      Horrible customer **********************. Home ********************** does not support the warranties for their products. Very disappointed.

      I would give it zero stars but that's not an option.I put in an online order on 05 July 23 (approx $5.5K) and got an email said 59 of 61 items were ready. Its after 6 pm and called to ensure I could pick it up that evening so the guys could continue working the following day. I called and was put on hold for more than 18 min then when someone went to pickup they hung up. I immediately called back bc its more than 15 miles to drive back into town to pickup this stuff with a trailer. They finally answered and immediately said "please hold" "I said NO bc its been another 15 minutes. ********* said "well you have 3 customers ahead of you" I said "no-I doubt they been standing there for the 30 minutes while I was on terminal hold." She had a ******, snotty tone with me. I said Ill drive in and the 3 of us can have a discussion" she says "well you just do that" in an arrogant tone then hung up. Now I'm ****** and drove into this h*** hole they call HD. I arrive and immediately ask for the manager on duty. Myke finally comes out and now I see the problem with the employees. His attitude isn't much better. I asked him if more than 30 minuets on hold is acceptable? Depends he says. I asked him we need to have a discussion on your employee. He's like "wont do any good to you to say or do anything" and just wanted to get me and my order outa there. Hence the problem-the employees are never held accountable. There was 3 HD employees sitting on stools next to one guy running the cash register. Management failure! Again management is still the problem there! This store has gone thru 4 managers in the short time I've lived near here. I own houses in many different states, used many different HD's and this by far is the worst HD in the nation! I quit using HD for about a year bc of the fiasco when I was remodeling my kitchen, nothing has changed!Shitty customer ********************** Don't answer the phone Management is weak and useless in resolving issues I

      We have purchased many appliances from Home Depot, including for our home as well as several rental properties. We were very disappointed when our dishwasher broke down just days after the warranty expired. I foolishly assumed that Home Depot would understand what good customer ******************** means. They did not, and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. It is interesting to note that the Home Depot web site boasts a 4.8+ star rating on their site while the BBB shows barely over one star...probably a more accurate reading of their customer **********************.

      This by far the worst outrage of a Company. Bought a washer and a dryer from this Home Depot where after a month and a half could not be delivered due to the same story of the delivery truck being broken, when we called customer ********************** they said that it was still coming letting us know they were not in sync with their delivery service which were the most rude and disrespectful employees I ever had to deal with. We canceled the order and dont think we will be coming back as the time off from work taken will never be paid back to us. They deserve negative 5 stars and for everyone thinking about buying appliances here to ******* on it.

      I have been in this store for the past 25 minutes looking at this refrigerator. At least 5 Home Depot employees past me, not one asked if I needed any type of assistance. This is the Home Depot located on 281 near *****. I guess I dont look like money to them so they do not bother. Dont let the look fool you. What a waste and what awful customer **********************. Wont be coming back and headed to LOWES.

      The Home Depot does not have internet access at their store in Brookhaven MS. ** you are in the military or retired you will not be able to get your discount. This is an ongoing problem since at least 2021. They are not willing to provide other options. Employees at the store are not helpful.

      I ordered a toilet 1 1/2 days ago. I ordered the wrong rough in size. I called to cancel. I was told had to cancel the order in 40 minutes from placing it. The delivery date in 6 full days from today. "Sorry, that is our policy". I told them that the desk in my coop will refuse to sign for it. I will write a ****** Review. I will protest thru Amex. "Sorry, that is our policy".

      I have placed a large order for fencing for a customer. The whole 308 feet of vinyl came damaged and I am still waiting for them to pick it up. The concrete mixer that I paid for has never been delivered nor have I received a refund for it. They delivered part of the order and forgot the rest. Had to wait to get the rest delivered. When I place two orders it took the pro desk a total of 3 hours to place the order. I even emailed the online shopping cart to them. I have called both the store and the main headquarters a total of 13 times and it is still not fixed. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AFTER THIS ORDEAL. I have lost a ****** dollar contract because of this. I meet with a attorney next week. Everyone else should be doing the same. Let's get home depot shut down for good

      My wife and I went to the ** ****** Home Depot location (*************************************************************) this morning (July 4th) around 9:30am. We saw the "Buy Six Sprinkler Heads Get 15% Off" deal and thought it would be great to repair some broken sprinklers on our day off.When we went to the self checkout with the six sprinkler heads, the discount did not come up. We asked for help and a manager came over, looked at us and said she wasn't honoring the deal. I went and took a picture of the discount in the aisle and she said there was nothing she could do.This is either deceptive advertising and fraud, or just terrible management.

      The workers in the store are great but my experience with the website not so much. I ordered a stove and a microwave, which has been delayed twice and is now almost 3 weeks out from order time due to back-order, but the website still has both items listed available for immediate delivery this week for my zip code. If they are back-ordered why are they continuing to sell them as in stock on their website? I can accept they did not know they were back ordered at the time of my purchase, but 2 weeks later?
