      I WAS VERY DISASTISFIED WITH THERE RETURN SERVICE. I BOUGHT THREE APPLIANCES AND THE MICROWAVE WAS TO BIG FOR MY KITCHEN. BECAUSE I DID NOT RETURN IT IN 48 HRS THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. IT WAS STILL IN AN UNOPENED BOX. SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH A MICROWAVE I CANT USE. IT WAS UNOPENED BECAUSE THERE INSTALLERS CAME AND WOULD NOT INSTALL IT AND I HAD TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. IN ADDITION I ORDERED A SMALLER MICROWAVE. THE INSTALLER DID NOT COME FOR A WEEK. THERE WAS A HUGE DENT IN THE NEW MICROWAVE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT OR A NEW MICROWAVE. BUYER BEWARE I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN

      I ordered a premium ********************* grill for my husband for Fathers Day. I picked it up at the ************, ** store. When my husband put it together he noticed it didnt have the premium features. Looking closer at the box it was the original grill. The original is about $100 less than the premium. I called the store and was put on hold for 25 minutes. When I finally got in touch with someone they told me O was given that grill because they were out of the premium ones. Isnt that against the law. I felt cheated and ripped off. They also told me they couldnt refund me unless I came in. When I went to get a refund they didnt know what I was talking about and was given them run around by rude employees. No sorry no nothing. I reached out to the store manager but he is yet to get back to me. Home Depot scams its customers beware!!

      Ordered appliances for kitchen via online. Online stated in stock and paid extra for install. Deliver date set for 6-21-2023. Received email confirming that appliances would be delivered between 3:00 pm ET and 7:00 ET on 6-21-2023. There is no disclaimer in the emails stating that the delivery date/time would be subject to change. The email stated that the old appliances needed to be removed prior to the delivery time. We unhooked our refrigerator and because we are in an historic home, our water needed to be shut off at the street in order to take the dishwasher out. This left my home without water which would have been okay for a couple of hours. Then a new email came stating delivery at 8:00 pm ET. When 9:00 pm ET came, I called customer **********************. They blamed the delivery company and told me to call back the next day. Then I was told it was the appliance manufacture's fault - the appliances were not ready to be shipped. I received NO notification of this. They wanted me to contact the manufacturer. This would be out of the scope of my contract with Home Depot. I paid Home Depot for the appliances directly - lawfully they need to contact me and be truthful. I am now with a delivery date (tentative?) for 6-27-2023. I am being forced to live for another week plus without water in my home. This is eggregious and unsafe. I have another house to equip with appliances - I will not go to Home Depot in the future.

      6/21/2023 The begining of June this year, I called the Riverview ** Home Depot to schedule a service for my windows that were install and life time waranty by Home Depot.`years back.. I spoke with the associate (B) who scheduled me an appointment for June 8 to expect them between 9am to 1pm.Since no one showed up nor call me, later that day I callled Home Depot and spoke with associate (B) again and advised no one had showed up and no one had called to let me now reason for not showing. (B) put me on hold and came back telling me that the reason was that they had been very busy and (J) would be calling me directly to expect the call from a cell phone with an area code 863, I waited that day untill June 12 and no one called me. So the afternoon of June 12 I called again Home Depot, spoke again with associate (B) letting her know no one had call me yet. I was put on hold and when (B) came back I was told that (J) said I would be called in a week.. The week and 2 days have passed with no call from (J) nor (B). I do not blame (B) for total incompetence of providing the service promissed at the time I bouhgt the windows but I feel that the associate knowing how (J) had been irresponsive should had checked with me to ensured (J) had contacted me at the very least. Years back when I called Home Depot for service on my windows I did not have this much throuble getting the service. It is a shame that there is no care for good customer ********************** anymore. I have run out of patience and I hope to get the help from you soon. Thank you.

      After spending hours with a sales agent from tuff shed I was told that the discount ends today and I would need to make my 14000$ purchase by end of day to receive 10%off and I could receive an additional 5% off if I used home depot credit. So I was encouraged to apply for the home depot credit and was told that I would have the answer on approval right away. So I went to home depots credit page on the website and chose the credit program that fit my needs the best ( I was not informed that it was to be a certain credit card not just home depot credit) so I chose the home depot project loan and applied. I was approved within minutes and activated soon after. I the got back to tuff shed to complete my purchase and was told I was unable to use the credit over the phone and that I needed to visit the store in person. So they sent my quote to the nearest home depot and off I went. Once I got to customer ********************** at home ********************** they informed me that I am not able to use the credit awarded to me until 5 days after today. Ugh. I then returned home and immediately called tuff shed and spoke to a supervisor. She told me that I would no longer be eligible for the 10%off and that the project loan is not considered home depot credit and is not eligible the additional 5%off(Reminder that I applied for the project loan on the credit section of the home depot website.) I have spent 6 hours today working through all of this to only find out that I will not receive the 10 plus percent off. I believe I was scammed into applying for Home Depot credit and want to warn those who come after me. I canceled my project loan only after getting a hard hit on my credit report. So now I need to spend however many hours more trying to remove a hard hit from my credit report on credit that I didn't want to begin with. I set out this morning to purchase a shed, got mislead into getting credit? And now don't have have anything except a worse credit rating. Very Bad business Tuff Shed and Home Depot

      Was informed that ***** product would work with my fathers needs. We have had nothing but problems with support due to a melted battery that I smelled while i was in the garage and was able to unplug it. Noticed it melted badly. So Home depot said its past 60 days for replacement or return and to contact manufacter. Then I cant even get support when they told me to send all pic and docs and said they would send a replacement and never got it that was 3 plus months ago. I tried to report ryobi on here but it doesnt show up? I have left messages emails and calls unreturned from them. I cant even use my tools because of the battery fire hazard. There is no support with ryobi. If you can escalate or contact them please do. I have done everything correctly and still i cant get a response from them. I would have never purchased this brand or never will.

      I went to Oxford ******* home Depot to get outdoor carpet was told there wasn't anyone to help me with the carpet,I have been a customer for years, hadn't had any problems until with getting service,so I went home Depot website and order supposed to receive my order on June 20,2023 but didn't, supposed to be delivered on June 21 but still haven't been delivered,I called customer they said another 24 to 48 hours,I won't be shopping at home Depot anymore since can't get any service, really disappointed , ***************************
