I just made an online purchase for this product. What I selected and the amount shown on the screen WAS NOT what was charged to my bank account. It would seem that this is common practice for this company. I read a previous complaint filed and that persons story is EXACTLY what I experienced. I thought I would be paying $39.99 for the product yet was charged $239.99 and another $59.99 for some anti wrinkle product. The website is very misleading and you should be ashamed of yourselves.Business Response

However, we offer a special bundle deal where customers can acquire three bottles for a total price of $239.99. In addition to this offer, we include three additional bottles for free, effectively reducing the cost per bottle to $39.99 when considering the total cost divided by the six bottles included in the package. You also placed an additional order of the (Derma Clear Anti-Wrinkle - 2 Bottle) for which you paid $59.99.
We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.
Unfortunately, your order was already forwarded to the fulfillment center and is processing. Once it's in processing, we are not able to cancel it.
As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a 50% refund today and you may keep the products. Please allow 7-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

On March 12, 2025 I was looking online and came across the Derma clear promotion. I entered my information to order the product but immediately changed my mind when I saw the price of $129.99 vs $39.99 as advertised and did not finished the transaction and got out of the website. well, I didn't realized it had gone through anyways since i didn't press agreed and a few days later I received the order #7E24573826. I didn't want it so I tried to get in contact but there is no way to call them or chat on their website. On April 12, there was another charge on my credit card, which I didn't realize that this was a recurring subscription. I don't want the product and I didn't agree to a recurring shipment. please refund my $129.99 and change your advertisement so it can be clear on the price and allow for cancellations and a method of contact. and resolution. below is the advertisement in which you cant find the price unless you enter your personal and credit card information. *********************************************************************************************************************************Business Response

We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.Upon reviewing our records, we found that the transaction for the second order placed on April 12, 2025, was unfortunately declined by your bank. As a result, it appears that the payment for the products was not successfully processed. Given this, we have ceased further shipments of your order.

DermaClear used advertising to confuse buyers into thinking they were getting a single application for ***** and instead charged me ******. When trying to get a refund they told me it was to late although i submitted the request not even an hour after i saw the charge on my bill. They have now promised to send some kind of ECheck to me for a "Partial" refund and I still havent received that from DermaClearBusiness Response

I ordered one bottle of skin tag remover for $30.00. When I went to check out, this company changed the order to 6 bottles for $239.99 and 2 bottles of anti-wrinkle for $59.99! For a total of $299.98! There was no way to stop or cancel the order. I immediately emailed Derma Clear, they stated they would cancel, but then sent the items. They don't answer the customer service number. They refused to give me a return shipping address. I sent the items back in the original box to the original address. I have the confirmation from the post office. Items were picked up 3/72025. I still have not received a response or a refund. This is fraud and this company should be held responsible! I am rejecting this response because: I contacted Derma Clear by phone with my bank ********* on the line on 4/24/2025. The representative from Derma Clear stated her name was Ren. **** was the representative from *******. **** confirmed that there is not a dispute and the funds were paid for the products. Ren asked her to disengage the call, and then proceeded to advise me that they will not process the refund. I did exactly what was asked, but this scam of a company will still not refund a product that I did not order and have sent back to them. Ren stated that I did not call them back in time, I stated I had ten calendar days as per the response from the BBB, and I am within those days. As a side note, I had tried to reach out to Derma Clear or ****************** many times right after the order was placed to complain and get a refund, their phone ***************) would immediately disconnect. I am surprised I was able to get through today.As of now, I am out $239.99 and $59.99. The product was sent back, I have the **** tracking. I had only ordered a $30.00 bottle, and this scam company quickly added additional charges with no authorization. I see many complaints of this same thing on BBB website. Please help me get my money refunded.

I am rejecting this response because: This is incorrect and that is why I contacted the BBB. One bottle was advertised for $30.00. At checkout, you fraudulently charged me for 6 products for $239.99 and $59.99, with no availability to stop the transaction. The products have been returned to the company. I am awaiting a refund.I had my bank, ******* call with me on 4/24/2025 as per your request. The ******* associate was ***** We got in touch with a Ren at customer service. ******* advised **** that there was no claim and verified the charges to my account. Ren was extremely unhelpful and absolutely nothing was accomplished from your end. She asked ******* to then hang up the line and stated she would not do the refund.
I am entitled to my money back. This was an absolute scam and your company keeps giving the same responses with no solution. Actually, I was surprised I was able to reach your company representative, because I tried for two months after the original charges and the line would go dead. I am tired of this nonsense and want my refund.

The Website is Very Misleading. It does not allow you to review the information.Instead of reviewing, you are just allowed to move forward by ******* order.I thought I was receiving a product for $39. On 2/28/25 I was scrolling through ****** on my phone and the skin tag advertisement appeared. Since I have some moles and skin tags I read the information and it appeared to work well on such issues. I paid $129.99 for two bottles which they charged me and shipped accordingly. Nothing in the add stated it would be a recurring charge each month. On April 2nd another charge for the same amount showed up in my bank account for $129.99. I did not order this nor do I want to continue. I still have my other bottles and trying to figure out if it really works or not. I ordered 2 bottles of the Dermaclear skin tag remover at an advertised price of x and one free bottle. During the ordering process their website never disclosed the total price until my credit card had been submitted and the price was 2x what was advertised. I let it go in hopes that the product would work. It does not work! Today, approximately 30 days later I received an email stating my second order of two bottles was charged to my credit card $129.99! So, I called and was told the order could not be cancelled but they could cancel future recurring orders. I never intended to order a recurring delivery, just the two bottles.
