1 starDont buy any major appliances from Home Depot. We bought a high end washer and dryer. The washer wouldn't turn on after two weeks of use and its taken two weeks to even get someone to look at it. We also bought a pressure washer that quit after 45 days and they will not give ** an exchange. This place is rip off.The Home Depot

1 starNever use the project loan for home improvements. The people they send will leave and hide damage they caused and home depo will just ignore your calls and emails... I have pictures. Not a month later the floors are lifting up making them not waterproof, the plubers scratched the new floor reinstalling the toliet and covered it with caulk and never said anything. And they installed a completely broken window latch... I mean completely missing... my fault for not checking every single window but I thought they were trust worthy.... We spent over ****** and a month later it's falling apart. What a waste. Hire an actual company because this is ridiculousThe Home Depot

1 starIve ordered 7 vinyl fencing panels which 2 weeks to get there and the order was missing 2 items (A line post and cap) which they said it would take approximately two more weeks to get there. So I suggest to hold the entire shipment until other items arrived. They stated that after five days of being on their property they send it back to the distributor. I dont understand how you could send back some I paid for and then refund my money. They spent more shipping the items then just letting my out right buy my merchandise. Everyone I spoke with in there in basically a robot non human that will elaborate why this happened. Ive reordered the vinyl fence from Lowes which had everything I needed the next day. They customer ********************** in that Home Depot is the worst Ive ever experienced. *** waisted a month of my life and a contractors time from this miscommunication. I will no longer be doing business with Home Depot.The Home Depot

1 starHorrible Customer **********************! I had the displeasure of dealing with a home depot associate by the name of ****** at the ********** ** home depot location. After receiving a notification that an online order was ready for pick up, I had someone go to the store to pick it up for me (because a truck was needed) upon arrival, they had to check in with home depot mobile app, which then prompted them to chat with a customer ********************** representative (****) the customer ********************** rep named **** was helpful and contacted the store to let them know a customer was waiting outside to pick up an order. A few minutes later, ****** came out to the parking lot screaming at the person who was picking up my order and told him in no uncertain terms there was a 2 hour wait and if he didn't like it, he could come inside and pick it up himself! the person picking up the order is an elderly gentleman who has congestive heart failure, and was unable to go into the store (which is why I chose curbside pick up) I called the store to complain and I was transferred to the employee I was complaining on!!! I called at least 5 times and each time I was sent to ******! I was yelled at, talked over, and hung up on! This same employee canceled my order without my consent. I contacted the corporate office and made a formal complaint. I was placed on hold, and the customer ********************** rep called the store to speak to the general manager, but advised he was not able to get the ** on the phone. I was given a complaint # and was told I would be contacted the following day. About 10 minutes after that call, I began receiving harassing phone calls from restricted #s as well as text messages calling me every name in the book!! (too explicit to even put on here) Its ironic that these calls happened right after I complained. This employee has me personal information, card number, address and phone number, and I am sure he behind the harassing phone calls I received last evening. (I was still getting calls after 11pm)The Home Depot

1 starI purchased an ** washer and dryer set with the extended (5year) protection plan 3-30-2020.On January 23, 2023, I called the warranty company to request a service on the washer because of a high pitched noise it was making while washing. A week later the service company came to my home and informed me that ** had ordered the wrong part so they would have to order new parts and come back. When he returned he actually broke my washer more and required more parts to fix it. Since then the A & E technician that Home Depot sent to my home has attempted repair the washer 5 more times, that is 7 days off of work for me because they give you a 7am-5pm window for service each and every time. After the 7th time they finally sent out a new company, that tech made it clear that my washer had been so badly damaged by the first company they were unable and unwilling to attempt a repair. Today is May 11, 2023, I still have a broken washer and Asurion, The Home Depots warranty company has continuously put me off giving me ***** hour time frames for resolution at least a half dozen times. I have no idea how to have this matter resolved at this point. This is exhausting and infuriating, I thought buying a protection plan would ***** the frustration when an appliance needed repair, not exasperate the situation.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a full kitchen through Home Depot. Cabinets and countertops. They quoted my countertops at $6,300, and when their 3rd party installer came out they measured an extra 8sq ft plus an oversized piece which came out to roughly an extra $1,000. I called home depot to get this figured out as this is far more than they quoted.. They said that those are the measurements they had even though I have emails stating the opposite. I spoke with their team and they tried to gaslight me and eventually hung up on me. A mistake was made on their end, which is acceptable, but blaming the customer and taking zero responsibility is not ok.The Home Depot

1 starAwful....Awful....10 months of trying to get resolution to my brand new refrigerator replaced that was delivered damaged. I followed the Home Depot process without resolution. 35 phone calls, lots of promises and no resolution. Will never, ever buy another product from Home Depot. Non-existent customer **************************** company will be out of business.....The Home Depot

1 starA bad discontinued refrigerator so to me from the Home Depot ***** want is my money back so I can get me a brand new another refrigerator I had no idea it was a discontinued product but Home Depot did I found that out when the repairman came to repair the first time it's on the 3rd repair and I told them I have a five year warranty just give me my money back so I can replace this refrigerator and take this junk out of my house in the Home Depot whoever their *************** is assurance something like that don't want to take it back and give me my money back to get another one all I want is another good refrigerator and replace the money for all three times this refrigerator has went out replace my food they promised her replacement or give me the money to replace my food and I haven't got anything all I do is fill out paperwork saying how much I lost this then the other download pictures send them this throw away food I'm not a food waster I don't appreciate it I need help they need to come and get this regular refrigerator out of here and get me a new oneThe Home Depot
