      I'm giving this company 4 stars because, as a first-time customer with It **********************! my first experience was quite awful.Keep Reading I read one of the reviews on BBB and noticed a specific response from It Works! asking the customer to give them a chance to make things right but the customer did not make that choice. SO, I chose to make that decision by calling ***************** I placed an order without discussing it with my husband first which, in my marriage, was wrong of me. I contacted **************** to cancel the order. I found them to be very difficult to work with. I asked to be contacted by management. Someone in Compliance contacted me. I was very hesitant to say much to her because I expected to hear the same words from her that I heard from *****************To my very big surprise, Compliance turned things around for me. Communication was all through email. They did not give me the same "I understand" responses that I got from ****************, that really blew me away. They put an effort into working with me. I almost put in a complaint about the company because the quality of customer service is so poor. Because of Compliance, and because of my distributor, I reconsidered my complaint. I received a full refund from It Works! which was only a matter of days.Because of my distributor as a person and distributor, I really want to give the products a chance. I also want to be fair in my purchase decisions with the company.Thank you Compliance for putting effort into turning my experience around for the better and thank you to my distributor for speaking to me, and assisting me, like a person and not a transaction.

      As a previous distributor, I was also a customer and had a contract that guaranteed my distributor pricing for life regardless of my status. I called the company today and was told this no longer applies and I must rejoin the company or sign a 3 month contract to receive my pricing. Bad business!!

      The loyal customer program has been discontinued and replaced by the IT WORKS! Perks Loyal Customer Program. With this program, you receive the following perks: 15% off retail price on orders without automatic shipping, 25% off any monthly subscription, free shipping on orders over $194 and a gift on your anniversary. To keep your account active, Loyal Customers will need to pay $19.95 Annual Membership to maintain their status as a Loyal Customer. This fee will be due for the first time on October 7, 2023. However, Loyal Customers with annual purchases totaling $300 USD* or more before the anniversary date of their membership will not have to pay the annual fee when their anniversary date arrives. Further information about the IT WORKS! Perks Loyal Customer Program can be found under https://itworks.com/loyal Since the old program has been discontinued, the LC status has also been discontinued. The current Gold and Platinum Qualified Loyal Customers will still get free Economy Shipping on all autoship orders only until March 31, 2023.

      This company uses questionable marketing practices to lure customers. After ordering their gummies and another product, I did not like the flavor of the gummies at all. Noticed my rep posting pics on ******** of several other types of gummies. I inquired about them, as did several others. Rep just ignored our question until I asked pointedly about these other products. She private messaged that they do not offer these products, they just use these images as a marketing tool. I told her it was misleading and dishonest for them to do this. Why would a company share photos of products that are not theirs if they believe in their own products? She felt it was just advertising and everybody does it. This directive was not her own idea, it is encouraged by It Works company management. I contacted them through their website and have not received a response. I was going to cancel my subscription online and realized there would be a $50 cancelation fee, which I realized I had been told about. Today I contacted their online chat service and at first they were going to charge me for cancelation, but I explained my reasons were about company dishonesty and I felt I should not be charged. She agreed and waived the fee. I hope someone will address this company's deceptive marketing practices. If they feel their products are not as attractive, or appetizing, as the ones they share in ads, then maybe they need to get to work on improving their own products!

      It Works claims they emailed me, which never happened, so once again they have lied. I check both my email inbox and junk mail numerous times daily and I have never received anything from them. They also claim that I can share info supporting my claims about deceptive marketing, yet, they offer no way for me to actually share anything! If I had received the promised email from them, then I could have responded with copies of the supporting images and conversations. Since I have no way of sharing that information with them, I shared it by email with the BBB. If It Works, as a company, believes in the products they sell, why on earth would they use images of products that are not in their product line to promote their business? It is beyond deceptive, it is downright stupid! When I inquired about the yellow sugary coated teddy bear gummies and asked if these were different from the purple-ish colored gummies I currently have, my distributor told me they don't carry the yellow ones but that they were the same as what I have! No they are not! Then when I called her out for using images that aren't really It Works products, she said it is a marketing tool and there's nothing wrong with it. It's just advertising. Bait and switch marketing? Um... that is against the law! So, if It Works is truly concerned about correcting this deceptive marketing, and if they really want me to share the information about their deceptive business practices, they need to send me that email they promised and I will get right on it!

      ITWORKS business practices are sub-par ITWORKS business practices are sub-par, at best. After signing up to become a distributor, based on being told that I would receive a free bottle of their Restore, which would be included with my initial order, when my order came it, not only was the Restore Facial Oil not in the shipment, but none of the Welcome Box products were in there, either! After six weeks and a whole lot of phone calls, I finally get an email stating that my Welcome Box was being shipped, but that the Restore Facial Oil would be shipped only if I agreed to a $6.99 shipping fee! This is not acceptable and I will not be associated with a company who does not support their customers by making right an error on THEIR PART! See the email below, and by the way, they are the ones who did not apply the promo code with my order!!! It Works! Banner Hi Debra! Thank you for contacting It Works!       We are sorry to hear about this situation.  We have contacted a supervisor on our customer service team for a review of your account.



      Our records show you received your Enrollment Order on April 30th, and we do not find any record of you contacting customer service about a concern with your Enrollment order until June 3rd.  If a customer contacts ** within 2 hours of their order processing, we can usually add the missing Promo Code (free product) without additional shipping.  Once the order is over 2 hours old, customer service is required to charge shipping since an additional Bag/Box and Tracking number must be purchased.   Furthermore, you mention after 6 weeks a lot of phone calls.  We did find that you made three calls to customer service but not until June 3rd.  We are happy to assist but we need contact sooner.  And as a Distributor we would appreciate you contacting **************************************** to address the issue before going to a third party.  We would like the opportunity to resolve the matter.  As a result, on June 7, 2023, our customer service supervisor shipped out 1 FREE ****************** with no charge.

We can assure you that the company has had its compensation plan and marketing documents reviewed by the best network marketing attorneys and it is not a pyramid scheme under any recognized definition.

      Never received the second shipment and was told they would ship me another one which I didnt want I just wanted a refund. Now they are saying I will only get a refund when the get the package pack with is impossible to do when you havent received it. This so poor customer service. I would encourage people to never fall victim to them and not order from them.

      The positive reviews on here for It Works are all written by distributors with fake accounts. They are trying to boost the companies BBB rating. The company both allows and encourages it. Disgusting.

      Read the Fine Print About Returns!!I ordered two bottles, and had two doses from one bottle. They made me sick, which is no big deal to me. I have a sensitive digestive system. However, when I requested a return, they did the following:1) only unopened bottle can be refunded 2) there is a standard $6 charge for NOT returning any product (remember, they will not accept the opened bottle?!)3) they charge YOU for the return shipping.I lost $60 in the deal. I did this through a friend, too, not directly on their web site.Better ask your "distributor" about return policies before purchasing!!!
