1 starEnded up paying them $523 for a single spray- total ripoff. Fees to get out of the contract were crazy- but worth it to cancel my contract.

The customer signed up for a bundled General Pest Control (GPC) and *********************************** with an initial service completed on 5/5 and a corresponding fee of $134.00. As outlined in the service agreement, recurring billing was scheduled to begin the following month, which is why a $134.00 charge was issued on 6/2.
The customer contacted us on 6/2 to cancel, which, per the agreement, triggered an early termination fee of $149.00. Upon reviewing the account further, we did identify a duplicate charge of $95.00 for the outdoor portion of the initial servicethis was due to a setup error during the sales process.
Weve taken steps to make this right. A refund has been issued for both the duplicate $95.00 charge and the 6/2 billing of $134.00. Additionally, one of our retention specialists will be reaching out directly to ensure everything is fully resolved and the customer feels taken care of.Review fromKelly M

1 starHIGHLY not recommend. They were soliciting in my neighborhood. I decided to give them a try for mosquitoes. I informed them I had a pest control company, I have used for 8 years and were amazing, but they were not working well for my mosquitoes. They stated they had a 100% guarantee even after I let them know my yard had been treated multiple times through multiple companies and all failed for mosquitoes. Long story short, theirs did not work either. I tried to cancel the service within a week. They stated the services were cancelled but still proceeded to try and charge my card. However, at first my card was locked. They proceeded to try and charge my card over 12 times even after they agreed to remove my card off file and cancel all services. I finally cancelled the card and ordered a new one but why should it take all of this when they agreed to cancel. And by the way they tried to charge me an early termination fee for a contract i never agreed to or signed for.Review fromMichael M

1 starWould give 0 stars if I could. Just told a guy who knocked on my door that said he was representing ProForce 4 times that I was not interested before I walked back in my house and slammed the door in his face. He offered me an even lower price as I walked away. This sort of "salesmanship" is gross, off putting and entirely too sketchy for me to even consider using this company. Beware of similar tactics, especially in *******, as it seems like this company is recruiting people from out of state to sell door to door, as I have seen several people talk about similar experiences online.Review fromChristina L

1 starWriting this to get the company's attention. Today I was visited by someone soliciting for this company in **** *****/Middleburg... in spite of my No Solicitation sign displayed below my doorbell, he rang it setting off my dogs. I told him as soon as I came out that I was not interested in whatever he was selling. He persisted in talking and I had to threaten to call the police and report him as trespassing, before he left. I don't care if you have the best product in the world... you come to my door and you ignore my No Solicitation sign, you will NEVER get my business.Review fromRalph H

1 starSigned up days ago. Sales *** seems ok but didnt cover portion of the contract where its $199 to cancel. Reason of cancellation is due to failure to show up when appointments were made. Finally came out and did outside of home but not inside. Took 10 days before I could receive a confirm date and time but did not show up. Called HQ to cancel and was informed that it would be $199 to cancel ea contract and I have 2. This is robbery and unconstitutional. Just cancel my account I dont even want a refund. 1 starCompany is a hoax. Over promised and under delivered and couldnt get in their schedule after they took my money. They came out once but unable to reschedule for other half of the work. Its either they cant be reached or technician is unavailable. Tried to cancel but they want $199 to cancel my contract. 1 star****************. Took over for ****. Had them for about a year and have more bugs now than when they started. Spiders, ants in the bathroom and bedroom. Had them come out multiple times to fix the issues. When I call to cancel with 2 months left, they have the audacity to tell me theyll still charge me $199 to cancel even though they never held up their end of the contract by killing any bugs. 1 starI agree w/ previous review. Was conned June2024 by **** with: no contract,$69/every 3 months, all pests+mosquito spray+flea/tick trtmnt. Pest prblm nvr resolved despite many re-treats btwn qrtrly sprays & w/ the whole tipping craze lately, I even tipped each svc person. After gvng them an honest try, I had enough. Called Aug 2024 2 cncl. I was NT happy w/ svc especially 4 the price charged. It was cheaper w/ my previous pest svc & it was effective. I only decided 2 go w/ this company D/T their more environmentally friendly approach. I thought: no biggie, right? I'm not stuck in a contract. After this, I was charged $69 nearly evry month w/ promise of cnclation & refund. Nvr happened. Called many times fr. Aug-Jan 4 resolution w/ same answer: Sorry. I do see the notation in your acct that you cncld & will work on your refund. Didn't find out till Jan 2025 PrForce bought out **** & that's when I found out the truth: I WAS locked in an annual contract, $69/M (not every 3 m), $250 cancelation fee, mosquito spray is extra which I WAS charged 4. Thought it'd be better since it's now a different company, but instead of honoring initial agreement customers were sold, PF is continuing the con saying that they have 2 make their money too D/T the takeover & having to resolve **** f-up. As far as I see it, that's on PF to absorb, nt the customer. They knw what they were getting in to unlike the customers. I fail 2 believe PF wasn't aware of the ** dupe prior 2 their takeover. The (-)reviews online, AT THAT TIME b/c they 're now being diligetly scrubbed & R harder 2 find, wld have told you enough.PF is doing their best 2 clean the dirty history. Whichever name U choose 2 go w/,do right by the customer! That's how U grow Ur business. If customers were told of the actual deal, many wldn't sign on. I'm still getting charged & still rcvng svcs that I keep telling them to stop doing. I 'm sure their plan is to have your account sent to collections, again at the customer's cost. 1 starScam salesperson promised specific treatments and services, even saying he would be there with the technician on the first visit. He didn't show because what he promised was all a giant lie. Company clearly didn't train or screen for ethics when hiring this sales guy.
