1 star0 STARS! ItWorks is a sad excuse for any type of coaching health or weight loss wellness supplements/products. I regret ever selling for them and after looking into the ingredients realized how many HARMFUL chemicals and **** they put into everything they sell. This company should be sued and put out of business! After finding this out about the harmful ingredients/chemicals used I tried to cancel my order which had hair placed and they told me they couldnt do it. I am going to BLOW up social media about this and make sure everyone knows what a scam and horrible company they are all the way around.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starI answered a social media post on FB that a distributor wanted 10 women who were interested in weight loss etc., I was interested in the post, and reached out to the Distributor. She contacted me after several days. She spoke with me about my health concerns, and I told her my areas of interest. She recommended, product for internal cleanse, and I am an avid coffee drinker, so, I ordered a healthier coffee brand. I also asked if there was an auto shipping option and I explained once I try the product, she would stay in touch with me to see how the product worked and I could add or change my order. Also, the account was in the wrong name Georgia G my name is Donna. When I received the 2nd order, I sent it back USPS and never opened the product. I tracked the package and called IT Works after it was received. Called and spoke with a customer service and confirmed the the package was received it would take 7-10 business days to review package to see if product was opened. And another 7-10 business days to process and return the money to my credit card. I called back on November 14th customer service agent stated the order would be processed between 3 to 5 days of that week. I called back on November 21st and the customer service agent stated the account was in Georgia G and I once again told her that issue was done by IT Works, she confirmed my address and put me on a brief hold, and requested my USPS tracking number that I cannot find and refused to give me a refund based on that information.IT Works! We are sorry to hear about this matter.
However,the customer service agent was correct in saying that we do need your tracking number to trace the return of the package. Our records do not show that the order has been received at the warehouse and therefore we cannot issue a refund.
Please refer to the IT WORKS! Refund and Return Policy listed on our website at ***************************************************** - If for any reason you need to return all or a portion of your purchase, we will gladly accept eligible returns of unopened, undamaged products in newcondition within thirty (30) days of the original ship date. Products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS:
Refunds for eligible products returned will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected by the *************************. This typically takes about ten (10) days from the date when the return is shipped, depending on the method of shipment. After a purchase is returned, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Depending on the method of payment/credit card used, it may take an additional two (2) to ten (10) business days after a refund is processed to appear in the Customers account. (Processing time dependent on the credit card company.)
REFUSED ORDERS and REFUSAL FEES:
If a package is Refused upon delivery or marked as Return to Sender a $15 Refusal fee will be deducted from the refund. Refused orders may take up to ninety (90) days to reach the ************************* and, depending on the order, may or may not be eligible for a refund.
If you could please provide us with a tracking number that would assist us greatly. Also, we would be willing to expedite the refund, but we do need a tracking number.

4 starsI previously worked as a distributor with It Works and I didn't have an issue with the products or the company. I do however have an opinion that would make things better for distributors. I feel as though if It Works wants to say they aren't a pyramid scheme they should allow distributors a way to be compensated bonuses without needing high ranks. There shouldn't be the mandatory auto shipment either in order to get your paycheck if you do make anything, a threshold of minimum money before cashing out I understand but you HAVE to purchase something in order to get the money you've worked so hard for? Come on now... I can understand that a lot of customers/people do not like to be cold messaged, I do believe corporate should try and get that to be less robotic and more genuine but I also feel like there should be less of distributors utilizing the same messages and posts. I see great potential in Itworks and although I am NO longer a rep (because of the specific leadership I joined under in 2020-2021 was horendous) I do want to give it another try but i'm being very strategic and smart about who i join under and WHEN I join because I don't want to fall into situations that i've fallen in before. I also feel like because of huge anti-mlm and overall mass trend of MLM hate, it's taking a toll on whether i'd like to try again or not as I do have goals to start my own business (not mlm business) and I don't want that to be affected because I decide to also work with It Works. The anti-mlm videos and mass social media hate on MLM's should open eyes for the new CEO and really help you change things around for the BETTER.IT Works! Global, Inc.

We can appreciate your comments but IT WORKS! had made many strides since 2021. New enhanced Compensation Plan, New Products, New IT WORKS! Perks for customers and special benefits, Training and Business Building for all Ranks, Bonus Incentive Programs for ALL Ranks & Marketing Materials in ****************. Distributors, if qualified are paid bonuses without needing high ranks. Distributors are compensated with promotional bonuses (if qualified) and not limited to high ranks.
Also, we would like to stress it is not a requirement that you purchase a product as stated in Policy 2.2 No Product Purchase Required.
Regarding the *** videos they are targeting many companies not just IT WORKS!

1 starI had been a loyal customer for years with no issues. I received hydrate and collagen powder. I had noticed over the last several months a few of the hydrate packages were bad. Instead of a powder they were solid and green. Almost looked like grass. For my October shipment about half of the bag of hydrate was bad. I looked at the manufacturing date and it was 2/2022. So not sure if old or what. And then my collagen never came for October. I decided to cancel by monthly subscription. So I called customer service to tell them about it. And see if I could get my money back for October since I threw out my hydrate because most were bad and never received the collagen. The customer service experience was the worst I have ever had. The calls go to offshore associates who have to submit an email to corporate onshore and you have to wait 3 to 5 days for a response. Finally after calling multiple times and several emails from the offshore team to corporate they agreed to give me my money back. Will see if it actually happens. Several times the customer service told me I will follow up and call you back. Never happened. I had to keep on them. Ridiculous that you cannot be transferred to an associate onshore in corporate that can actually assist. I even messaged on instagram my issue. No response. Horrible!!!! 1 starHave sent product back, told them to send no more thru phone call and e-mail. Ask fir refund fir products can not get a refund, because I have no tracking number and you don’t get one when you refuse order. So it will take longer , been six weeks no refund! They are a sorry excuse for customer device, do not recommend for anyone to use them. The person you order from is absolutely no help! *******IT Works! Global, Inc.

However, we note that customer service gave you the Return/Refund instructions that specifically said, please do not refuse the order as there is an additional fee, and not all refused orders are successfully returned. Please allow up to 10 days from receipt at the warehouse to have your return order processed. Unfortunately,the warehouse has not received the product and we do not have a tracking number to view.

1 starTook products for a month. Nothing changed. Actually gained weight!! Distributer said I had to take products at least **************************** $220. I chose to eat the $20 fee for breaking the subscription. If I had noticed even a slight change, I may have given it another 30 days, gaining weight was not in the cards.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starsomeone on ********* sounded like a pretty good idea, and that it sounded like it was really going to work , she made it sound so great, ! not sure how many people she's lured into buying into this or these products, i bought the first package, not knowing, that it was a monthly paid thing, and i don't really think it was thoroughly explained to me, so naive of me, I was led to believe that when the 2nd package came, unopened i was to return it, and then receive a refund, i have yet to receive this refund, even though i have contacted them several times. this person, whom i shall not name, should be removed from ********* or others forewarned, don't get involved with them,IT Works! 1 starI was scammed by a lady on ******** stating if I joined her team I would be able to make my money back within 30 days. Well she had me messaging people prewritten templates from an app called Boards. It will give them a response to literally anything , you can search all of this on ****** and Tik tok. In the weekly meetings they do they basically tell you how to scam people. They all use the same post they just add their personal touch to it . They repost peoples before and after photos literally the same ones just adding their personal touch to it. I sent my items back and they will not refund me the entire amount. The lady even knew I returned the package and I dont know how she even had access to my account. I can assure this is a pyramid scheme and I have every screenshot to back this up even the conversations with the lady. Needless to say I have to dispute with my bank because they will not give my money back for something I returned in PERFECT condition. Please dont fall for this scam!IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starThis business is a scam. I had a person ask me if I wanted to try the gummies I said sure. They set up my 1st purchase and said nothing else. I buy them for 50 some dollars and say wow that's a bit much for gummies. But whatever. I get on the site to check the shipping, etc and realize that I am subscribed to a minimum of 3 orders at 50$ each.... I tried to cancel they want 19$ for you cancelling before the 3 order minimum..... I removed their access to my PayPal so now I can't even pay the 19$ and no one answered my requests. So if I call you all and you tell me the same thing, that poor representative is gonna get an earful. This is bull and you all need to stop doing this to people. I had to call and cancel it over the phone. The representative kept trying to sell me stuff. I told her I was filing a complaint. I'd spend my time telling people not to buy this snake oil. She dismissed me. Well I'm not done yet.IT Works! Global, Inc.
