      I purchased a metal storage shed a week ago to be delivered to my house today. I had people lined up to put it together tomorrow. When it got late in the day, I called the store to check on the delivery. I was told the shed was on back order at their store. So they turned my order over to another store, in a different city for delivery. I called that store. No delivery date had been set up. NO ONE at my local store called me to inform me of this so I could take care of setting the date. Why couldn't they just tell that store to deliver it today? An apology does not cover it. I want compensation for their failure to demonstrate good customer **********************. Their handling of this is disgusting. They will not get any more of my business.

      We ordered carpet over 2 weeks ago. When we placed the order we were advised of a 2 day delivery. When calling no one is picking up the phone. The carpet is now delayed. We have no idea when its being installed. Our projects are on pause because of this. This is the worse experience we have had! A resolution needs to be provided other than cancelling.

      Homedepot is falsely advertising products. The website states $15.24 and they charged me almost $22. I have screenshots and screen recording to prove it. When I contact the 800 number they won't let me share my proof and insist that the price is $21 something.Representative is ***** id number ***** after waiting for almost and hour on home then tells me he cannot help me. Trashy customer ********************** from home **********************, first and last time I will order from them again. I will also be reporting them to the correct bureaus for false advertising.

      I bought several security cameras, 1 smart doorbell and in the same store I ordered several window mount cameras and several micro sd cards. I had to return 2 cameras and the smart doorbell because they were defective and damaged, it seems that someone returned them and instead of verifying the open product, they put it back on sale. I received the micro sd cards minus 1. They told me that it would arrive on May 8 but it never arrived at the store. I called the store and they tell me that they don't know anything, I called the # of online orders and they told me that it was "lost" and that they sent me another one that Arrived at the *******, ** store on May 18. Today, May 19, I call the ******* store at 7:20 p.m. and an employee who lacks training in customer ********************** told me that she did not know anything and I told her that he has to learn what customer ********************** is and his response was that the one I have to learn is me. I was thinking of buying more cameras but I'd rather leave my money at Lowes. It's been 1 month and still My micro sd card has not arrived at the store.

      Home Depot refused to accept a return that was still unopened. I had the receipt. They said they couldn't scan it into their system to pull up my information. I told them I would accept a store credit but they refused. It was a horrible experience.

      Home Depot has not dealt in good faith, and the adjustment compensation is unacceptable. They have sent threatening documents (all or nothing) docusign. I have been fair and patient, and reasonable. They have not. It took over 220 days to get 10 windows installed. The agreement was a 90 day install. Due to an undersized window (improper order by rep), it took over 115 days to get one window replaced with the correct size. This caused delays in getting our permit for a short term rental. We lost income during the holiday season, and throughout the winter snow and ski season. Nobody seems to understand the financial impact this had on **. And they don't really care. I'm just a consumer, and tough luck. I proposed a fair settlement, and they rejected it. They have given me a take it or leave it proposal, which is not acceptable from a 300 Billion dollar company.

      Ordered a bathroom vanity and it has been 3 days since it says they are going to deliver it and home depot can't find my vanity and won't issue a refund and leave me on hold for 4 hours total so far.Do not order from this company and why won't they just refund my money

      I ordered a mini skid for some yard work from home depot. The process was easy and the gentleman, *****, who delivered it and picked it up was the best. ***** was great with communicating with ** for delivery and pick up. He called an hour ahead of time for both so that we would be ready for him. I would definitely order from home depot again!

      Ordered a item on line for pickup. Claimed they had 5 go there a couple of hours later to pick up other item and check on order to find out they had none. Asked for a refund and get a receipt telling I have to wait 21 days for a check. i paid with a gift card not a check nor a credit card. So they not only didn't have someone who knew how to do inventory but keep my money for weeks. Also tell me they can't change how the cancelation was done to correct that mistake.

      The ********** **** Home Depot sold me and my husband a pergola that showed in store available but we went to ring out and was told could only buy online and have to pay shipping. We did this with the promise wed get it prior to Mothers Day. Our delivery date was May 8th - which came and went. We called on the 10th and told its in **** and theyd call us within 24hrs with update - never got that call. We called again on the 13th and was told that this happens frequently and could just refund money - so Home Depot sells items that they dont have?? Item shows no longer available to purchase so cant even replace it. I was on hold for 40 mins while they tried to figure out where the item is - I dont want the money I want to item! Was then told theyd call me Monday - spoiler alert - no call. Mothers Day came and went with no pergola. Now we called again for update - all they can do is refund the money - they dont have the item - what a disappointment! What I wonder is if wed paid full price would they have lost it? Is this a scam Home Depot pulls on Veterans that order items - that way they dont loose the 10% ?? Did customer ********************** say what else can we do to make this right - nope! Nothing - guess we now know what store not to shop at and will let other Veterans know how Home Depot could care less.
