      I ordered one time the skin tag remover. I had to call to get the special pricing I did not sign up for a subscription. Derma clear sent me 3 more bottles and charged my cc for $169.99. I have since sent it back. I would like to be credited for those 3 bottles and to have the subscription I did not sign up for canceled and not be billed again. I can now not find a number to call the company to have this all cancelled.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided a complete refund for the most recent order, without requiring the return of the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      I received an extra box of Derma Clear Skin Tag Remover that I did not want and customer service told me I could return it and be refunded, and that the refund would be for $69.99.On June 20, 2025 I returned it to PO ********* in ********, ** and **** says that it was received successfully on June 23rd.But after numerous calls to their customer service number *************) saying I have not been refunded, I was told there was a problem returning the refund to my credit card and that an echeck would be issued. Well, that has not happened either and after more calls I just keep getting the same runaround each time I call. They keep putting me off saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days, but it never happens. My last call was August **** needless to say I am very frustrated and would like to know how I can get this resolved. Thank you,**** ********

      On April ****** I thought I ordered one bottle of Dermaclear but was notified of a $239.99 charge from this company. I called customer service and was told I had ordered 6 bottles and if I wanted to keep them, they would credit my card $70 (the credit did appear on my card 4/4/2025). I agreed to the six bottles after confirming there was a money back guarantee. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of use, I found this product to be no better than others, so I called to return them. I was told to return the 5 unused bottles, and my card would be credited $150.00 when received at their warehouse. I did not see the refund, so I called again on June 19, 2025, and was again told I would receive a refund of $150 in 7-10 business days. Still did not receive a refund, so called July *******. This time I was told they already credited my account the $70 and they also sent an "e check" of $80 to my e-mail. I went through junk mail and trash and didn't see anything. Bottom line- I was told there was a money back guarantee when I ordered, got 2 different stories for a refund not received and still out $169.99.

      February 18 and 19, 2025 On February 18 I responded to an online ad that said that the Derma Clear product was safe and effective for removing skin tags, moles and warts. They advertised a significant discount, 1/2 off, for buying 6 bottles over the price of 1 bottle. When I looked at my credit card posted amount it was twice as much as advertised. I called and complained. They agreed to refund only 30 percent. The product did not work well. It took several months to remove just 2 of the skin tags I applied it on 2 times a day. It did not work at all on moles and warts and many of the skin tags. In the last month the product has caused me harm. All of the places I have applied it have developed large red rashes that expand an inch or more outward from the point of application. I called today and they said they only have a 30 day return policy and would not refund anything. I think that the delayed positive harm caused by the product takes it out of the 30 day refund policy. I don't think that I should have to pay for something that causes me harm. I think other consumers should be warned about the harm.I think the refund policy is unreasonable when they know they are sending a product out that will be used over a long period and may cause harm. I don't think they should be allowed to advertise one price and charge another.

      I ordered 1 bottle of Dermaclear $39.99 and almost immediately after I got a fraud alert from my bank asking me if I made this purchase. The amount was $239 and the name listed was Vibrant Lift Flow. So I responded no I didn't authorize this and the transaction never got changed. Now I have to call my bank to get my card reactivated. I see that many customers have not been as lucky and got charged. This company should be ashamed since they at least seem to have a good product. I certainly will not order anything from them now.

      So I will just go to my doctor to have my skin tags removed.

      I placed an order for Dermaclear skin tag remover on 03/05/35 and the product was subsequently received. The product was ineffective and my wife and I determined not to order again. On 04/05/25 I received a notice from Dermaclear that a second charge for $179.99 had been placed on my card for a second order that I did not authorize. I contacted the company to cancel the order and stop the shipment. I received confirmation of cancellation, but was told the product had already been shipped and was given two options: 1. Keep the product (that I had not ordered and knew to be ineffective) and receive a "courtesy" refund of $90.00 or 2. Return the package clearly marked with an RMA # for a full refund of $179.99.. A few days later we returned the package to the adress they supplied and marked it with the ***** but as of today have not received the full refund of $179.99. On 06/04/25 I contacted Dermaclear and was told that they had not yet been notified from their warehouse that the package had been received with the implication being that no refund would be issued until warehouse had notified them. To review:The items were sent without my authorization and charged to my account. I complied with all the requirements for a full refund, but have not received one more than two months after the return of the items. I have been patient, but my patience is at an end. Making an unatuthorized charge and then requiring the customer who was so charged to jump through hoops to get their money back and still withhold it is more than sketchy, it borders on fraud, and I respectfully request BBB's assistance in securing a refund to my original form of payment as soon as possible.

      Hi there.I just purchased a single bottle of derma clear on May 30th. I clicked a link sent to me through text claiming 25% off. I did the buy 1 get 1 for about $65 with free shipping. I never got a final submission page with final cost. My bank shows a charge from St medical for $97.49. This is $30 more than expected and does not include a 25% discount. I denied the anti-wrinkle cream as well. Lastly, I never received a confirmation email for any purchase.Please correct. I appreciate the product, just want to be charged as advertised, given the discount as offered, and proof of purchase emailed. Thank you

      I ordered 3 bottles of skin tag remover for $39. I was sent 6 bottles with two charges on my credit card. One for $239.99 and one for $59.99 On March 22 2025. I texted them to inform them that this transaction was deceitful and incorrect I was told I could send some of it back or all of it back. I sent all of it back, and am still waiting for them to credit my charge card.

      I ordered one bottle of Dermaclear Skin Tag Remover at $39.99 and received six bottles and was charged $259.00. I attempted to contact the company to return the product per the 60 day money back return policy stated on their website. The website states to click on their link to obtain return information, however there is no link embedded in the instructions. There is no phone number. Numerous webpage inquiries were submitted that have gone unanswered. I need a full refund for this product. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this business.
