1 starI tried a few sips of this tea (not hot) and it felt like I had drank something spicy and it started stinging my throat. And it smelled like soap and chemicals. When I tried to call the company to complain, they told me they don't handle complaints. And I would have to email them, and the woman was rude on the phone.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starShould be 0 stars. My wife worked for them for a few months. Every time pay day came around there was an issue. Then removed money off her card and continues to say it will be resolved in 3 to 5 business days for weeks now. Stay away from this pyramid scheme company. Shipping takes forever is an over priced.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starI've ordered "It Works" products over the last several years. Too often, when ordering one time only items, I was put on auto ship. Each time I had to contact the rep, who was constantly sending requests to help her out by posting, ordering and referring, but nothing was ever done without multiple requests. I have all the texts. Often told I had to contact the company myself where I had to argue with so called customer service. I ate a lot of product I never wanted because I didn't want it to hurt Alyssa R******** , the rep, who was a young mother. Shame on you for not making it right for a loyal customer that only ever tried to help you succeed. My fault for being nice. This time I have had enough. It happened yet again and I was not going to accept it. I was kind but persistent at first. My messages started getting ignored and now I'm not so nice, because zero was done to make it right. I'm beginning to wonder if this is actually part of the company's MO. Frustrate and ignore the customer so they give up and the company and rep keep the profits. The products are fine but not great. Certainly not worth this recurring hassle. I do not recommend this company. Apologies if I did in the past. I urge you to find a better one, with actual customer service.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starA specific sales rep was extremely jittery and pushy. It's almost like it becomes their whole *** personality. They go by "******* ***** ********* I genuinely trusted them. BUT THEN I STARTED LOOKING INTO WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. I am horrified. Why would they sell me something so dishonest and scary at that, as far as the ingredients and the risks? They claimed it was the herbal *******. They were saying so many misleading and ******** phrases when they drew me in. Now I'm stuck with a plan that I'm afraid. Isn't even going to work and is possibly going to cause me harm. How are these reps allowed to lie like this. Shame on this company. They pray on people with low self esteems desperate for something that works. That isn't full of chemicals and this is the exact opposite of what they claim.IT Works! Global, Inc.

Thank you for contacting us. We were unable to locate an account for you with the information provided and are unable to assist you with your subscription. On our website we offer a one-time purchase of products for a retail price. We also offer a Perks Member option, one with a membership fee and one with a 3-month subscription, with the membership fee waived. Then we offer a Distributor option if someone wishes to sell product. On our website all of our products are listed with their full ingredients and directions. The safety and effectiveness of our products and their ingredients is our top priority. All of our products are tested according to USP (United States Pharmacopeia) standards at a certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility.
For each ingredient used in our products we have a certificate of analysis and this certificate lists the formula for the ingredients as well as the amount of each raw material/ingredient. The certificate of analysis also contains the results of tests for contaminants; because of this we are able to ensure the quality of our ingredients.
Manufacturers must follow good manufacturing practices to ensure that the supplements are processed consistently and meet quality standards (which we do).Thank you,

1 starI attempted to cancel my account after one month, following my doctor’s recommendation to stop taking It Works products. However, I was met with an error message stating I would need to pay the initial Perks Membership fee, 25% of my previous order, and return the Perks Member gift.
At no point during the ordering process with my local distributor was I made aware of these charges or that I was enrolling in a subscription program. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning and feels deceptive.
This is a complete scam and I will be escalating this issue further.IT Works! Global, Inc.

Thank you for contacting us. When enrolling as a Perks Member there are two choices provided at the time of checkout. The first is paying the membership fee and not having a subscription and the second is waiving the membership fee for a 3-month subscription. If someone chooses to not continue their subscription we do not ask that the enrollment gift is returned or that a 25% fee is paid. We show that your enrollment order was enrolled with subscription. However, we show that when you called June 27th we show that our Customer Service representative waived the membership fee and cancelled your subscription. We also do not show that any additional orders were processed, besides your enrollment order. If we can be of any additional assistance, please let us know.

1 starIt works, is impossible to reach , I lost my login to my ItWorks page on the stupid app. Tried to find a phone number becouse I cant login to my page so I can cancel everything, money is neing withdrawn every month I dont sell anything ,and I dont buy anything, so Its no need to see money fly away every month from my account. Im neither not interessted to sell anything or buy anything. Theres no support page that
works ,so I cant cancel my account at ItWorks. So will they withdraw money the rest of my life for nothing? May somebody please help me stop this sillyness please. Otherwise I have to turn to the police. Best Regards ******* ********* ******IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starI ordered the products thinking they were healthy & going to work. I contacted the seller after purchasing & told her about my health problems. I DO NOT want to risk dealing with something happening to me. When I told asked her about side affects and can I take them she claimed her father has heart problems and her mom other health problems and left it at that. My cardiologist told me today that he does NOT want me taking these IT WORKS products due to more serious complications. I need to cancel subscription ASAP. We shall see what happens because I feel as though I was told something that was not credible.IT Works! Global, Inc.
