      Manager from HE double hockey sticks He once tonight is was funny to once fake fire me and in doing so waiting a full minute to then say he was just effing with me. I noticed that he would offer a deal for only MEN when they bought something in bulk And he once racially profiled a couple accusing them for using a baby carrier as was to steal printer toner

      Put in an order on 3/25 for a front door that we liked with a paneled front. Sup. took the order with all the details, color that we wanted, hardware color, etc and said that door frame needed to be measured. We pd for installation too. They came out to measure days later and said the order would be processed & we would be notified when install would be ready. ***** later got a call that door was ready for pickup. We told them that we paid for installation. They said there was no paperwork. My husband went to store to clear this up & they found paperwork to install door. Week later the installer came and installed the wrong door. I went quickly to the store to talk to someone and got a girl who knew nothing about doors or customer **********************. She said that since it was installed that there was no recourse. I told her it was not the door that we ordered and to please go over the order form line by line to tell me where it says no panel. She couldn't tell me and said I needed to return when a sup was in the store. She stated abruptly and with attitude "what do you want out of this conversation?" I said that I hoped HD would do the right thing for 20 year customer and correct their mistake! I called the store the following day and spoke with a lower level sup. who said he knew about my issue and would leave a note for the Sup that took my initial order. Got a call from her on 7/11 and she said there was nothing they could do since the door was installed. I mentioned that she was the one that took the order and didn't type it in correctly. She agreed that she did make the mistake but could only offer me a $100 credit for our troubles!!! They couldn't take the door back because there was nothing they could do with it. How do they stay in business!! Train your employees properly if they are to work in various departments and, more importantly, teach them about customer **********************. You make millions of $$$, do right by your customers. We only want what we pay for!!

      I ordered a three thousand dollar sliding door from Home Depot store #**** because our family dog shattered ours. I placed the order on April 30. It is July 12, and while they have had the door on site FOR WEEKS, they still cannot provide an install date. My home is not secure as the glass panel has a temporary piece of plywood in it, and no one has been communicating with me for the last 6 weeks about when it will be put in until I went in person to plead my case. A lead manager (*******) has been the most helpful so far (with still no install date in sight), but the store and district managers - ************************* and ***********************, respectively, who know about this, have failed to take or return my calls for resolution.Furthermore, when I went in person last Sunday to express my frustration at the ridiculous length of time I have had to wait and suggested my only recourse at this time would be to cancel the payment with my credit card company (which they would honor bc no goods or services have been provided for ALMOST 3 MONTHS!), I was told I could be hit with a "restocking fee" for a spec-ordered kitchen slider. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

      If I could give negative stars I would. Home Depot sold my mother a washer and dryer which she uses her store credit card to pay for. These items were sold back in October of 2022. It is July 2023 and the payoff price is more than the actual cost of the entire purchase. She was told that this was a no interest purchase and she makes all her payments on time every month. This is bad business. She was told today that she was enrolled in some type of "pay it off in 6 months" program to which she has no recollection of. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical to say the least. We are very disappointed in the appliances department's customer ************************** Angry Daughter

      Every time I deal with them rather in store or on the phone it is awful. Today I called multiple times trying to mostly reach the pro desk on an order I had got a guy on the phone was very nice stated he would go check the order and call me back. No call waited an hour. I called back and every time I was immediately transferred, hung up on or answered and left to wait listening to someone talk on the other end and then hung up on. Finally gave up managed to get ahold of someone got their manager on the line he seemed to have been helpful then chuckled a few times about my issue asked for my contact info and stated he would call me back and it's been over an hour and still no call back.

      The absolute worst! Unfamiliar with removing carpet from steps and replace with hardwood I relied on an instore floor specialist. The specialist sold me incorrect materials for the job. An in home appointment was scheduled to measure for the job. It was through this appointment that the materials were incorrect. The contractor helped me update the order with the proper materials. Payment was made, and I would await delivery. This is were it gets worse. The contractor responsible for delivering the product called me from the store #**** **************, ** complaining that no one in the store knew what was going on, and materials could not be located. Since June (over 30 days) my order delivery has not been completed. This means the install cannot be complete. The store or manager is unresponsive, yet they took my $2,800 dollars. I have filed a complaint with Home Depot.

      Home depot sold me a ~$1000 Whirlpool dishwasher a few months ago. It broke after ~2 months in operation, as there was an issue with the control panel. As instructed by home depot, I scheduled a visit with a third-party appliance repair service, covered under the warranty. The found the control panel to be impacted by water, ordered a replacement, and 3 weeks later came back and repaired the dishwasher. One month after that, the control panel broke again. This time, home depot stated that I needed to get an opinion from a second appliance repair company, not the original. I made an appointment and they came to the house, reviewed the EXACT SAME PROBLEM as the previous service visit, and ordered the same control panel part. It has now been 6 weeks and no one has come to repair our dishwasher. The third-party repair company has claimed "supply chain issues". Home Depot has taken ZERO responsibility for the dishwasher they sold me, preferring to divert the blame to Whirlpool or to the repair technicians. Meanwhile it's their broken repair system that is causing us problems. My warranty on the dishwasher is up in 3 weeks. At this point, I've had a working dish washer for less time than I've had broken dishwasher. I have two children under two years old -- you can imagine the amount of dishes we go through. Not having a dishwasher causes huge strain on our entire family.

      I was racially profiled when I shopped at the 801 Store in ***** ** at approximately 2;30pm. I picked up a $200 sink base cabinet from curbside pickup. No issues. I decided to go into the store to shop for some plants and annuals. I got a cart and walked in, picked up a small succulent by the front door and a money plant in the plant center. I walked into the garden/greenhouse area took a brief overview of the inside area and decided I would go to outside portion of garden center. I looked at some herbs to the far left and then proceeded to walk back towards the center and right to look at annuals. Shortly thereafter, a HD employee walks outside. I didn't think anything of it at 1st but then I realize that he walks to the far left where the herbs was and watched me as I shopped. I was outside for at least 10 minutes. He was not doing anything else but watching me. I was so uncomfortable. As soon as I walked back in to purchase my items, he comes immediately back in, solidifying the fact that he was profiling and watching me. I purchased my items, took my base cabinet home, returned to store and asked the customer ********************** rep could I speak to a manager. ***** came to speak with me. I tell him my experience and he discounted what occurred, stated store employees have the right to watch and follow customers and maybe he was just standing out there because he was waiting around to see I needed help. The employee never asked if I needed help. ***** never apologized, asked who was the employee, etc. and I asked him if I am allowed to freely shop in the outside area with plants in my cart. He said, yes. So I asked again, why was I watched. He had no answers. He just continued to indirectly ask me what is the issue. I informed him that I would call corporate and report him and the store. He refused to give me his last name and told me he was done and rudely walked away. I called him a racist as he ran behind the counter. I will never shop at the Dover store again.

      Home Depot is a joke. They only stock basic items. They never have what their website says they have. I recommend shopping anywhere but the Home Depot.

      I bought a **** Deere Z330R riding mower which came in a state that can hardly be described as new. I tried complaining and warning other customers but they refuse to POST MY REVIEW ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGE. I wrote it 3 times this week and uploaded photos, and I can see reviews 4 days newer than mine but mine still won't show. That should tell any customer that unfavorable HOME ********************** PRODUCT REVIEWS ARE CENSORED/MANIPULATED!So, that pushed me into sharing my experience here: During my initial inspection after delivery, I found the tractor dirty, with several scratches and scuffs, many rust spots, the decal along left side peeling out, but worst of all was the water found in the engine crankcase -mixed in the oil, which prompted me to immediately have the oil and filter changed. And it was a lot of water judging by the thin consistency of the ******************* murky fluid seen splattering and foaming in the pan during oil change.I cant possibly figure out how/when that happened, was it at Kawasaki engine factory, **** Deere or Home Depot during preparation or storage for sale, or who knows-it also had almost 3 hrs run time on board at delivery. I really hope that no permanent damage was done to the engine. I have informed Home Depot using their online email form, ************** and Kawasaki, but the response from all 3 was useless and underwhelming, so I doubt that any action will be taken.I must admit that Ive always preferred Home Depot over Lowes (which is closer to our house), but they have recently kept offering me reasons to the contrary on several occasions (delayed order deliveries, in-store help, etc). This time they have topped the chart in a way I couldnt have imagined, and WE ARE VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED (the machine came from HD store #**** in ************* on ********************).Come on folks, really, when a customer pays over $4000 for a brand-new item at your store, you need to pay attention and be more careful to do your job properly.
