Their website offe is grossly misleading. I was charged $239 for a bundle that was advertised as *****. I do not wish to continue this order under any circumstances with a company whose pricing is not completely transparent. Cancel this order and refund my credit card immediately. Item price shown on advertisement and price charged are different. The scam seems to be buy at 1 price but then when order confirmed the charged price is significantly higher without explanation during purchase process. Then there is no option to cancel before confirming purchase. The final is only shown after confirmation. I feel that this business is not honest and I would like a refund and hope that are required to change their process so no one else gets taken!Business Response

I elected to purchase three bottles of derma clear skin tag removal at *****ea and receive three bottles free. As advertised on their site. No where in the checkout did they offer a final total. I became aware my card was being charged double because my bank declined the charge for suspicious activity. I spoke with my bank and they assured me the transaction was declined and would not go through. This company waited a day and charged my card again. Unfortunately my bank did not flag it and the transaction went through. I was unaware this had even taken place until I received an email from them with my shipping information. This company is deliberately being deceiving with their advertised prices. I did not elect to purchase 6 bottles at ***** and I did not give anyone permission to charge my credit card a day after my initial attempt to purchase. I elected to walk away from the dishonest deception knowing the transaction had been declined. They waited a day and ran my card again.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate your position but I also do not understand it whatsoever. I had received an email stating the order had been cancelled and another stating the 50% refund for ******. Why would I agree to a charge of ****** for nothing in return? If I receive the product as specified in the initial offer at the adjusted price well then I will painfully agree to your offer. But to pay ****** for nothingno I am sorry that is not acceptable.

On 1/2/25 I saw an advertisement for DermaClear skin tag remover, bolstered by a glowing account of a one-day miracle serum created by two sisters, presented on Shark Tank. I followed the links to buy the item. I tried to purchase their option for one bottle for $64.99, including one free bottle. The site declined my debit card twice. I gave up. On 1/3/25 an unauthorized charge for $129.99 by DermaClear's parent company, ******************, popped up on my bank account. I called my bank's fraud department; they requested I initially attempt to settle the matter with the seller myself. I can no longer find the original website, but at the time I was able to, so I dug around and found a number to call in light gray print, hidden at the bottom of the website. The call hung up the first try. The second try I was on hold for over fifteen minutes before reaching a barely audible connection to a female with a heavy Asian accent. I told her my card was declined on their site (twice!) so I didn't owe them anything and I didn't want their product. She countered because I entered my cc info I was obligated once the site was repaired. I mentioned the amount was twice what I was expecting had my card not been declined. She said they automatically signed me up to a recurring monthly subscription for $129.99 (no mention of the original deal I tried to purchase). I told her to cancel the order and don't send me anything. She said the order was already on its way. After more aggressive haggling, she agreed to refund half the $129.99 that day (they did) and I'd receive the remainder of my refund once the product was returned. After returning the unopened box I had to relentlessly hound them for weeks for only a partial $45 refund. I asked regarding the $20 they still owed; they made up an excuse regarding a restocking fee policy never previously mentioned. I just involved my bank's fraud department to go after the $20 they still owe me. Repeat offenders and scammers. BEWARE!!!Business Response

I ordered a (1) bottle of skin tag remover from Derma Clear on-line on 1/28/2024 for $64.99. It was declined, not able to contact them thru email. The debit went thru, but Not for $64.99 that was advertised. I was charged $239.99 That is when I seen that my account had been charged $239.99 instead of the $64.99 as advertised.I called customer service to cancel the order and was told that it was too late, the order has already been processed. I spoke with **** (CSR), @ ************** who told me to keep the product as a gift as he seen a dispute had already been filed on my account. Even though the Company name On-Line was Derma Clear - **************** said the Billing was from LGA Supplements. The dispute I had filed with my credit union was declined as they couldn't verify LGA Supplements and Derma Clear were one in the same. As I read up on the product it was shown for 3 small bottles at a cost of. $29.00. I selected the order button and an Anti - wrinkle Serium offer popped up to purchase for another price. I by-passed that and continued on with my order. Upon completion, I get a thank you for your purchase of skin tag remover for $259.00 and anti wrinkle serum for $59.00. Totalling $299.00. I did not order anything but $29 ski tag removal. I tried calling several times and the line either hang up on me or I'm on hold for 15 minutes or longer u til I finally hang up.ive sent 2 emails canceling this order before it ships since they already have my money from my bank account. Placed an order on line for $64.99, but website said declined, email is null. I tried to correct it by erasing everything I put in. Two hours later I see a charge for $239.99. I called customer service to cancel the order and they said they could not because it was already in process. They could not explain the charge and told me to return the product after it arrives for a refund. I think its complete fraud, cancelled by credit card immediately.
