      After talking and texting with 2 woman who were selling this horrible product on Face Book, they basically convinced me to get involved. Because I was desperate to make some money I purchased the " Welcome package". it cost me $178. The day I received it, I made a cup of their ************* and it was DISGUSTING! When I opened up the Gummies, the extremely strong odor of Cider vinegar made me nauseous! I tried one anyway because I knew I was now supposed to be SELLING this stuff. Well... ALL of it just made me sick and knew if I, personally couldn't STAND it, how could I possibly sell it to others? I started the return process and it turned into a complete NIGHTMARE! I sent the unopened items back because they refused to take back anything that was opened. OK that's understandable but when you have 15 other tubes of the coffee that came out of ONE big package they wouldn't take them back! Even after I sent the unopened stuff back I went back and forth with this awful company for a couple of months! Not only that, I got an email telling me to call and they would reimburse me and it turned out to be a SCAM! I had to cancel my bank card and wait for a new one. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

      We are sorry to hear that you do not like the taste of the Skinny Brew.  Taste is a personal preference.  Regarding the Slimming Gummies, it does contain 500 mg of apple cider vinegar which is stated in the product sheet on our website.  Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds for any opened product as stated in the It Works! Refunds and Returns Policy -  ***************************************************************;

      At first I was skeptical of this company because there are so many out there that claim to help you lose weight. I will admit that at first I didnt believe they were working. Then I realized that maybe I was doing something wrong. I assessed my eating habits and my consistency. Both were terrible. I made a few adjustments to my diet( nothing special) and tried to be more consistent at taking the products and was pleasantly surprised with my results. In a matter of three months I was able to lose 26 pounds. And Ive kept it off for 5 months so far. Im about to start another 3 month run and excited to see how much more I can lose.

      Want to just say with Itworks products I have Lost over 50pounds, also really enjoying the taste of the products. They make me feel so good. Im trying to get ***************** back and these products are truly helping me do just that are more.       This company condones fraud. I called in telling them I had received a confirmation via email for an order that I had not placed. Yet, the order had a misspelling of my name and my complete email. After I asked them to look into this, they refused. They are okay with people placing orders with fraudulent information.

      When I signed up for a free trial, I wasn't impressed enough with them to proceed. I had to give my card to get the free trial. Before I knew it they charged me $150 for a paid subscription. I called the bank and disputed the charge, they refunded the money. I called the company with a foreign sounding support, and told them to make sure I could cancel, they said they would. I just got notice they are trying to charge me again. Their support and login page doesn't open any page, it's just a white blank page. This is obviously a scam company, don't fall for it, once in they won't let you out. NEVER give them your credit card!

      All I can say is what a rip. I should have been smarter than this. They got me for over $300.00 and a $50.00 cancelling fee.Oh I lost 1lb,,great product huh.

      BEWARE: This organization is essentially ran my distributors who do as they please. *************************** was the distributor I was dealing with within the It Works company. What a real bad representation of company. I signed for a automatic shipping every month that could be changed any time. ******* contacted me if I wanted to change anything on the order and the following day on a Friday 9:25 am I answered what changed I needed on order. She responded on the weekend sayin g it was to late couldn't change order it had shipped. This was December 3 today is December 8 and still dont have the order. It is a shame I cant post the text message I got from her. I told her I didn't know how she handled her business but If I needed changed to my order and she didnt read her messages how can we make changes. She said the company had nothing to do with her work or how she represented the company. Also saying she handles business under working hours , I answered on a Friday 9:25 am . She explained in her text that she had a very busy personal life that has her running and that despite that she thought she did a good job. I never responded her thinking her personal life has nothing to do with me as a customer being able to change an order. The following day she must have still be upset and send a message saying in a sarcastic matter the "For life to be life their has to be all of this "I will be willing to upload or send a copy of the text messages to corporation. She never apologized or tried to fix the issue.
