1 starNever shopping there again! Spent over $1000 for an tool box and they sent us a floor model that was very worn. Talked to multiple managers and they all said they would need to look into things and call me back. Never heard back from them. Even a customer ********************** worker who said he was not capable of hanging up on me, Put me on hold, the music stopped and I sat on the phone in silence for half an hour before I just hung up. Ridiculous that they would treat their customers this way.The Home Depot

1 starI ordered custom patio vertical blinds. The *********************** was great. However the company shipped the wrong color. I made contact with thei Home Decor rep who initially came to my and took my order. I advised her of the olor errror. Nothing was done. Then i advised the manager of Home Depot at Country Hills, again nothing. I was then in contact with their head office, he seemed great. However when the second set of blinds arrived they were again the wrong color! The blinds were returned. I ordered the blinds on March/23. It is mow June 24/23 and I have yet to hear back from anyone at Hime Depot. I will never do business with Home Depot again. I'm elderly and feel they simply don't care.The Home Depot

1 starI ordered a product from Home Depot on May21, 2023 and have been fighting with them to get it delivered. According to my tracking from them, the product was only an hour away from me on May30,2023. The newest delivery date as of June 25,2023 is July 1, 2023. Every time I check for the delivery date it changes. I have had many conversations with customer ********************** and they keep giving me the same old answer. I am done with the run around and the same old sad story.The Home Depot

Even their corporate will not assist stating this is the stores issue If I could give home depot 0 stars I would! 1 starI used to be a big fan of Home Depot, but now just super upset with the service. We ordered a washer/dryer on June 6th. They came on June 12th, however, when they came they asked where the stacking kit was and not aware that it was in the box with the washer/dryer and didn't even open the boxes to check. They told us they had to leave and had us call customer ********************** who told us they should have known it was in the box. Now over a week later, last night I received a voicemail saying it would be coming between 7:30 AM-11:30 AM and would most likely be here at 8 am. When those times had passed with no update I had talked to two representatives, which the first said it was delayed, but would be here today. As 2 more hours passed with no update, I contacted another representative who said there was a system overload and our appointment did not get routed as it should have as we were supposed to be the first delivery of the day. They did not make an effort to accommodate the days that work best for us and now have to wait another week to have it installed on July 3rd. Extremely frustrated with this whole process and would not recommend Home Depot delivery at this moment.The Home Depot

1 starWe ordered Appliances from there. Was given a delivery date. 1 day before delivery received a notice that it will be delivered 6 weeks later. When I went to the store to inquire, the delivery canceled it because the range was not in yet. So they canceled the whole delivery. Later the next day we found out that ******* just canceled our range completely. No notice, and no refund. After communicating with the store employees ( who were extremely helpful ) a refund was issued. I am in Home Depot almost every day and purchase a lot of supplies. I know most of the employees personally. Sadly, I will no longer recommend the store for big purchases.The Home Depot

1 starI rented a box truck from the Home Depot on ************* in *******, **. I rented the truck for 1 month and then I extended the truck rental for an additional week. Because I was loyal to Home Depot tool rental that is where I choose to take my business. I have done this same type of truck rental at other Home Depot locations. This was my second negative experience. When I returned the rental my total balance exceeded $5000. When I attempted to pay my payment declined. After learning that my bank doesnt permit charges/withdrawals over $5K per day, there wasnt an alternative method of payment that the Home Depot could offer. After speaking with several associates, managers and corporate, no one at this multi billion dollar corporation could accommodate me and resolve the issue. I tried calling my bank to ask them to increase the limit and they couldnt. The $5K daily maximum is for all customers. The only option Home Depot offered as a resolution was to have the debt go to collections. I spoke with several associates at Home Depot to express how that can not be the only option. I offered other options such as splitting the balance between two payments or paying $5K and returning the next day to pay the remaining balance. The Home Depot could not accommodate these suggestions. I was devastated and truly disappointed when I received a letter from collections within 2 weeks regarding this dilemma. This has negatively impacted my credit and rental history. I own a small business and now I am in jeopardy of losing business. Im completely dissatisfied, hurt and need more information and support on how an organization as large as The Home Depot is content with treating their customers in such a way. Im seeking legal support to see how or if the consumer can get a favorable resolution.The Home Depot

1 starI have ordered online to receive a 19 inch reartine. Rototiller on May 9th. They gave a reasonable time for the rototiller to be delivered to my home in ******* **. Nothing showed up for three weeks. My daughter checked on it and they said it would be delivered by June 20th. Still nothing. My wife received a notice that now it will be delivered late July. Sounds like to me they are selling stuff they don't have. This is not right and totally unexceptable. My wife called customer ********************** this afternoon and wanted to cancel the order and have a refund to my credit card. She was told they can't do anything at this time but when we receive a phone call advising they are making delivery to tell them at that time we want to cancel the order. The whole idea of canceling the order is to have that money to be put towards another rototiller I can use now when I desperately need it. We both are retired people and trying to raise a huge garden to store food because food has gotten so expensive at the grocery store. It is apparent Home Depot is all about making money and not caring about their customers. I would give home depot zero stars for my review.The Home Depot
