      When I first heard of these products, I was skeptical because they definitely sounded too good to be true. I honestly thought it was bold of a company to be named "it works" but figured the products had to actually do what they said they did with that name so I decided to give it a try. The products are efficacious and exceeded my expectations. I have been able to finally lose stubborn belly fat, the stress less gummies have helped me tremendously, and I have so much more energy with the added nutrition the super greens+ and superfood smoothie give me. If you're considering trying these products, don't let negative reviews deter you; just find a reputable distributor who can explain everything well and take good care of you. Customer service has also been great with resolving any issues I've had with my orders using the customer login portal.

      BEWARE:This organization is essentially ran my distributors who do as they please. I was previously a distributor, and when I went to my upline after a year of hard work a very little pay to tell her I was canceling my account due to lack of training, she asked me to wait and think it over. I agreed to wait and talk with her when she came back from vacation. But the next morning when I woke up my account had been canceled for me! I tried many times to contact support but just get put on hold for crazy amounts of time.So I decided to go to a different company. But when I tried to enroll into the new company I was told they werent comfortable working with me bc of the things the upline from IW had told them about me. This is ridiculous. You should not be able to go into someone elses account that THEY paid for and cancel for them. The uplines dont care. All they care about is their paycheck. Not helping people or doing the right thing.They even openly coach their teams to lie to be able to relate to people to get the Sale or to get the team member. 100% do not recommend. If you are thinking of joining this company, dont waist your time or money.

      THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I ordered and paid for the gummies and cleanse totalling $89.90 a box. I received the order but wanted to cancel early saying I needed to pay $50 for membership fee. Been run-around from the main distributor. The person I ordered from was very new and had to go to the person she signed up with for the claim, and i don't think THAT person knew what she was doing because she told me I could cancel at any time. when i went to call customer service they wouldnt let me cancel. nothing happened ended up getting two more boxes. Received the same answer from customer service once again calling a couple days later. tnever received any emails about ordering. When i brought this up to the distributor she said if she cancels my subscription I would would be charged a $50 cancellation fee, plus the $89.90x 3 for the items I didnt want to begin with. Nothing has been resolved, I just want a refund. I want nothing more to do with this company, especially after reading these BBB review

      This product does not do what it claims. When asking to cancel a 3 month membership, they refuse and will not cancel without charging a fee. The product does not do what they say it will. Customers should not be penalized for cancelling.

Thus, the reason we have listed all the ingredients on our Product Info Sheet which can be found on our main website. This way a customer can preview the ingredient list or any Warning labels before they buy the product. As a loyal customer, you do have the option of switching to an alternative product. However, due to the circumstances we find that customer service did cancel all future autoships on October 20, 2022, and no more charges will incur. Also, you are not liable for any future autoships or membership fee. Sincerely, It Works!

      Awful business practices been with this company for years. They make pretty good products but cannot keep up and most importantly go back on their word. If I was you I wouldnt get started with them with anything. theyll just get you hooked on something that they wont keep up and then just leave you hanging like they did me. So they wanted to change their loyalty program so they acted as if my card decline because they were using the wrong card information. And when they realize this, could do nothing to rectify the situation. I was just taken out of the loyalty program made a regular customer after years of doing business and providing them with additional customers. Some loyalty I received in return. I will be taking my own advice and finding another product that works just as well and when I do I will be dropping them. Its nothing like patronizing a company that doesnt have their stuff together, just awful!!!!

      This place is horrible. I bought a product from them. It made me sick they refuse to give me my money back. Now I have to pay $50 to cancel. This come is a scam I won't doing business with these ******** again
