      I cancelled my contract in May 2025 they send emails and calls still saying I have an open account when I called and spoke to customer service 30 times I feel like they are trying to to take peoples money

      A salesman stood on my front porch dropping F bombs and talking about getting a contract from us if we're normal people. Earlier in the day, the same salesman approached my open garage door to look in and see if anyone was in there. Very odd behavior from a sales person. Website reads like a MLM pyramid scheme.

      Pro force signed me up for a year service contract except they never told me until I wanted to cancel in the first 3 months as I was still seeing ants in my house. The guy at pro force said he was specifically spraying for ants. I saw ants the very next day. When I canceled they charged my credit card $149.99 but I never signed or saw a service contract and they could not produce a contract that I had signed. **************** was HORRIBLE AND NON PROFESSIONAL. I canceled them anyway. They better never knock on my door again or it will be a problem. THEY SUCK!!!!

      I do not recommend. They do not keep appointments and do not give you a heads up that they will not show up. When I reached out after scheduled time, they gave me an appointing 10 days out. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told the individual was not available. I use them for a different service which I now regret.

      Knocked on my door unannounced. I have NO SOLICITING sign posted at my door. Smart *** salesman was leaned back against my house, told him to get of my house and started to argue with me. I told him to leave my property and he refused. I got louder and he got on his little scooter thing, which was literally leaning on my no soliciting sign. I will be taking further action as I have asked nicely several times in the past for them to stop coming by and abide by the posted sign at my front walkway. By the way, I am a building contractor who has been ii business over 30 years. I was literally ready to flatten the little punk. Please run from deceptive door to door companies like this.

      If I could leave a 0 I would. The initial service was charged 2 times $99.00 April 2025. They provided initial service. May we received no service at all but they charged my card again. I called mid Kine and they promised someone would come the following week. This is the text that I received: Hello ProForce Pest Control here!I am informing you that today's service will be rescheduled due to our service professional having an emergency.A notification with the new schedule date will be sent to you.I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Best regards, ProForce Pest Control To unsubscribe from future text messages, reply ******* of today 6/24/2025 no email and no service. Do not use this company .

      Not a fan of the door to door tactic to try and get an agreement signed for a "deal".Was shown the BBB rating as this bargaining tactic as well.

      We have had a rep come to our door twice in one day and then two days later to push his sales pitch. We said we already have pest control and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. We have not answered the door the last two times. Annoying….we live in a no soliciting area!

      In May, these ***s were in my neighborhood soliciting new customers for pest service. They had been in the neighborhood a couple of months prior; I talked to a *** and his prices were extremely too high and I was already working with ******. So, this time around, the *** says he was trying to fill his slot and had one more left. He informs me that the fee would be $39, and he said he would pay for it himself. He sent me a ******* for $39. So, I told him I would take the last slot. So I asked him how much is the service, he stated it was 42 per visit, and I asked how often, he stated every 3 months, and he told me that there was no contract. Then on June 14, my acct was debited for $42. I immediately called and was told that was in my contract and to cancel would be $149. I told the *** that a contract wasn't discussed and if it was I would have declined. I requested that my account be closed. If the street *** would've been truthful, I would not have signed up for services. Having a 12 month contract, and my account being debited for services not rendered was not my desire. I need my account closed without a cancelation fee. So if you see Pro Force in your neighborhood, they are not providing truthful information, and I'm still seeing bugs after their service.

      After reviewing your account, it appears there was a misunderstanding during the initial signup process. The representative you spoke with was new to our team and unfortunately did not communicate the full scope of our service agreement accurately. That is not the experience we want anyone to have with ProForce, and we are taking steps internally to ensure this doesn't happen again.

      You were sent a copy of your service agreement via email immediately after enrollment on May 14, which outlined the quarterly service schedule and terms. However, we understand that you did not see or review the agreement until a later date, and we acknowledge how that could lead to confusion.

      To make this right, weve already:
      - Refunded the $42 June payment.
      - Canceled your account with no early termination fee.
      - Attempted to contact you directly to apologize and offer a resolution, but were unable to reach you due to a full voicemail inbox.

      Their Jacksonville sales representative **** ******* was knocking my door and ringing the doorbell at 8:00 p.m. at night and woke up my young children. Unprofessional and unwelcome sales behavior especially considering our home is in a private neighborhood that has clear no soliciting signs. I informed the representative of our neighborhood no soliciting policy and I observed him shrug and go to the next on my block. Ridiculous and infuriating.
