1 starSupposed to be 3 month commitment auto ship. 1st month 2 lb loss out of product still waiting such high demand. Seriously what's the point I thought auto ship was to have consistency. The product rep and her supervisor don't seem knowledgeable about the product. You get 3 bottles take a pill breakfast/ lunch gummies up to 4x a day. NO OTHER ADVICE. No diet coach to explain why you aren't losing weight.THinking this is a scam.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starZERO STARS!Run away! Deceptive business practices! I only signed up because it was on a friends FB page. ******* didnt explain anything about cancellations or refunds at the time she was signing me up for two bottles of this product. After two weeks of taking it, my stomach started burning and feeling like it was turning inside out! I contacted ******* and told her I couldnt take the gummies because it was causing stomach issues and even then she never told me anything about the return or cancellation policy! I thought I was finished with the company and products, but no, I had to login to the company site and an account I didnt know I had to try to figure it out for myself. I found out Ill still have to pay them $170.00 to cancel something I cannot take! Run awayrun as far away as possible!IT Works! Global, Inc.

We will reach out to you about your order in transit and provide you with a return label. Please do not refuse the order as it will take much longer for a refund. Also, we will cancel your subscription and you will not be liable for the membership fee.

1 starFirst off I placed an order. Changed my mind within less than 24 hours. And still wasn't given the option to cancel for refund. Package wasn't even ready to be shipped yet. Then they shipped my package which was never received and lost. I put in a lost order form twice. Customer service still hasn't gotten back to me where my package is.IT Works! Global, Inc.

You did not allow us time to do a shipping investigation or allow USPS time. Instead, you filed a dispute with PayPal which halts the investigation until the outcome of your PayPal investigation. 1 starIT DOES NOT WORK ******* that sold it knows nothing about the product. They have no representatives to explain the process " when you ARE NOT losing after being on the product for a MONTH. Don't they have diet coaches??? It does curb appetite I only need to lose 25 lbs yet have not lost 1 lbs in a month? HOW can they claim it works?IT Works! Global, Inc.

They fully explained each product and weight loss strategies. Also, at that time you had only taken the products for 2 weeks and needed to give it more time. 1 starWhat a scam! I had to pay to cancel cause they said I was under contract to pay for 3 months. I had an allergic reaction to something in the product. My physician told me to STOP using the product. I wish I did my research first but trust a family friend who is selling it. A good read on web is It Works lawsuit.Pyramid scam!IT Works! Global, Inc.

These factors may include, but are not limited to, a person's diet, activity level, different levels of sensitivity to ingredients, whether the product was used as directed, etc. Thus, we have listed all the ingredients on our product sheet which can be found on our official website. Your subscription has been canceled and you will no longer be charged any fees. Additionally, we issued a refund for the membership fee. We would be grateful if you could modify your opinion.

1 starWhat a scam, don't waste your money! There was a mistake on my order and they refused to fix it, they charge you a fee to return items and are just awful. Also, way overpriced. Make a cup of coffee and put some MCT oil in it and you're basically got the same thing for a fraction of the price.IT Works! Global, Inc.

5 starsI have drank the coffee for 7 months and it is sooo good. It helped me stop having headaches and I lost weight for the first time in years! Since then, Ive also added their aloe, slimming gummies, and thermofight and I love them all so much!!! Im so happy to finally find a brand where all the ingredients are actually good for you and not just greenwashed.IT Works! Global, Inc.

1 starI commented to a post on a friends FB profile and the rep who had her create this post, personally messaged me. Said there was a huge discount on this product and asked if I would be interested.I said sure why not!! I try this product and no better results happened, even with a reduced diet and working out 3 times a week. *** messaged me and asked how it was going, I told her my results and mentioned that I would not be interested in continuing with this product and that was it, so I thought.I was unaware that she had created an account and she had set up a auto renewal. To my shock today another $221.41 was taken from my account.After talking with customer service and find out that she had created this account, they graciously lol cancelled my account. Told me a shipment had already been sent out and I wouldn't get a refund until they have received it back and inspected it.Isn't that ******* AWESOME!!!!!! 2 1/2 weeks before christmas and I am $221. short for my christmas funds, NOT KOOL!!!!!!!!!!This company should be listed as a SCAM!!!!!!! Oh and I will be advertising this all over ************ and wherever I can post it. 1 starThis company is a scam and dishonest I said I was interested in the gummies. I let the distributor talk me into a subscription not knowing it was It Works. I don’t care for this company and never would have gone through with it. She sold it to me as a monthly supply but then come to find out it’s only a two week supply based on her explanation. She was very quick to offer to do all the signing up for me telling me I could cancel at any time. Then come to find out as soon as she processed my payment I find out who the company it. I asked her to cancel it. She said she was busy but would cancel it when she got off the phone. So an hour later I get an email saying it’s too late to cancel. I tried canceling the subscription on my own but now see that I’m in some kind of a 3 month subscription. I want out of this mess. I was scammed by this distributor. I have heard that It Works does a lot of shady stuff. I never signed a 3 month commitment. The distributor did that with out telling me. All I was told is that I could cancel at anytime. I will be sending this crap back as soon as I receive it.IT Works! Global, Inc.
