1 starI've given The Home Depot far too many chances. Customer ********************** experience with card services tonight was the final straw. I run a property management company. I have had WAY too many issues with Home Depot over a number of years. Each time I give them another go, it ends up just BAD... all around BAD... Convoluted customer ********************** that goes in never ending circles, horrid experiences with deliveries, errors in billing, online card services is a mess, the website is choppy clunky and slow..... and many other small issues that just add up to a headache I do not have the same problems with Lowes!... ***** isn't perfect, but it never gets to the point of frustration and face palm moments! The issues ive had using Home Depot end up insanely comical but it's not funny at all!I spent 2 hours tonight being professional being transfered from one customer ********************** person to the next trying to resolve an issue.... I did get clearly frustrated having to repeat myself and prove who I am to each rep they past me to and got "I'm trying to help you here, be professional"... not what I wanted to hear.... So... I am all very much done with Home Depot forever. Thank you to that customer ********************** agent for making up my mind for me!The Home Depot

1 starWas told over the phone an even exchange could be done if out of the 30-day window, however, upon arrival with product/receipt ASM - **** was unwilling to assist. On top of that, the cashier at Returns told ** to find a store manager to speak with. Do they not have the ability to call a manager to the returns desk to help a customer. 1 starBEWARE, They have made our lives miserable. We wanted 2 bathroom quartz countertops & 3 undermount sinks. They wanted 100% paid upfront. My stupid to trust them that was 2/11/23.The fabricators KRONER, did everything wrong! The faucet holes were done wrong, the quartz was awful, dark spots, back & side splash doesnt match. The overhang of the countertops were way too long. My Home Depot faucets were unable to fit. I begged for them to come out to assess for months! The fabricators were difficult, they said they would only redo 1 countertop ( the small guest bath). Then lied to me about trying to install it. Reason for delays:1. Couldnt contact me( I have phone 2#s ************** email) then LEAVE A MESSAGE, doh! More BS 2. We are 2 1/2 hrs away, we will come out when we are in your area! We only know our schedule the day prior. REALLY! Then why did you accept the job? Thats no excuse! 3. I refused to let them come! Yes, true I did, after they told me they will fix my double sink countertop problem by cutting my 7 ft. of my wall and push the top back & then caulk it! NO WAY!Meanwhile the Installation ***** Kept ignoring my plea to have the work assessed. The coordinators kept changing! There was no communication between them. One is away, another in the hospital, another was moved to another ***** the salesman is no longer employed ( he screwed me).I contacted Headquarters to explain. BUT I finally got their attention after I won the dispute on my credit card where I sent photos! Finally 5/31/23 ( 4 months later) they came. The solution was, FIRST put the money back to your **** & well fix every thing! ???????I cant trust them. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice. NO WAY! **** said I can hire new people & get the job done right! BEWARE of what you sign when the installers ask you to sign off on a job. Refuse until you know if its done right. You are not a professional! get someone who knows what to look for.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a new $10,500.00 ac system and installation from home depo based on a promise of a rebait of $750.00 over 6 weeks ago as of this review. I have tried repeatedly to get my rebate check but cant speak to anyone that can help me. They do the run around and AI robot phone delay questions and phone problems etc. to try to get me to give up. I think everyone should be aware of this unethical behavior. There really nice till they get your money then "who are you?" is their standard reply. As of now I really don't think I will ever see a rebate check from these folks.The Home Depot

1 starUnfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience today june 15th, 2023 at 4pm, the store located at ****************************** **********, ** *****, I asked for help with a air conditioning filter to the person in charge on that department, while he was talking to one of his colleagues, in a personal conversation his answer was NO we don't have it, but I still haven't ask you what exactly I'm looking for plus, yes you do have it but in the Top shelf, He talked to his colleague and told her let's go and ignore me in the middle of Line #** I felt today very discriminate it's very sad , for his surprise he thought I was going to stay quiet like most of Hispanics on this area, I'm a ***** ********, pay very high taxes and won't nobody to step on me , I'm not doing this for me I'm doing this for the people that Don't speak English and won't know how to make their voice heard. I want to investigate both of these employees, I already contacted personally the Store Supervisor but I want to make sure events like this one won't happen again. This is a vivid situation of Discrimination when they saw I was Hispanic they got like it was a joke.The Home Depot

1 starNEVER USE HOME DEPOT DELIVERY FOR ANY PRODUCTS; THEY USE ONTRAC/LASERSHIP. Most infuriating online purchase of my life. Ordered power tools for my Dad for Father's day. Home Depot used Ontrac for delivery (worst delivery provider ever). My Dad was home all day and the product never came. We have Ring cameras all around the property and there is no record of any delivery. Ontrac marked the product as "delivered" even though I never received it. I called Home Depot to see what we could do to resolve the issue, but I have been getting the runaround from Home Depot now for 7 days and counting. First, they say I have no recourse and that I need to dispute with my credit card company if Ontrac says "delivered." Second, after I call Ontrac and file a claim, HD says they'll refund me if Ontrac doesn't conduct an investigation within 2 business days (spoiler: they don't). Third, HD says my case for a refund was denied by one of their workers because ****** says it was "delivered" (WTF, THIS IS WHAT THE DISPUTE IS ABOUT). I have spent 5+ hours on the phone with them bouncing between customer ********************** agent and customer ********************** agent and customer ********************** agent giving me the same canned answers BUT NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. I have been online shopping for as long as I can remember but this has been the worst experience I've had with ANY retailer, bar none.The Home Depot

1 starPurchased a new ***** grill which was delivered on 6/14/23. Delivery people were expected to call 30 minutes before arrival, but that did not happen. When they did arrive, I was tied up with landscapers, so my wife showed them where to put the grill. When I finally got around to looking at it, I could not believe the condition it was in. This was obviously a floor demo from one of the stores. In fact they left the floor tag on the grill. The dust was so thick, I could tell it had been out for a very long time. The entire grill was covered in dust, dirt, grease and fingerprints. At least ***** scratches and scuffs on the body and inside of the grill, I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice. Very poor experience, bordering on unethical. Now I have to waste another day waiting for them to pick this up. They gave me a partial refund, but kept $49.90 of my payment.The Home Depot

1 starI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Home Depot's customer **********************. I ordered a Dyson V15 from Home Depot on May 25th, 2023, and it was scheduled to be delivered on May 27th, 2023. However, the Dyson V15 was not delivered on that date, or any of the following dates. I contacted Home Depot customer ********************** on multiple occasions and each time I was told that the Dyson V15 was "somewhere" in their warehouse and would be delivered as soon as possible. However, after almost three weeks, I still had not received my Dyson V15--it's June 15th, 2023.In addition to not delivering my Dyson V15, Home Depot customer ********************** has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I have been on hold for hours on multiple occasions, and when I have finally been able to speak to a representative, they have been unable to provide me with any helpful information. I have also been transferred to multiple departments and each time I have had to explain my issue all over again.When I finally spoke to a supervisor, they told me that the Dyson V15 had never left the warehouse and that they were trying to blame ***** for the issue. However, I contacted ***** and they told me that they had never received the Dyson V15 from Home Depot.Home Depot opened two cases to "resolve" the issue, but they never did. They simply offered to refund my money. I was not satisfied with this solution, as I had already waited two weeks for my Dyson V15 and I was eager to receive it.I am very disappointed with Home Depot's customer **********************, and I will not be doing business with them again in the future. I would strongly advise others to avoid Home Depot as well.The Home Depot

1 starI ordered 2 paddle boards on seperate days so two different order number received one of them and not the other so when i went to home depot the lady called customer ********************** and then told me order was cancelled because it was out of stock but i called today and tracked it in ************ the neighbor city *** store and when i said you dont get a your order has shipped email if it was out of stock plus it checked in at 4 different *** locations. i was lied to by home depotThe Home Depot
