      My family decided on a kitchen remodel in early April we ordered cabinets 4 out of 17 came to us damaged, one was ordered wrong we had to reorder 4 cabinets and when it came back one damaged again it take three weeks to order new ones my kitchen is a mess very disappointed in the service I am getting it is July -9 now still waiting on one cabinet to come in .

      I ordered gutter guards from Home Depot June 6th. They were supposed to be delivered to the store in 2 to 4 days. I received a confirmation email, but that's it. I called customer ********************** and they said they were delayed a week. Nothing. Tracking doesn't work - just get an error. I've called customer ********************** more times than i can count - they keep saying it will be coming. It has been over 5 weeks. Called today - they "reordered" it with the same order number, but can't call anyone as it is Sunday. "Call back tomorrow" was the best they could do. Several times their support folks have "called the store" "called the warehouse" and confirmed they were on their way. Only to be told they were "lost in transit" multiple times later. The website does not work correctly to track packages or give any information. Home Depot should get out of the mail order business if their infrastructure isn't strong enough to support it.

      I have paid for a kitchen remodel and what was done was done incorrectly. They keep saying they are taking care of me and will make it right. It has been over 2 months and nothing has been done to make correction or finish the job. The used the wrong screws in the drawers and did not finish the job they started. They pressured me to sign off and promised to fix everything after I signed off. I also had to email and complain to get them to even start the job. This is very stressful to have to pay in full for work that does not get done.

      I spent $30,000 rebuilding my house after hurricane ****** through Home Depot. But they have gotten my last dollar. Bought riding mower with free delivery, but was never delivered. Ordered on one from Lowes and was delivered 3 days later. Will give ***** all my business from now on

      I went to the Home Depot in ********, MS and bought a new dishwasher and paid for them to install the new one and haul away the old one. The two different people they sent were too inexperienced to do the job so I got someone else to do it. They didn't do the install nor haul away the old one. I asked for a credit for the install fee when I first called because I still wanted them to come get the old one and haul it off which they said would be over a week later. Our neighbor owns an appliance repair shop and asked if he could have the old one so we said yes. I called back to get credit for the haul away fee and they argued they had already refunded it at first and then discovered they hadn't. I asked how long it should take to get the credit back for the install fee and the department supervisor told me 7 days so I told her it had been 8 days. She then got very rude and told me she issued the credit back to my card and if Citibank did give me the credit that it was Citibank's fault and I would have to call them. I called Citibank and they said they didn't show any outstanding credits from Home Depot so they would credit me back and dispute it with Home Depot. I think Home Depot in ******** needs to train all of their employees better.

      We ordered a fridge on 5/24 & it was scheduled to deliver on 5/28. Not the best day as it was my daughter's HS graduation however we were in desperate need of a ********** came outside the alotted time. When it was delivered it was damaged in multiple locations. The drivers said it would be 24 ********** would get a call. We never did & called ourselves. They rescheduled the delivery without talking to us. It was then scheduled for 6/5. This was perfect. I was going into MAJOR SURGERY the next day. Again without talking to us, they moved it to 6/6. My hubs happened to call to get the delivery window. He immediately said that was unacceptable as no one would be here due to my ************** refused to help us. I had two children at home that needed *********** Depot REFUSED to help us in anyway. My BIL had to take time off of work to come & accept the delivery. This is the worst customer ********************** I have ever received from a company. They were less than sympathic of my *********** families needs.

      Completely messed up my delivery. They forgot over a $1000 worth of material. Then spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to correct the problem. Then delivered the rest of the material to the wrong address? I requested a signature and they still dropped it off and left. There was multiple damaged boards. So I just asked them to come pick it up. It's been 3 days now, and this $2600 order is still sitting in my front yard.

      Home Depot is offering an 11% rebate on store purchases. I have submitted numerous receipts only to have them rejected. I was able to chat with an agent once and they said it was because the receipt had discounts applied to it. However, none of the receipts had any discounts applied to them. I now have to submit copies of each receipt and then they have to review them again. Home Depot is making is very difficult to receive the 11% discount. I think they are hoping you will just get frustrated and stop inquiring. Seems like this is just a scam by Home Depot to lure customers into the stores with the intention of getting a rebate.

      April 27 had fridge and dishwasher delivered. Basket in fridge was broken. After 90 minutes on phone, they couldn't find the parts number and sent out new fridge. Wouldn't connect water, called plumber. When connected water was running on floor. Service came out and repaired. Stove and microwave were delivered. Forgot tools to install microwave and said gas line was corroded on stove. Called plumber, lines were not corroded. Came back to install microwave and stripped the screws. Left microwave hanging and the next week someone came out to uninstall and took microwave. Came back again but didn't know how to install (same guys that forgot tools the first time) The installer threatened me and flipped me off. I called Corporate EVP customer ********************** but ************** didn't return call. Came out again to install but left a two inch gap, dented microwave and tore up the cabinet. Went to see manager ****, he promised that by Tuesday noon the following week he would call me. No call so I went to see him. He said he had no answers as to when someone could come out. I sent him two messages but no response. It is now July 7 th and still waiting.

      We had new windows from Home Depot installed in our home. The wrap the installers used has peeled off on several windows. Our warranty says all installation and materials have a lifetime warranty. The wrap has peeled off the wrap for at least the second time. Home Depot now tells me that will no longer honor their warranty. The windows look like c*** Think twice before using Home Depot!
