On 2/10/25 i placed an order for one bottle. Credit card was declined l resubmitted CC as i knew that was a glitch on their end. Called my bank on 2/12/25 as my account had been debited for $239.99 and $59.99 for the wrinkle cream. Told them it was fraud and they credited it back to me. I called the companyand they said order was cancelled. bank debited my account again because they said I did place an order and it wasnt really fraud. So I called Dermat clear back and said I never ordered this amount they said my order was canceled. Wheres my money from the second debit ?I have called this company numerous times to resolve this issue and I get nowhere. They say theyre out of ******* but this is a call center and the people are hard to understand. I keep getting the runaround. No one seems to be able to help me. I asked for a manager theres never one around. They keep telling me-to call my bank and dispute it. The bank says that theyve already released the money and I have to take it up with this company, but no one help me. On March 12 I called and they said the money had been debited back to my account and it would be on its way but they were referring to the February cancellation/refund.. wasnt a refund. The **** pulled the funds on my fraud complaint. After calling them today and realizing I was never gonna get anywhere with them. I told them that I was going to file a complaint. I just want my money back from the second debit of my account that the bank did with out discussing it with me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: on 2-10my account t was debit under the name of **************** Sheridan ** ( not DermClear they stated on the order form my bank debit would say (DermClear)
I turned it in as fraud and the bank reversed the charge on 2/12 as you can see on my bank statement. On 2-24 the bank decided it wasnt fraud and debited my account sending the money back to DermClear. That has not been refunded. This is the same run around *** been receiving since 2-24.

On 2-11-25 I ordered two bottles of Derma Care Skin Tag Remover via their online website, no where did it say I was subscribing to a monthly subscription on the website or when I checked out. Today 3-17-25 I received two more bottles and realized that Derma Care authorized them to be sent on on 3-11-25 saying I ordered two more bottles and charged my credit card $89.99. I called customer service today *******. They stated that when I ordered online I did it via a monthly subscription and that I needed to cancel this subscription, that is why I got the order on 3-17-25. I saw nothing online when I initially ordered that stated I was ordering this product for a monthly subscription. Why would I order a monthly subscription for a skin tag remover, vitamins or something along those lines I could see. Very misleading and based on the other complaints these types of tactics seem to be Derma Cares normal business practices.Business Response

On February 2, 2025, I tried to purchase a single bottle of Derma Clear (Order Number: D57741DDA2) from your company website. I ordered 1 bottle and got a second one supposedly for half price- price was $64.99. To my surprise my credit card was drawn for $129.99. I thought to myself maybe i over looked something and let this slide. However, to my astonishment, my card was drawn for a second time for $129.99 (order number 0B8E7D9B77) on March 8, 2025 which I will be returning. I expect a full refund of $129.99. By the number of complaints I have seen so far your purchasing options are not clear and misleading. on 2/12/25 i purchased from DermaClear online skin tag removal advertised at $59.99. I purchased and received an email for my purchase with the charge of $239.00 PLUS $59.99 for anti wrinkle cream which I did not order! I called and they told me to return the items which now cost me another $13.00 and to call back in a few days to confirm their warehouse received it. I called and gave the tracking number and it was received and was then told there is a $10 restocking fee PER BOTTLE!!! There were 8 bottles in this stupid order. I complained and they offered me a 50% discount for the restocking fee. I accepted and was now out $40.00 with absolutely no product! I was also told bc I had to get a new card that the refund could not be processed and that I would receive an ECHECK but not for another 7-10 days!! From an advertisement online by DermaClear I attempted to purchase one of their products. I selected three bottles +3 free bottles. The price was ***** per bottle. I assumed that the ***** was for the three bottles not for the six bottles. My wife decided to purchase the six bottles package which included three free bottles. The price of the order was not displayed anywhere. I inputted all the information for one credit card - once they received my credit card information they came back and said this credit card cannot be used. I then proceeded with three other credit cards with the same result. Shortly, after doing this, I received scam alerts from three of the credit cards. I immediately contacted my servicing companies; **** and ********. $2***** had been charged to each of the four cards. The four cards were canceled and the four transactions were not paid out. On March 7, 2025, I tried to purchase a single bottle of Derma Clear for *****, from the company website. It was to be a 3 step process, enter name and address, enter payment information, and a final step to Complete Checkout. Because there was no final billing amount I choose to delete my billing info and did not click on Complete Checkout. The company immediately charged ****** to my account. This was not authorized.
