      I tracked our purchase from Home Depot and it said it was delivered. Unfortunately they delivered it to the wrong address. We had to go around to neighbours houses and find it.

      This Home Depot (***********************************************************) has awesome staff. My husband and I were looking to purchase the Husky White **** Table that has drawers. We went all around our *********** (******** / ******) locations and a few inland (Mission Valley / ect) and could not find one that was not damaged. All of these locations seem to put their work desks outside which when it rained caused weathering and damage to the product.We really wanted this work desk so we decided to drive up to ************. We found this particular Home Depot actually had the product indoors. However, we could not locate one in the box. We located a staff member *******. *******, along with her coworkers, and manager took time out of there day to search the whole place up and down all the aisles trying to help ** find one in the box. The even checked the back stock and the trailers. Unfortunately, they were not able to locate one. The manager offered ** a nice discount on the floor model, which was not weathered or damaged. We accepted his offer. I must say this was the most helpful and friendly Home Depot we have been in. We frequent Home Depot quite often with owning our own business. I would recommend anyone trying to locate anything that needs help to make the trek to this particular store. What SERVICE well above expectations! THANK YOU!!

      I paid for the "white glove" service but didn't get the "white glove" service and I still haven't gotten my item, I've been waiting a month for this item delivery issue, have purchased twice, forever Waiting, no one can solve my problem forever, the goods have arrived, but no one has arranged the delivery time, I have called the customer ********************** countless times, but the problem can never be solved, the suggestion given by the customer ********************** is: return the product and buy it again Suggestion, I don't need to return, I need to fix the problem. Terrible shopping experience, terrible white glove delivery service. Doesn't this company have ********* who can solve this problem?

      I recently ordered a shower door on 5/3/2023. Delivery was to be on 5/9/23.It is now 5/15/23. The doors have been lost in shipping and nobody on the website, or in store has helped me. They both refuse to give me a refund and let me buy these elsewhere. I have text confirming this from them. They have taken my money hostage and I have no product for it. This is criminal. I will never make any large purposes from them again. Every time I order for a job, they forget things, damage my products, are late, etc. ************ is completely incompetent, uncaring, and corrupt.

      I was a victim of elder abuse fraud. I was tricked into believing that my account was hacked, a familiar act known to the business. I reported that this however it was to late. The perpetrators left a total of $5.00 of the $1500.00 that the coned me out of. The problem that I have is that the business knows this is a common problem with elders and I believe they have the insurance to cover such incidents. This incident put me in a financial bind due to my household being on a fixed income. My hope and prayer is for Home Depot to reimburse me what was stolen from me.

      I ordered an AC from them on April 20 for next day delivery. I have a small baby and I needed AC to keep him cool and comforted. It's May 13, I never received my package. They refused to give me a refund for almost 3 weeks for something that was supposed to be delivered the next day. Worst company ever. I never had problem with refunds with any other business, you are the only ones that refused to give me a refund for something that your carrier (ONTRACT) probably stole. You should be sued. Never shopping her again.

      They came and installed my dryer, I even gave them the first techs a $40 tip. Within 24 hrs after installation we tried to dry our clothes but normal cycle wasnt heating. I called them, told then the issue. The first customer ********************** rep I talked to said he was going to order a replacement. They sent a tech over after 2 days to inspect and confirmed that the left side cycles wasnt working. They said that I should call home depot to schedule a replacement. I called and the 2nd rep I talked to said I couldn't get a replacement and that no one ordered a replacement. I told her to call GE as they already stated that I just need to schedule a replacement. She looked it up and after a couple of minutes of being on hold, she said I can schedule. They were supposed to come on Monday, waited for them, we couldnt go to the store because we waited for them patiently but they didnt arrive till I finally called and asked for an update. They said they rescheduled (without even letting me know) that it will now be on Tuesday.Tuesday came and this new tech arrives. I dont know why but I could already tell that he was not in the mood because he immediately run the quick dry and looked at me all annoyed and said it was working. I explained to him that only quick dry cycle works and all of the other cycles on the left doesnt. I told him I dont want a defective dryer. He then replaced it and left but tonight as I was going to use this dryer, I checked the back and found out that it was not connected properly. (Would attach pictures if I can). I fixed it myself and all home depot could give me was my $20 installation fee. Couldnt pay me back the tip nor the time wasted!

      Dear Home Depot Credit service team,It's been nearly 6 months that you guys still not give me an explanation about the fraud activity on my Home Depot credit card. I called you guys in December 2022 regarding those fraudulent transactions and you guys investigated and proved that that was not my purchase at all. Then you helped me cancel the credit card since my info was exposed on your website. I told you guys that I need to cancel my Home Depot credit card and close my account immediately. However, you guys open another credit card for me without my permission and transferred partial fraudulent transactions to this new credit card, and keep mailing me the bill again. Then, I started calling you guys every 2 weeks to explain the same thing and every time you guys tell me that you will solve the problem. I STILL RECEIVE THE **** WHICH IS NOT MY PURCHASE AND EVEN WENT TO THE ***** COLLECTION COMPANY! Can anyone help me to solve the problem?
