      Worst customer ********************** department. 1) Order new fridge for delivery.2) Get confirmation the day before, between 1-5pm. Okay, all good we will plan.3) Get email morning of delivery, sorry we can't deliver today. Call to reschedule.4) Call, gete placed on hold for 10 minutes, get hung up on.5) Text the help line, all I get is "sorry, we had a mix up."6) Get another email, your delivery is scheduled for Wednesday between 3am and 2:59am.7) Text the help line again. Sorry we will let you know.I'm convinced that no body seems to give a rip about us and having someone at home taking off work, making plans etc.Still no answers as to why within a 12 hour window the original delivery was confirmed and then cancelled.

      I was at the Home Store ******** ** .sorry service i bought a Can of ********* Bee Spray also a big Container of the same thing.The Shelves were stacked high and the Cans were not pulled forward no Help in sight.needles to say i got it down and one of the cans fell on my Head came Home with a Headache.When i checked out i did not get my Military Discount .The cashier said i have to Register i thought i was been getting it for Years Home depot you last a good Customer going back to ****** much better Customer ********************** always get my Discount.

      you really need to. improve your website ..to make it more customer friendly. I CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE TO ORDER "CURB SIDE"? However I did call your 800 number and I got great customer **********************! ******* took care of it for me. How can you order CURB SIDE PICK UP on your website?

      Three times in about a month 3 different vendors from Home Debot.com never shipped my items that I payed for even though their web site said it was shipped but delayed! I had to get refunded.

      Ordered two items, and only received 1 item. Packing list said two were sent, but only one was sent. The packaging did not appear to be tampered with or damaged. I called to ask for the second item, but instead they only solution homedepot.com was able to suggest is that I dispute the charge with my credit card company. I did so, and got my money back, but that was an unnecessary escalation. In addition, their messaging service was broken and the entire experience cost significant time. I would not recommend ordering from home depot.

      We ordered a bay window to be installed around august. They put the window in and left saying they had to come back to level the left side of it through our attic and needed someone smaller to acess it, then seal it, and put the framework on it. We were told we could open the right window but not the left. This is **** now, they have cancelled several appointments to finish our window, they call after the time frame they agreed to come at. Time frame where we are waiting for someone to show. We have spent the entire winter freezing in our living room because it was not sealed completely and you can literally hear the whistle and feel the wind come through from outside. The right window we opened once and the hardware broke. Had to manually push window back in. This last appointment was scheduled for 06/10 at 3:24, but then told over phone it's 6/11 between ****. We were here both days. 6/10 had great weather and 6/11 called for rain. At 1:39, an hour and 30 minutes past we received a phone call saying cancellation was due to weather. We have called every single home depot number to get in touch with someone while waiting, but since its sunday no one is open. They have sent letters to my home saying they can't reach us but when we call them at the numbers they give us no one picks up or calls back even if we leave a voice message. I want more than an apology. I want compensation for this very expensive home project which also effected healthy and safety this past winter. This is going on to be a full year and I'm not thrilled about spending another cold winter in our house because their business cant finish a job. We have heard every reason for cancellation, weather, short staff due to covid, etc. The supervisors that were supposed to come out and look at the window never showed. And we had one person tell us we just needed hardware put in when that's not true. They dont even know what needs to be done to finish. Very unprofessional and negligent work!

      I never shop at Home Depot. I decided to remodel my bathroom and went to HD. I purchased a vanity on my debit card. On the way home I got gas and my card was skimmed. I now need to return the vanity but my card is disabled. They said there's absolutely nothing they can do, they cannot do cash return and my only option is store credit. ****** store credit for a store I never shop in...when I was taken directly out of my checking account. Their attitude regarding this is horrible. I was literally in tears. I will never, ever, ever shop at Home Depot again.

      Had the worse experience of my life by buying an appliance from Home Depot.I bought a washer. Was told it was free installation. I also paid for the old washer to be deposed of. When my washer was delivered the movers refused to install it and remove my old washer. They claimed it was not on the order. Left the washer in my garage and did nothing. I will never buy another appliance from HD again. Worse service I ever received. from any company. HD representative said they have no control over delivery people. Poor excuse. If delivery company not accountable they should find a new company that will do the job paid for. Don't ever buy from a company that will back what they advertise. This purchase was nothing but a big joke and caused me nothing but phone calls and time to try and rectify the stupidity of this transaction. HD does not stand by what the advertise. This has totally made me change my mind about their integrity.

      I purchased a 5 year extended Warranty from the Home Depot on my ******* washer and dryer. The pamphlet I was given clearly states in large print that the warranty begins "after" the manufacturer warranty ends. When I went to use the service I was told that the statement on the pamphlet was incorrect and the products warranty had expired. Despite my have the proof in writing I am being told that there is a clause in small print tucked into the back of the pamphlet that would have explained that was shown in the pamphlet was not correct. I dont know who approved the printing of the Pamphlet but the Home Depot sold it to their customers showing it to be the coverage they were offering. Despite my spending a great deal of time with the Home Depot Customer ********************** department I cant get anyone to do anything about my broken dryer.
