      This company came to my door and sold me a $99 package, stating that I could cancel at any time. After four months of service with no noticeable results or changes, I called to cancel. Despite calling twice to end the service, I was offered a lower rate to stay. When I declined and confirmed my cancellation, the company still charged me a $250 fee.I was never informed of such a cancellation fee at the time of purchase, and it contradicts the salespersons statement that I could cancel at any time. This feels deceptive and unfair, and I am requesting a full refund of the $250 charge and confirmation that my account has been fully canceled

      We appreciate the opportunity to address Ms. ******** concerns. Clients are able to cancel service at any time; however, an early termination fee applies in cases where a discounted introductory rate was provided. This policy is clearly outlined in the signed service agreement.

      In early July 2025 a salesman approached our property in the Greenwood area on a hoverboard. He offered a program for yard pest control with the understanding if you don't like the program you can cancel. First treatment was discounted by $20 as a special accommodation and was performed the next day and our cc was charged for the service. The beginning of August my account was automatically charged about double the original amount and the service had not been performed. I contacted ProForce later that month to cancel the service and it was a 'runaround' with their representatives. They serviced the property close to the same day I called; I paid for the 2nd month but advised my bank to not allow any further charges as I had informed ProForce as well. At this point I continue to get an invoice for an early cancellation fee ($249) plus the next month's service. I was treated similarly to other reviews I read about.

      I cancelled this service twice (twice since I had a feeling they were not an ethical company). And sure enough, they continued to bill me despite the fact they have called every day since I cancelled. Additionally, if they believed that I did not cancel why did they stop service. Beware of these people! Not an honest company.

      Ended up paying $350 for a single spray- total ripoff. They usually scam people in the neighborhood and a total ripoff.Inspite of me calling them on July 17 , Aug 17 , 2025 and asking to cancel my service no action was taken. Then later when I told I will change my credit card they charged me 199. Basically a scam in the name of pest control.Please do not allow the solicitors in your neighborhood. zero star rating.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter. After reviewing the account, we found that the client signed up for service on June 17, 2025 under a 12-month agreement. Unfortunately, the sales representative entered the contract incorrectly and did not properly reflect the full pricing along with the discount that should have applied to bring the total down to $50. Because of this mistake, an early termination fee was assessed in error.


      To correct the situation, we have refunded the client in full and arranged for an agent to reach out directly. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and any frustration this caused.

      This company has shameful business practices. I would not recommend or suggest you contract with them-I have tried on numerous attempts to cancel the contract only to be told I need to contact the Account Manager to close the account-very shady biz practices. Stay away from them.

      We would like to provide clarification regarding this account. The client originally entered into a 12-month agreement with **** on 9/5/24. In May 2025, the client requested cancellation. At that time, he was advised of the early termination fee that would apply and instead chose to accept a price adjustment in order to continue service.On 8/30/25, the client contacted us again and was reminded that cancellation could not be backdated prior to the agreement expiration, as this would result in an early termination fee. He was informed that to avoid the fee, cancellation would need to occur on or after 9/5/25. When the client called on 9/5/25, his account was promptly cancelled and a confirmation email was sent the same ****** every step, our team worked to be clear and consistent in communicating the terms of the service agreement. While we understand the clients frustration, the account was handled in accordance with the agreement in place.

      I was going to leave at four because I havent had the flea control inside my house yet. But I changed my mind because the service I received today from ***** ******* and ***** was incredible. It was definitely a number five. They were informative. They were friendly. they were easy to talk to. They explained everything and I was overjoyed with my whole service today and the gentleman that came to my house. Oh my goodness he was exceptional and I cant remember his name, please Give a shout out to him. Ya his name is ***** so.He was friendly informative and thorough Wow thank you to all the men taking care of us. We really appreciate you

      This company is a complete scam. They gaslight you with slimy salespeople. They lock you into contracts without your knowledge and never tell you about cancellation fees until you call to cancel. They don’t have the resources other local companies have. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They lied to us and tried to get us to buy all sorts of unnecessary things. A complete scam of a company.

      I am completely unsatisfied with the service. The door to door salesman told me that they treat for house flies and that they offer more services then the other guys. Upon further reading the contract I was sent there is no mention of spraying for flies. My first service is last week and I still have tons of house flys.When I first called to cancel, I was transferred to a manager right away. Their connection was terrible and we were disconnected. I have since called back 4 more times attempting to speak to a manager about getting my services cancelled, but I keep getting transferred to the call center, and the call center can not transfer me to a manager. Also their $199 cancellation fee, please stay away.

House flies fall under the category of flying insects, which are difficult to control through direct treatments since they must land in the spray to be affected. The most effective approach is identifying and removing the source that is attracting them. Flies are often linked to a food or organic source, so treatment involves source identification rather than guaranteed elimination through chemical application.We are more than willing to send a branch or service manager to your property to help identify and address the source of the flies at no additional charge. Our goal is to provide a resolution rather than enforce a cancellation fee, and we would like the opportunity to help make this right.Please allow up to 2448 business hours for follow-up, as outlined in our client care process. That timeframe has not yet elapsed since your initial request, but we are already escalating your concerns to management to ensure timely assistance.We want to work with you toward a fair resolution and avoid unnecessary fees.       Both the salesman who offered me pro Force pest control was very polite. And my technician that came,******* was very thorough in explaining what the process was and the products that you used when I asked questions. He had a good understanding of what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. He was very friendly and efficient. Hopefully I'll get him as my technician next time.

      This has been a terrible experience, do not go with this company save your time and money! They do not help you when you call. The salesman lie to you to make the sale. We were told if we cancel we would owe the amount he saved us by offering that if we posted a sign in our lawn wed save $29 and pay $99/month. We decided after the second month they were overpriced and called to cancel. The first excuse when we called was that we need a manger to call us back. No one ever called so we kept trying and finally got a sale manager and he told us we werent the first to call and complain that we were lied to by the soliciting salesman. I have his name but dont want to name him here, if I need to I will. He used charm and lies to lure us to go with proforce. We have an Email from the manager that states we canceled and he told us not to pay because he was escalating and then he also said since we were lied to hed take care of the cancelation. Now here we are a month later getting a bill now for $250 a cancelation and I guess another month! This company is a gimic! And I see many others complaining the same as I googled to find bbb to make this complaint. They need to do better! I want my services canceled and have the emails that state that.

      We are very sorry to hear about this experience and we want to clarify what has taken place.Our records show that the client signed a 12-month service agreement but later requested cancellation about three months in. Normally, this type of early cancellation would include a fee as outlined in the agreement. However, in this case, we waived the cancellation fee and closed the account with no outstanding balance, even though the contract terms allowed us to apply it.We understand there was frustration around inconsistent information from the initial salesperson. While it is true that services can be cancelled at any time, there is typically an early termination fee attached. We have since confirmed cancellation with the client and zeroed the balance so that no further charges will be applied.We regret any confusion or stress this process caused and have provided written confirmation of the cancellation. Our goal is always to deliver on our commitments and provide fair resolutions, even when there may be miscommunication at the sales level.If there are any additional questions or documentation needed, our VIP *********** team is available at ************ to assist.

      We did receive a call from a ******** dont want to disclose any names, and they did help us cancel finally. She was very professional and handled our individual situation with honesty, empathy and compassion. I take back where I got emotional on here in my review, but just needed to be heard and gave my honest struggle of cancelation. Do your homework. I had sales person issues not pest control complaints. I had an individual situation, I dont want to say not to use the company for what theyre for which is pest control. And being a New Yorker moved Floridian I can vouch and say a pest control company is needed, just hope they can do better in the salesperson/ open communication side so they can get reviews on their actual skill. Thank you to the ** I spoke to and the **s ******** they helped the issue and even waived my cancelation and I appreciate that.
