, which falls on the 8th of each month. First they locked my account, sent out the next bill for *** and less than 3 days started calling me no stop every day. And sending notices via mail. When I called to advise would be late and even spoke with them each time on the phone they were rude and kept calling nonstop. I could have made the payment within the 3rd day of missing the due date but I was dealing with a health emergency AND was very disappointed that the company was treating me as if I was a habitual delinquent customer. As a matter of fact, I always paid my bills earlier than the due date. My first time missing a payment and the date after the due date Harassment starts even when speaking with the companythats not good business practices. I wonder how ******************* Depot Improvement treats the actual delinquent customers?!

      Sorry to complain but ******** ***** Home Depot is terrible to do business with!Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience in ordering we have ever had. Not only did they make multiple excuses and rescheduled my delivery before finally telling me the road restrictions were preventing delivery (which makes complete sense) however, the rude driver yelling at me when I stated this whole process has left me really frustrated was not needed but when they did finally deliver part oif the order was missing. The driver who ended up delivering called it in on site (this driver was wonderful) that it was missing, we called it in, We were told a manager would call, they did not. Though they put in the notes they called, and we did not answer. We were told they would call yet again today, and they did not. I called again and was told I was wrong the items were in the order. I let them know that they we not. There were 3 deliveries before me, maybe they went there I don't know but they were not here. I started a chat on Homedepot.com to be told they can't help me to take it up with the store. We are now 4 phone calls to them in and now being told I am wrong they were delivered but they will credit back the missing items.... Great that's all I want since they were not included. But they most certainly were not included in any of the pallets that were delivered. We went through every piece.The lack of customer ********************** and resolve has certainly upset me. The idea of ordering from the ******** Home Depot ever again has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am saddened to see this is the level of service representing home depot. I hope other stores are not this way.

      I purchased a pre-hung Masonite interior front door. I wanted a slab door but the sales associate told me that it would be best in the case of structural settling. The subcontractor was RFI Installations. The worst installation ever but it started at the store. They told me that it would be a delayed delivery because it was a special order. I wanted Brass hinges but the stock doors were mat Chrome. The door that I received was unfinished (unpainted with mat Chrome hinges). The installer didn't shim, plum or square the door. It was set at a ln extreme diagonal. I called the store and the Manager was unwilling to have it fixed. This back and forth went from the later part of November 2022 to January 2023. The house was so drafty that I caught a respiratory infection that lasted into February. Now keep in mind this in 2023 but I purchased the door in July 03, 2022. I literally had duct tape the storm door from the inside, place a large beach towel at the base of the door and force it close and then tape the inside of the door. I had to escalate it up to the President's *********************** They finally sent **** the Supervisor from RFI to check the door for a second time but he did nothing about the Chrome hinges and "forgot" to include that the hinges were wrong. He raised the threshold transition strip and lowered the piece on the storm door that was warped because of the I'll fitted door casing. When the second team of installers came, with a new door, it was the same stock door with Chrome hinges. They replaced the hinges with aftermarket hinges that did not fit. The hinges were not Masonite hinges so by using the aftermarket hinges, it voided the lifetime warranty. The store knew that any manipulation or augmentation of said door would void the warranty but inside of ordering the door that I requested in the first place, they give me a cheap stock item and hoped that I would be stupid enough to not know the difference in the door or be okay and not say

      They've refused my husband his cash refund & were bold enough to state they'd give me a refund but not him. I filed a civil rights complaint with *********************** directly. They've been nothing but full of excuses to give him his rightful refund, at one point demanding I go to the store in person with COVID, if we want to grovel at their mercy!! None of this is in line with Home Depot policy at all!! Costumer service # said they should have refunded ******* his cash right then and there. The appliance was not in our possession. They were applying different rules to him based on his racial makeup and retaliating because we had to reschedule due to my being sick and needed a different delivery date. You'd think with all we have been buying from there for a condo we acquired, no problem rescheduling and apparently public health, **************** to your consumers is NON EXISTENT with ********************* and his staff who have no concept of Home Depot return policy or civil rights in accordance with consumer litigation. My husband has repeatedly had to drive to this crooked store to plead for a refund that the service # itself insists he should have been paid immediately demonstrating reciept of purchase. We were being punished for health reasons and needing to reschedule which is ludicrous and they profiled ******* denying him anything while insisting only I would get any money!? Yet I have a sore throat and can't go there nor should I being dictated I have to. Meanwhile they continue to refuse his cash back and he's made numerous trips from NY and *********************. Denying a refund and telling a costumer their wife can have it, is definitely not consistent with civil rights laws nor Home Depot return policy. I'm sick and so infuriated at the abuse this corrupt jerk ********************* is being allowed to do with inflicting an unlawful ordeal with zero oversight from corporate whom we also tried to get help from. HONOR HOME DEPOT POLICY!! Get civil rights training & FIRE *********************!!!!

      I bought a string trimmer/edger on Sunday april the 24th this year. I was the most frustrating experience, could not find anyone to help me, the yard work equipment is *************.I went to customer ********************** and a woman looked at me like I was an idiot simply because I wanted help, she came to the area to unlock them-didn't know the combination of the lock. Eventually a person came to open the gate, then informed me he had to walk the tool to the check out, absolute nonsense-so now I'm a criminal intent on stealing the strimmer. I really should have told them to keep it and gone elsewhere. Will not shop there again. *************************** **.

      The Home Depot Installation Services in ******, ***** has been a nightmare. My mother who is 70 years has been waiting on the completion of cabinets with countertops in her small kitchen. The process began in 2022 and still has not been completed. She has been washing dishes in the tub since October 2022. She does not have a sink. As a result, she has had severe back pains, tonsillitis, and mental and emotional strain. She is an African American woman living in a marginalized community in ******. This is a sign of inequitable treatment for those who live in low-income communities. I am tired and very disappointed in how the service providers have disregarded our constant complaints.

      Home Depot sells line trimmers made by ************* that fall apart in 10 months. Home Depot said to go to *************, ************* are not offer any customer ********************** help.

      Order H0554-325677. I needed to replace a washer. At HD (Home Depot) I asked if I purchased a washer (same brand) if it would be able to stack like we already had it, I was told no. I ordered a new W/D, warranty, and necessary installation items per the associate (no mention of a staking kit), scheduled delivery and haul away of old W/D. Evening before delivery I reviewed the checklist -we didn't have the staking kit, I didn't know we needed one. I went to the store, customer ********************** (*******) was rude- she told me to go talk to the floor associate. I then spoke with ******* in appliances, he was kind at first, he called HD online. I was told they could bring the appliances and leave them, then schedule for someone to come back a later date to install- NO! I was told I could not buy a kit at the store to have it installed, the warranty would be void. I was told it was too late to cancel or reschedule- I had to wait and cancel upon delivery. I spoke to ***** (Ass MG), he apologized for what had happened- incorrect order and rude staff x2. ***** told me to cancel when they came to deliver, return to store contact him, he would try and resolve issue and help with the inconvenience, he gave me his personal cell number to call when I returned. DAY OF "Delivery" waited ENTIRE 4 hour delivery window- NO SHOW NO CALL. Contacted HD online AND went to store, was told order was cancelled at **** on 4/21 (night before)- I HADN'T CANCELLED MY ORDER- I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T till delivery! Called *****, he said he had left for the day, waited an hour manager ********* and he never came, I was on hold with service (*****) for over an hour (I also found out they NEVER put the haul away service on the original order! To resolve the issue I was offered $142 off of my order of over 2K. HD waisted collectively >8hours of my time and frustration. I am highly dissatisfied w/ HD and their resolve when they did the order incomplete x2, rude service x2, and brushed off by 2 managers.

      The Home Depot and their credit card company that they work with are practicing bait and switch. Received a promotion in the mail for our Home Depot Credit card for $75 off a purchase of $500 or more. Multiple times on the paper offer we received in the mail it mentions No interest if paid in full within 6 months of purchases of $299 or more. Use the coupon to order online, purchase over $600 AFTER the $75 coupon. Shows up on the credit card statement as not being interest free. Went to the store and they told us we would have to talk to the credit card company. The credit card company says its one or the other, either the discount OR interest free but you cant do both. I read the terms on the offer word for word multiple times (I also still have the flyer) and NO WHERE does it say you cant get interest free if you use the discount code. How many times does this happen to customers and they continue to get away with it?!?
