1 starHorrible, I purchased a door in November 2022 and it still not completed. No screen to the door. The lock is broke on the door. The door base is covering the vent as of today Im still waiting to have my screen installed. Thank you.The Home Depot

1 starOrdered a grill over a week ago. 3 days late as of now and sense they use ***** im sure it will have to go back for damages. Never will i spend my money at home depot again.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot service is no longer a quality company. I ordered 2 tall kitchen cabinets on line and ship to my local store with several additional cabinet orders. Well the two tall ones experienced a supply issue and a different store near by had then in stock. One would think just transfer the order and let me pick it up or ship to my local store. Nope I had to purchase these and wait for a refund. Well that was on May 28th when Depot said a credit would be issued. Today is June 20th and NO REFUND yet. I have called at least 8 different times as well as Corporate office and was pushed off to the .com number. They are refusing to return my just under $600 and all I get is yes I see you called are you sure you did not get your money back. I guess a lawyer is required to get a refund from a online order that they cancel. They should get zero stars from me but I have to give them one per the system.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a flooring installation, they said it would take 3 months, it toke 6 months, and they damaged my property (walls, closets, furniture) the technician that installed the floor was unlicensed, rude, unprofessional and left pee all over my bathroom floor, my office desk, my notebooks. He yelled at me during the entire duration of the project. In addition, they left the tile poorly installed, they left loose tiles, defective tiles were installed, they left a defective installation. Then ***************************** from ** installation group who is not licensed inspected the work and gave a professional construction opinion. She doesnt have a license is this even legal?. She said it was installed to industry standards and refused to correct the work. The worse experience.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot delivery is a joke. I purchased 37 bags of cement for a large project and scheduled delivery for first available date which was three days. After waiting all day I get a call that the delivery truck radiator busted so Id have to wait three days for delivery. Three days later comes and my order is out to be dry. 4 pm comes around along with a call that the truck tore up again and I had to wait three additional days. Im very upset with their delivery and customer **********************. They do not care about their customers only making money.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a bundle of appliances: Range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Got a good deal, too good maybe? Was paid for and to be delivered 06-14-23. When it did not arrive, I called to inquire.. I was advised my order was canceled and when I asked why was advised "a glitch" and "a processing error". I was alerted by email two flooring samples I ordered were canceled, no mention of appliances.. I have a receipt, and order confirmation, but does not see anyone can just recharge me the same amount and deliver the goods. Home Depot has been a frustrating pain, and the last answer was their fraud department would be in contact. I have no idea how fraud applies, I ordered online with the assistance of a customer ********************** rep. I was told to monitor my email for their contact. This was on June 15, now it is June 19. Contract law, benefit of the bargain indicates when we struck a deal and I paid we had a contract for them to sell the items at the price agreed on. I tried to reorder and was quoted approximately $600 more (On 6-15-23) than my receipt. I asked today (06-19-23), it was $1400 more. Bait and switch bull corn.. One start because there is 0 star.The Home Depot

1 starToday 06/17/2023 between 15:30 and 16:30 we were in the store shopping for wood. While looking around we noticed they had a couple of Melamine White ***** pieces in the scrap bin. We noticed that they werent painted purple. We asked the employee working *****, who was using the cutting machine, if those pieces were scrap he said Yes and that its okay and not to worry let them know at the front. After we finished gathering the rest of the items we went back to the scrap bin and notice there was more pieces of the Melamine White ***** in the scrap bin that werent painted purple but we were previously told not too worry. So we place them in our cart. When we got to the cashier we were helped by a cashier named ****. He was very helpful and great. After we told him the situation another employee working there said they needed to be purple in order for us to get 70%. So she (didnt catch her name) stated let me call lumbar to double check. I believe they need to enter a code to get the 70% but Im not sure why the system didnt let **** do it. After she called and verified she entered the code and as well couldnt get the 70% off. A man approach called ***** the cash register and as soon as he got there he stated that we didnt get the panel from scrap and that we could NOT get 70% off. I told told him one of his employees said not to worry about it not being painted. After a bit of back and forth with ***** , we asked for his manager and he stated he was the manager of the building and that he wasnt going to sell it at 70% off because we didnt get it from there. I asked the other cashier what ****** said when she called and she stated that it was indeed scrap. ***** then accused ** of not getting it from scarp. He returned and said give them 70 percent off. After I told him it wasnt right that he was disrespectful and called us a liar. He said you got your 70 percent off didnt you and that he never called us a liar there is more to put but there is a limit.The Home Depot

1 starI recently reserved an insulation blower online with ample time to have the rental ready. Upon the day Im supposed to pick up my rental, I receive a text saying that my rental isnt available due to availability. I call the ***** store and ask why and the woman that spoke to me told me that its because you cant reserve it online. I planned my entire day and hired contractors to come do the attic insulation only to hear that the reservation I made online doesnt mean anything. I am very unsatisfied with this experience.The Home Depot

1 starThis complaint/review is based on multiple offenses. Ive ordered multiple times from their website and have received portions of said delivery and when I reach out to their customer ********************** they tell me they cant do anything about it and that I need to file a dispute with the courier. This is unethical to sell products and then not deliver. I truly hope to see this fixed now that this has happened to me on multiple occasions. This is how good businesses go belly up by slipping up.The Home Depot

1 starI placed an order for a ******* washer and dryer when we first moved here..April 3rd delivery date (was the 2nd delivery date I believe) the first delivery we sat around waiting for someone to show up and after not hearing from anyone I called to get an eta.. only to find out that the dryer was damaged and the delivery was cancelled.. we made accommodations to get the delivery and stayed home to be sure that we could begin doing laundry.. what a major inconvenience! We were given a later date and was told that we had to wait for a dryer to come to the fulfillment center before we could get the delivery.. a manager was kind enough after several hours of begging and pleading to get a dryer.. to send it out as soon as she could! We got the delivery and realized shortly thereafter that something was wrong with our dryer. It is my belief that we received a damaged dryer that we physically couldnt see, but was an internal issue. The heating element is out and the door wont open to allow the left to go out. Long story short, our clothing were consistently full of lent and we didnt know why. We have placed several online orders that have arrived to our home damaged or in pieces. I have returned the items that we could not use because of the extensive damage and tried to salvage what we i could do that we could function in our new home.My biggest concern is with the way some of your vendors package their items.The biggest issue is that the table, chairs and umbrella set was so poorly packaged that when i took the table out of the box (it was in its own box) the table fell completely out of the box and fell on my feet.When i called in to let your reps know **** whos in your retention department was the coldest and most stoic rep Ive ever encountered. I expressed this to him and explained that his level of service was unacceptable and very alarming. I cant imagine what would have happened if my parents would have been the persons trying to open this package.The Home Depot
