      I went to my local home depot on chambray drive ********* for air conditioner advertised online for $139 when I went to check out the price range up as $185 the manager than proceeded to tell me that is an online only price and that they don't price match their prices. I than ask if I buy now online can I pick up now her yes we can do that ok I go to customer ********************** than say on were system issued saying you didn't pay I want around for 3 hrs for them to tell me we cannot release product today onless I want to spend full price because its a special buy and not a system issue. I would like to file a complaint for fraudulent pricing as their website does not say online only. Th

      Well they used to stand behind the product lines they endorse and promote. Now they do not perform warranty work in the rental department like they have for many years. They tell you to call ryobi and get service center info. Problem is they will only give me contact info for 2 service centers within 100 milesand 1 is just some guy that says he wishes people would stop calling for tool repair, and the other hasnt answered the line in over 30 minutes of many different tries. My thousands of dollars worth of ryobi tools now cant be repaired. Why would I continue to buy them? And why should I continue to shop there?

      I purchased items online for next day delivery. The delivery was not made the next day. The delivery finally arrived 3 days late and some of the products were damaged. I contacted Home Depot and scheduled an exchange of the damaged products. I received a call at 6am informing me that they were not replacing the damaged products.

      I got my online shipment today and I ordered bunch of items including ****************** Remover Refill bottles and mold control bottle. When I opened the box and took out couple of items out, I noticed my items were all wet. I was shocked when I found out one of the Drano ******* Clog Remover Refill bottle leaked everywhere in the boxes causing all the items in the box filled with chemical liquid. My hand was burnt from the chemical liquid. How stupid is the shipper, the shipper puts all the items including two Drano ******* Clog Remover Refill bottles and Mold Remover liquid all in same plastic bag instead of wrapping and tie each chemical bottle in each separate bag to prevent leaking. They should know fully well Drano and Mold remover are chemical harmful liquid which needs to be packaged properly and safely so it doesn't harm the customers but obviously they don't care about their customers safety.

      The Home Depot's replacement windows are terrible! This was a $16,000 purchase, and I will have to replace them. If I could give a zero rating I would. Every single window has something wrong with it. One is too small for the opening and leaves a .5" gap at the bottom when its latched. Others are too big and won't latch at all. One window will only open 3.5". Inner seals have gaps. There's no way that these windows were inspected, and they don't resemble the "after" windows in the promotional materials. Worse yet, they leak air through the installation gaps. Windows need to seal out the elements, open and close, and latch securely. The items installed do not fulfill those basics.My husband and I have discussed the problems with the local customer ********************** reps without resolution. Actually, there's been silence for weeks, so I wrote to *******************, the **** and haven't received a reply!I was a loyal customer and will NOT ever, ever trust Home Depot again. If you want a quality product, don't shop at the Home Depot.

      I've purchased online kitchen apliances worth over 3K while remodeling my rental.property and had a 2 week nightmarish experience with the exchange of refrigerator since it was too big and side door couldn't open .I found the same model and brand in smaller size, which sounds like an easy exchange, well who knew.....I was not able to get any help over the phone.Seemed like I was being transferred from one operator to another, and nobody knew how to proceed with the exchange .After spending half a day on the phone , I decided to call the next day and was advised to go to the local store , so I went to Home Depot, that I frequently visit. I've spent 45 min waiting and observing and found interesting things: for one, as large as this company is they like to work short staffed, little help they have there takes 15 min breaks at the same time .I was lucky in a way to get *** who started and explained my exchange process, but was advised to come back the next day bc that's when the manager was gonna be there .Well, the next day, the manager wasn't there, I got another associate ********, who wasn't able to help much .Then finally on Saturday , I was lucky to run into manager ******, who was very quick to take my credit card and charge me for new Refridgerator but didn't compete the return, so when the delivery came, they refused to pick up original fridge bc "it wasn't in the system."In the end, a few words for corporate HD , the incompetence of some of your associate is astounding ,I assume you have a high turnover of employees, I see new faces whenever I'm there, obviously you've lost my business from now on .I was able to sell my Fridgidare refrigerator and purchase new one from ************************ who provided me with: great costumer service , very flexible time window of delivery, easy to get a real, human person on the phone .Thanks to them I was able to recover all the financial.and emotional losses you caused me .

      Home Depot Employees are steeling money from customers' (Home Depot) gift cards. my customer support ticket #: ******** (it has my phone # and email ID on ***********: I have purchased a Home Depot gift card in ********* ** for $50.00 and used $18.** immediately. 05-****** tried to spend the rest of the money and I was told that it had "0" balance. 12-Jun: called customer ********************** and learned that it was used in ****** on 03-Jun without any physical card presence and/or ID check Home ********************** customer support has refused to file a claim to investigate what happened unless I produce the original receipt of buying the gift card even though I have the physical card in my hand. The only way someone could get hands on my gift card information is thru Home Depot employees. Only they have that information since I secured the card once I bought it. Instead of helping frustrated customers Home Depot is washing their hands as if it is not their problem. This fraud happened due to weak Home Depot controls on customer sensitive data. God only knows what is happening to credit cards.

      6/10/23 me llego el refrigerador ** que compre en Home Depot , page por ensima de $2000 y los detalles del terminado dejan ***** que desear . No le recomiendo a nadie la marca ** . Solamente pasar por el trabajo de regresarlo y esperar otro mes por otro refrigerador es sper estresante . No se si todas las marcas estn as de malas pero ** est bien mala . Como me encantara poder subir fotos para que pudieran apreciar lo que les digo por ustedes mismos.
