      Just like the rest of these unhappy customers, I was not informed of this 3 month subscription scheme! I was also told I would be getting the one product which is what I signed up for, not a subscription! I feel as if my seller was not transparent with me. I was stunned to see the cancellation fee when I figured out that it was something I had been signed up for. The seller sent me the specific link where she had designed my cart for me which was sketchy but I was still interested. Needless to say, do not purchase from this company unless you want to be charged for random amounts just as everyone else who has left a review here! I want my money back!

      We were able to locate your account and show that you chose the option to "enroll with subscription" 


      This process would have been completed by you, after your Distributor sent you the link and you followed the enrollment process. The fee you mentioned is not a cancellation fee, but a subscription fee. The options at enrollment are to pay the membership fee and no have a subscription or to have the subscription for three months and waive the membership fee. 


      However, we have made an exception and cancelled your account and waived the membership fee.

      I, too, feel I was mislead in the products. The first month, I ordered two because I wanted to try it for a month rather than just 2weeks. First of all, I didnt like it and really wasnt sure if I was to mix it with real coffee or not. When I saw my next bill, I noticed it was just as much as the first one. I tried repeatedly to get my seller to explain the bill. After a few days, I had to ask her if she was going to answer my questions and she replied she didnt see them. Well, you cant hide your read messages on messenger unless you delete it. Therefore, I want nothing else to do with IT. Also, I agree with the others about not explaining everything to you until AFTER the fact.

This is why your first order was $ 88.91 and your second order was $ 107.41. We also apologize that you were not fully informed of the subscription. When enrolling as a Perks Member there are two options:





      Pay a one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout, or

      Commit to a 3-month subscription, which waives the Membership Fee.





      Your enrollment order shows enrolled with a subscription which is why your second order processed on May 30th. If this order is unused and unopened you are welcome to you return it for a refund. To assist you with the returns process we have emailed a prepaid shipping label to your email address on file. Lastly, we have fully cancelled your account and waived the membership fee.

      Company driver backed into our gate. He knew he did it and drove away while I was yelling at him trying to get him to stop. We have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple e-mails to It-Works with little to no response. We have it on video which we have sent to the company. They dont care. So my wife is canceling any and all future orders. If this is the way they treat consumers and handle responsibility I will never do business with them again. And I caution others to be wary.

As stated in our previous emails, we advised your wife to file a formal complaint directly with the delivery company and to report the incident to local authorities by filing a police report, especially since this involves property damage and a hit-and-run scenario.

      I sincerely wish I would have read all of this before placing my order last week. Like all of the others who have posted on here, I am incredibly skeptical. The difference between the membership and the subscription is very unclear, and although I don't fault my **** she did not explain it very well. I signed up for the subscription and I don't want anything to do with after reading all of this. This company does not seem ethical. I will try my products for a month but I do not want to continue to receive them and I just want my membership/subscription Or whatever it is canceled.

      I too order this thinking it was a one time payment but later I got another package and was charged for it so I returned it and got part of my money back I lost ***** on this deal and later I got another one and returned it only to get ***** back out of ***** so if I could give them a zero I would i have told everyone not to get in this situation that I'm in because no matter how many time I call they will not give me my money back this is not supported by the bbb so unless you are planning on paying 95 dollars a month don't get in this situation

      Your consultants shouldn't try to belittle someone just because they turn down an offer. I was just told "I thought women were supposed to empower other women" because I kindly turned them down. Very unprofessional.

      Total scam. The rep lied to me and said you only get what you order. So unbeknownst to me I was signed up for the subscription plan. After calling and explaining the situation, I was told I could return the product and that I would not be charged a cancellation fee. Upon returning the unused product, I only received about 1/3 my money back. Turns out they kept the rest of my money as a cancellation fee. After multiple calls and being told I would get money back I have not been refunded. This was even after I explained the sales rep lied to me and It was discovered she was using different aliases to put in orders.

      Again, your sales representative, who signed me up, lied to me and said there was no subscription. I directly asked the question. How about hiring representatives that are reputable and dont lie to customers to get sales? Yeah, my fault for trusting her. You should do the right thing and refund the membership fee, and dont lie and say you did. The ONLY refund so far was $20.97 from the return of the $63.49 purchase I did not know about. Id love to post a picture to prove that, but I cant. If you did indeed make a refund today it has not posted yet. I am doubtful you did as you claimed to refund the membership fee and did not. Feel free to email me for pictures of my statement so I can show you.

      I think this is nothing but a terrible scam. I ordered one month of a diet pill. Apparently, there is a 3 month subscription you are signing up to, even though I signed up for nothing and a subscription was never even mentioned to me. I received my second order, very unexpectedly, and returned it for a refund, however I never got my refund. Now, I see another $65 was taken out of my account. I want my money back!

      1. To enroll with a 3-month subscription and waive the membership fee.


      2. To enroll with the membership fee and not have a subscription


      Our records show that your enrollment order says "enrolled with subscription." At this time, we have cancelled your subscription and sent a prepaid shipping to your email address so your March order may be returned for a refund. We have also fully cancelled your account. If we can be of any additional assistance please let us know.

      I was signed up for what was to be only a 3 months subscription. I was charged for 5 months! I had to reach out to the girl that set me up for the 3 months. She claimed she did only sign me up for 3 months and gave me the number to contact them. I had just had surgery and was in the middle of other life changes I ended up with two unopened packages that I wrote refused on as I did not want them and wanted the money back for the 2 months i should of never received any products from them. I dropped the 2 packages off at the post office on December 4th. I was told i couldnt get a tracking number for any of the items I dropped off. I was fine with that as I have done this type of thing before and have never had any issues until this company! I have not been refunded anything! When I called they said I should call back in a month. The interesting thing is I also did another package from TikTok shop when I did these two. ****** shop got the package back within 2 weeks and my refund was issued. This company is ridiculous and it seems that this is how they make more money by working like a scammer. I have no products as they were returned and they r refusing to refund me what is owed now Im out $336 bucks! Which is a lot when ur a single parent that was out of work for 2 months due to a surgery! I will leave bad reviews on any platform I come across with this company. ******************. The person I spoke to when I called could barely speak English and couldnt understand what I was saying. I literally had to repeat things and break it down over and over in hopes the person would understand but she didnt which is why I believe she said to call back in a month.

When the 3-month subscription is completed you can cancel the subscription at anytime by logging in to your account, submitting a support ticket, emailing or calling our **************** team. As we never received any contact from you and do not show that you logged in to your account to cancel, the subscription was never cancelled. When an order is returned to sender the post office uses the original tracking number and using those tracking numbers we do not show that either of your orders were sent back to us, which is why they were not refunded. The last tracking update on both orders shows delivered OR. We never recommend using return to sender as the post office does not have any time frame to which the orders need to be returned. We always recommend using our prepaid shipping labels. At this time we show that you have disputed both orders with your bank and we are unable to provide a refund. However, we can confirm that your account is cancelled and no further charges will occur.
