On Sept. 17, 2024, I ordered what I thought was 1 bottle of skin tag removal. I got charged for 6 bottles totaling ******. That was the 1st shock. I must have misread the amount in my order. I did not see anything that said there was a recurring subscription. This is for skin tag removal, a small amount dabbed on. If you apply every day a bottle will last at least two to three months. Then on October 19, 2024, I get another notice that I am expecting another shipment of skin tag remover. Another 6 bottles for another ******. I have now spent almost $500 dollars on this product and barely gotten to use it for a month before I am getting 6 more bottles. I tried to cancel, but they said that the order was already processed. On Oct. 30, 2024, I get another notice that my order has shipped. 10 days after I asked to cancel, and they could not cancel because it had already been processed. I ask for refund directions in my email. They explain what I need to do and do not mention the 10-dollar-a-bottle restocking fee. They also do not say anything about not being able to return bottles from the first batch shipped. So I pay out of my pocket $40 to return 10 bottles of the skin tag remover. I follow all of their directions and get a tracking number so that I can be sure it was returned. On Nov. 8, I got a message through my tracking number that the product was returned. By Nov. 22, 2024, I have sent 3 emails asking about my refund. On Nov. 25th I get a message that I have been refunded ******, with no explanation as to why it is not the full amount. I send an email questioning the amount. Then I am told about the $10 restocking fee for each bottle and that I do not get credit for the first 4 bottles I returned, only the 6 they sent in the 2nd shipment. On the bottle, it states that it takes 12 weeks to see evidence that the product is working. I cannot return product from my first shipment even though it needs 3 months to work. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As per our return policy, every return is subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 per bottle. This fee covers the sanitation process, inspection, and restocking of the returned items.

In Oct 2024 I ordered 3 bottles of skin tag removal. It actually charged me for 6 bottles for a total of ******. I figured I clicked on the wrong amount so chalked it up to my mistake. There was nothing showing it was a recurring subscription. So now on Nov 8 I get a charge for ****** again so I went to the website to get a phone number to call and cancel it and there is no phone number the only thing it states is to email ******************************* so I emailed them but never heard back and there is no phone number listed to actually call to get them to cancel the order and not send it to me and refund my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered two bottles of the skin tag remover about 09/28/24. I received an email that two more bottles were being shipped to me because the first order included a subscription. I did not have time to evaluate the product before they were sending me more bottles. Of the two original bottles I have one full one and the one opened is 50% gone. I do not wand nor need more of the product. I emailed the company and they said the second order has been shipped. I initially ordered Dermaclear on September 7. The price that I paid was not what I had thought I agreed to. I called and the refunded me the amount that I was disputing. About 1 month later I was billed for $94.99 again as this was a subscription evidently. I do not remember anything about that. I canceled immediately. I sent the package I received back unopened. I paid for the return. There were 4 bottles in the shipment and I am being charged $10 a bottle for restocking and sanitary checks. I guess at some point I checked a box agreeing to this. There is no way to make a return without agreeing to this. I am not against a restocking fee, but not at $10 a bottle. I was refunded $54.99. I am requesting $30 not $40 as a $10 restocking fee is reasonable. I called on 11/02 questioning the refund amount and was told I agreed to it and no manager was available and to call back.Business Response

I ordered a 2-month supply of Derma Clear Skin Tag Remover, with the understanding that it had a 60 day money back guarantee (09/19/24). A second transaction was attempted (by the vendor) and declined on (10/19/24). I called the vendor phone number on the credit card bill and attempted to cancel/return; that phone number did not work. I finally found another vendor phone number *************) and reached them on 10/29/24. They informed me that there is only a 30-day return period, starting on the order date, not even the date received. They advertise 3-day shipping, but it took 7 days to receive the order. They refused to refund my money, even on the un-opened bottle. I want a full refund, or at least a refund on the un-opened bottle. ************************************Initial Complaint

I ordered a bottle of derma clear for skin tags and the price was ***** (online order)and shipping was free. I was charged ****** I immediately called to cancel my order (I talked to Adarial) she said she would cancel it after a small debate on the phone. She only refunded me *****???? Now I cant get ahold of any one to get the rest of my money of *****.
