      Not a trustworthy company! Solicitor came firstly to a no soliciting neighborhood. Promised a few things and did not deliver. Each representative said they'd escalate the complaint and a supervisor would call. Still waiting after hearing that several times. Tried to give them a chance but still resulted in me canceling on the 3rd day. **************** told on the phone would occur but when I called back they said not allowed within 14 days due to federal regulations. Get a call back trying to keep me on contract with another date which I denied due to cancellation. Still they sent a tech couple days later (guess the federal regulation deal was a lie). Saw the tech on my security camera and told him I cancelled so no service needed. Get a service invoice stating they used 1 gal of product, another lie. Now I'm getting calls, email, text to pay $249 cancellation fee, not happening, you owe me for incomplete initial service since the tech explicitly said he could not complete due to broken equipment. Please do not trust anything they say!

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didnt meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred.

      Our records show that your initial service was fully completed as scheduled, and per our service agreement, customers are always encouraged to contact us if they experience increased activity so we can provide a complimentary reservice.

      When you reached out on 6/30 to cancel, our team offered you the option to enroll in our WOW program which allows 90 days of continued service, and if the issue is not resolved, cancellation can be done with no early termination fee (ETF). You accepted that offer.

      We understand that you later decided not to continue and attempted to dispute the charge for the completed initial service. However, we confirmed that two separate visits and three services were delivered. In alignment with the service agreement, an ETF is applicable when a contract is canceled after service is rendered but before the agreed-upon term ends.

      That said, we believe we fulfilled our commitment and are entitled to the disputed payment and will fight that. As for the **** weve chosen to waive it as a goodwill gesture.

      In May, these ***s were in my neighborhood soliciting new customers for pest service. They had been in the neighborhood a couple of months prior; I talked to a *** and his prices were extremely too high and I was already working with ******. So, this time around, the *** says he was trying to fill his slot and had one more left. He informs me that the fee would be $39, and he said he would pay for it himself. He sent me a ******* for $39. So, I told him I would take the last slot. So I asked him how much is the service, he stated it was 42 per visit, and I asked how often, he stated every 3 months, and he told me that there was no contract. Then on June 14, my acct was debited for $42. I immediately called and was told that was in my contract and to cancel would be $149. I told the *** that a contract wasn't discussed and if it was I would have declined. I requested that my account be closed. If the street *** would've been truthful, I would not have signed up for services. Having a 12 month contract, and my account being debited for services not rendered was not my desire. I need my account closed without a cancelation fee. So if you see Pro Force in your neighborhood, they are not providing truthful information, and I'm still seeing bugs after their service.

      After reviewing your account, it appears there was a misunderstanding during the initial signup process. The representative you spoke with was new to our team and unfortunately did not communicate the full scope of our service agreement accurately. That is not the experience we want anyone to have with ProForce, and we are taking steps internally to ensure this doesn't happen again.

      You were sent a copy of your service agreement via email immediately after enrollment on May 14, which outlined the quarterly service schedule and terms. However, we understand that you did not see or review the agreement until a later date, and we acknowledge how that could lead to confusion.

      To make this right, weve already:
      - Refunded the $42 June payment.
      - Canceled your account with no early termination fee.
      - Attempted to contact you directly to apologize and offer a resolution, but were unable to reach you due to a full voicemail inbox.

      Ended up paying them $523 for a single spray- total ripoff. Fees to get out of the contract were crazy- but worth it to cancel my contract.

      The customer signed up for a bundled General Pest Control (GPC) and *********************************** with an initial service completed on 5/5 and a corresponding fee of $134.00. As outlined in the service agreement, recurring billing was scheduled to begin the following month, which is why a $134.00 charge was issued on 6/2.
      The customer contacted us on 6/2 to cancel, which, per the agreement, triggered an early termination fee of $149.00. Upon reviewing the account further, we did identify a duplicate charge of $95.00 for the outdoor portion of the initial servicethis was due to a setup error during the sales process.
      Weve taken steps to make this right. A refund has been issued for both the duplicate $95.00 charge and the 6/2 billing of $134.00. Additionally, one of our retention specialists will be reaching out directly to ensure everything is fully resolved and the customer feels taken care of.

      HIGHLY not recommend. They were soliciting in my neighborhood. I decided to give them a try for mosquitoes. I informed them I had a pest control company, I have used for 8 years and were amazing, but they were not working well for my mosquitoes. They stated they had a 100% guarantee even after I let them know my yard had been treated multiple times through multiple companies and all failed for mosquitoes. Long story short, theirs did not work either. I tried to cancel the service within a week. They stated the services were cancelled but still proceeded to try and charge my card. However, at first my card was locked. They proceeded to try and charge my card over 12 times even after they agreed to remove my card off file and cancel all services. I finally cancelled the card and ordered a new one but why should it take all of this when they agreed to cancel. And by the way they tried to charge me an early termination fee for a contract i never agreed to or signed for.

      If I could give this company 0 stars, this would be where I would start. They do not fulfill contract obligations with quarterly pest control services. Consumers are charged for services that have not been completed. In the past, I have needed to reach out to Hawx Pest Control to come out to my residence regarding additional ant issues due to the lack of service. The company added on additional charges which should have been covered within the contract requirements. Do not go with this company if you are looking for pest control related services in South Florida.
