      I had my windows installed. They did a poor job caulking job . I had to redo them all. They took a vantage of a 60 year old lady . They only give you a year warranty dont ever get your windows done there. If you do, make sure you check everything..

      I already talk to somebody and they already told me they were not going to help me. That my warranty was only good for a year. As I said a year . My kitchen window is leaking. I dont have the money to fix it. You guys dont care. When I had it first done I told him it wasnt sealed all the way he said it doesnt matter. Water is not going to get in. Up at the top now see what happened. Well water came in.

      I put down I was 60 but I really was 62 at the time when I had my window insulated . The guy I was talking to was From Home Depot on July 28 from HDIS he asked me if I keep upkeep on my house he was very rude to me. I lost my husband 10 years ago. Im on Social Security and I do have a pension from my husband, but its not much.

      Absolutely atrocious. Ordered a ******* Dishwasher and electric range on 6/22/23. We ordered removal of our old appliances and paid for installation of our new products. 6/29/23 our products arrived through a 3rd party delivery service. I was informed that they dont install dishwashers and that we would need a plumber. He wouldnt take our old dishwasher but said I could reschedule the removal once a plumber came. He said this situation comes up all the time and wishes Home Depot would put this information on their website since it states that they do in fact install dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, etc. The third party delivery service was nice. Not their fault at all. They left with our old stove and I rescheduled our dishwasher removal after booking a plumber.That evening I was cooking dinner for the first time on our new stove. I went to preheat the oven, pressed bake then 425 and when I pressed start there was a giant flash and loud pop out of the back of the stove! I immediately turned it off and unplugged it. When I opened the oven door it was filled with smoke! I called the Home Depot appliance number and the man on the phone told me they would send a technician out within 48 hours. The next day I got a call from a ******* Technician 3rd party company who said they could come out 7/20! I said no, that is unacceptable, and I dont want the stove fixed I want a new one. This one exploded and we havent even used it yet! I was then told they can come 7/3. This phone-call took over 40 minutes. Then I called Home Depot in Hyannis where we purchased our exploding stove. The first manager was nice and said they would call ******* and get a new stove sent to us and he would call me back with an update. A second manager called me with an update who was not nearly as nice. He said a new stove would come 7/7. I explained how frustrated I was and that we already had gone a week without a stove. He told me to fire up the grill this has been a nightmare!

      The two essential products were batter operated lawn mower and weed ******. Both Ryobi products have major issues with being able to basic manage lawn maintenance.Mower is unable to withstand a hot day and stops working in 15 to 20 minutes. Then batteries take more time to re-charge. Weed ****** string costs $ ***** for three or four rolls and barely enough string on any reel to get a half a small backyard done. Ryobi is worse with their customer **********************. I will.never buy products from either place. Both are clueless with the products they sell. Paint department same results!!!Trust consumers when they say, Home Depot will be out of business in the near future.I am going to seek a Menards or Lowes.

      Home Depot, Decatur do not care about their customers satisfaction, they only want your money. My floor was installed incorrectly early May 2023, by an installer that do not speak English, he also took some of my Quarter rounds and floor muffler when he finished the floor. I have complained to the Home Depot Flooring managers and supervisors via phone calls and store visits about the issues, the are giving me the run around and nothing have been done, its now July 2023.

      My Dishwasher has been broken for over 3 weeks. ** initially contacted a 3rd party service contractor - which arrived 8 days after the request was put in. The service provider said the HomeDepot "Delivery Driver" who installed the dishwasher ($179.00) crammed the discharge hose into another hose, thus smashing the hose and causing water to leak into my crawl space. The 3rd party service provider then stated he did not have this hose and would have to order it, which when he came back I would be paying for the hose and his labor - apparently, this was not covered in the warranty I purchased?GE was supposed to contact the third-party service contractor and then let me know how to proceed. I never got the call back from GE (April), so I called HomeDepot and started the **************** again. HomeDepot then advised me that I would be paying out of pocket and sending them the receipts.I called the 3rd party service contractor and he stated this part (simple hose) would take **** days to arrive (I guess GE gets their parts from *****?).Needless to say, I still do not have a working dishwasher (close to a month now) and I am very disappointed in GE and HomeDepot. GE "USED" to be a name you could count on!

      I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and service was great as I was helped by customer ********************** in placing. The next day I received a call stating something went wrong and my payment method didn't go through. Funny because it was my Home Depot card. I called my CC customer Svc # and they stated all was good and they saw that transaction. They sent me to fraud just in case. All good so far. I talked to fraud, and they stated the transaction was there and it was not declined but cancelled. Funds were back on my CC and would have to call **** ********************** to determine why it was cancelled. Once I called Customer ********************** back there was no record. I asked to escalate as I needed to know what happened to acct. I was transferred to resolution **** or CORPORATE LEADERSHIP. They found my case and couldn't determine what happened. I spoke to a APHENA and would not give me any other IDing info like operator ID. She was very condescending and unprofessional. As the conversation went on she continued to infuriate me. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she stated it was not possible. She said I can place the order on my side or hang up and call back as I asked to speak to someone else. I asked her something and she answered in spanish. I replied trying to figure out why. She stated I understood her so it was ok. Told her I did not speak Spanish and she continued to speak Spanish. I was over it and said F off hung up. Here in this call I experienced a rep from home depot:- profiling me due to last name - speak to me in a language I do not know - brought race into the situation. Was she rude because of my last name and thought, "ugh just some dumb Mexican?" Was she rude and disrespectful because of my race? THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN RACIALLY PROFILED LIKE THIS. Then she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to place the order or not. WOW. Called back to complain and will go to Lowes for now on. Pay more, but at least not racially profiled.

      THE HOME DEPOT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE INSTALLING ME A FENCE THE TERRITORY MANGER *********************** SEEM TO BE INTOXICATED WHEN WE MET I HAVE ALREADY GOT A BILL FOR A FENCE INSTALLATION THAT HAS NOT HAPPEN PLUS I MAXED OUT MY MY CARD PLUS PD EXTRA $351. I AM SENIOR CITIZEN THIS IS CRAZY I AM TRYING TO DISPUTE CHARGES THAT IS EVEN A CHALLENGE AND REFUND THE $351 BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD i DO NOT UNDERSTAND I PLACED THIS ORDER ON MAY 30TH IT IS 06/30 ISSUE IS NOT RESOILVED I STILL HAVE NOTE RECIEVED MY FENCE THIS HAPPEN IN ********** *****. i DID NOT RELIZE THE ARE THE WORST I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS

      Home Depot SUX!!!!!!!! Take all these reviews I've read here today combined and multiply by 50 and you have me. I understand how these people feel. It is SO NOT RIGHT. The quickest transaction I have had with HD is them taking my money for a refrigerator I bought (online because they don't stock anything) in February 2023. What started as a small issue - or so I thought - has turned into a full blown 5 alarm fire drill. I have talked to people in 4 states for a total of 6+ hours as of today. I have been in contact with 2 service/warranty companies, of which 1 wasn't even in my state. That doesn't include the time with my local store. The so-called manager needs to lose her position immediately...have never even spoken to her. She is never there to take a call and does not return calls. Ever! In all these months. This may be a joke to 'Big Corporate' and everybody swapping time for money but, it's not at all funny to the everyday people that spend hard earned money for things they need. People have other things to do in their lives for crying out loud. I regret this purchase every day, spent a little more for 1 feature (lighting in freezer unit like the one I had before for 20 yrs) on this unit. I have been using a flashlight to see in the fridge and freezer since 3-23-23. I am angry. 'Hey Home Depot, maybe when you lose the almighty $$$$ and it could happen, especially in today's economy, you will start to care about the little people that have made all the fat cats in upper management ridiculously rich. It is sickening and sinful that I have allowed myself to be strung along so long. And I should have taken legal action before it got to this point, however, the thought of doing that sickens me even more. Get rid of all the stupid technology that has dumbed down society and start answering the phone again! How I long for those days.....I want an apology and my $$$$ back - and now.

      My mother bought 6 appliances from homedepot.com. One came damaged. When we called to get it replaced we asked for another model instead, happy to pay any difference. They labeled this a "buyers remorse" and wouldn't take it back without a 15% restocking fee. They were very rude on the phone and not at all apologetic. They said the local store would pick up for free. When we called the store they also were very rude and said no they won't and to rent a truck and return it ourselves. Please check all new appliances very carefully and report within 48 hours. You expect that since you're buying new they would be in good condition but it is not the case a lot of the time.

      In April of this year I purchased new appliances from home Depot and they were delivered on April 22nd and the people hooked up the dishwasher wrong and it leaked all over my floor and it caused thousands of dollars worth of damage and I was told to make a claim and they weren't even they wouldn't even going to come out until a week later to look at it so I had to have somebody come out and clean the water up and and dry everything out and remove all the damage flooring so I had to make a homeowners claim and pay a deductible and what ended up being a two-month ordeal of phone call after phone call after phone call they finally came out almost two exact months later and finally installed the appliances properly that I purchased. The store acts like they have no responsibility for any damage or anything any compensation and their insurance company didn't even give me a call until 2 weeks after and they basically said I had to pay for everything to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. I would never recommend anybody to go to home Depot ever again
