5 stars****** ** Home Depot has stood behind their products with honesty, patience, compassion and consideration. Even though my 2 year old washing machine performance was terrible and I had lots of difficulties, **, appliance manager at Home Depot, made sure my problem was resolved.Their honesty is the most important factor to success and recommend them because of their high performance to satisfy their customers.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot ********* ********* Store purchased a new front door with *********************** the stores Millwork Specialist on 12/3/2022. Took 6 weeks for the door. The installer came out to do the install the door had a few scratches I refused the door. I went to the store the same day after refusing the door to see what Home Depot was going to do. **** wanted me to look at the door,he pulled the door for me to look at it and you can clearly see where he tried to fix the scratches. He didn't realize that my daughter had taken pictures of the door before the installer took it back to the store. *********************-Wing Customer Experience Manager he was no help. He gave me the run around. He told me that he had to look into it and get back to me the following day. They got back to me to let me know that ******* would be reordering a new door that would take about 6 to 8 weeks. The door came in 3/30/2023. The install was setup and reschedule 2 times by the install Company. When the installer came out with the door on 4/26/2023 the door had a 2 1/2 long scratch on the front side of the door and it was very visible. I refused the door. I took pictures and so did **** the installer. I called the store about 30 mins after the installer left my home and spoke to ******* she told me that she saw the scratch on the door told me that she would have to talk to her Manager, and get back to me. I never heard back from her. I called the store the next day 4/27/2023 around 9:30am and asked to speak to the manager I was told that ******** (the Manager) was with a customer and would have to call me back. Two hours later no call so I called and was told she was on lunch. About 20 mins later she called me but was not helpful. I told her to just cancel my $5300 order and that I would not be doing business with Home Depot again. I was really disappointed with Home Depot as I have done a lot of purchase with them but will not be back again. I will have to go to Lowes.......The Home Depot

1 starI ordered a patio set of 4 chairs and a table on sale. The table was never delivered. I contacted Home Depot and after 30 min of back and forth was told the resolution team would get in touch with me. Never heard from them and so I contacted Home Depot again after 5 days. This time it took over an hour with the representative for me to be told that they would not send the table and the only option was for me to reorder and pay for another set (now at double the price) and return the set I had for a refund. I should have listened to the reviews on their website for the patio set as several people said they had never gotten the table. As Ive now read many reviews stating that Home Depot does not reliably issue refunds that are due back to the customer, Im cutting my losses and keeping what I have. I will never purchase anything from them again. I expected a lot more from a well-known retailer. They dont stand by their products and the customer support is atrocious.The Home Depot

1 starWas promised a 4 hour delivery window today for a washer dryer between 11am and 2pm. At 2pm they called to cancel because no one was home. We are at a 7x24 high rise with full time staff and not possible for no one to be home. Called customer ********************** and they would not send the truck back. Now they want to delivery at 3am early Thursday morning. Not impressed with lack of customer ********************** and employees who lie about us not being home.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot Corporate is full of incompetence. I purchased a leased rental 5'x8' trailer from the ******* Home Depot on April 6. Corporate sent the Certificate of Title to the ******* store the following week, but did NOT sign the release of interest. ******* store also forgot to sign their interest. We paid cash. California DMV will not register title in my name until both sign off. After several calls/trips - ******* released their interest. Corporate would NOT send the requested notarized affidavit releasing their lien after contacting them several times and hanging up on me 3 of those times while on hold. Home Depot would benefit from intensive and extensive training of its personnel in how to complete a sale and transfer title. I will probably make future purchases from Lowes.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot is the worst place I have ever worked with when trying to return damaged deliveries. Their delivery staff delivered a damaged washer and dryer and attempted to install the unit. Had my contractor not been present to see the damage, Home Depot would have installed the unit and left. Now Im trying to get a refund on the returned product and Home Depot is dragging their feet. *** never worked with a company who makes it this hard to correct a purchase. I will never buy from Home Depot again.The Home Depot

1 starI placed a pick up order on April 27th. I went on the 28th to pick it up, I even went inside to the customer ********************** counter to let them know I have 2 orders to pick up. I waited over an hour and still nothing came out. Even an associate asked if I was waiting for an order, I told him yes and he said he will go check on it. Still nothing after 20 mins. I felt very disrespected, it was my birthday and I waited outside for all that time for nothing! On my way home I called and cancelled both orders and have requested to have all of my information and account deleted from their servers. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.The Home Depot

1 starGot our windows replaced (whole house, 28 windows and 2 patio doors) in 2018. Windows have leaked since that time, and weve spent that time (yes 5 years) through 100s of calls and emails trying to get Home Depot just to call us back, not to mention to come out and fix it. Their customer ********************** and responsiveness is horrible and they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes.They finally call us back (yes in 2023) arrange to come fix it (3 times we were ghosted, reps came to the house to tear apart our windows on the inside and left us with their mess) then today come to fix it and tell us that siding is breaking because windows were not installed properly and siding has to be pulled in order to fix it, and now it is a liability claim. Not to mention having to replace the house wrap and the water damage to our dry wall in the house as well.However, Home Depot is saying they are going to replace only a section of the siding around the windows which is going to leave my house with mismatched siding, unless I pay for the additional siding so my house matches, all because of a bad window install. They should be replacing all of my siding and not leaving me with mis matched siding on my home for their mistakes.I already know by posting this I will simply get a drafted, scripted reply from a Home Depot customer ********************** representative versus a decision maker that actually wants to make things right and help us with this disaster which again proves our above situation. ** recommend staying far far away from Home Depot Home Services.The Home Depot

1 starThe online orders and their delivery service is completely unacceptable. Im working on my own major home renovation project and out of ten or so orders, perhaps 2-3 has been OK and on time. Past four were complete disasters with incorrect items delivered, kiln dried lumber and plywood left uncovered in the rain, and delays up to two week or completely cancelled order. Getting a refund was a major problem one requiring multiple phone calls to corporate customer ********************** and the local store with nothing but empty promises. Only reason I had to go back to them was that they were the only local supplier of the siding I was using. Its extremely frustrating to try to plan the project with this level of incompetence and ignorance. One more order and I should be done with the project and Home Depot.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a 7 piece patio set and it was missing 2 chairs when delivered. Reached out to customer ********************** reps and was told they couldnt find the chairs so schedule a pickup to return and ordered a new set. The missing chairs showed up the day after the table and other 4 chairs were picked up. The new table arrived STILL without chairs. After two weeks of calling and being told theyre coming and to just wait and finally told would be earlier this week. They havent shown up and I was told today that the chairs are back ordered and only thing they can do is offer a refund. I have been trying to just get a patio table for 2 months from this company that comes with everything I paid for. Multiple people told me the chairs and tables get separated during shipping and they have this problem often, but no one is able to get me a complete table set. *** had to wait around for deliveries and pick *** 5 times now. This is absolutely insane.The Home Depot
