    I am very grateful for how quickly they handled my move. The large coffee table wouldnt fit through the hall, but they detached the legs, brought them inside and connected them at the new location. Having their help greatly reduced my stress.

    The way they operate and how they assist customers were excellent. The movers took care of arranged some of my furniture to create more space in my living room. I really appreciated what you did.

    Whatever you do, do not use this company. I provided them my goods over a month and a half ago, still waiting on delivery, still won't give me a date for delivery. Basically, what they do is take your goods, sit on them until you call and tell them the date you can take them, then some time in the 30 days after that you might get your goods. Nevermind the fact I told them a date I would be able to take the goods when they picked them up over a month and a half ago. Then when we call them and are very obviously frustrated, we get hung up on by customer service. Additionally, they will under quote you for your move, then upcharge you when they come to pick up, even if the items you provided in the quote are exactly what they're picking up. They are extremely shady, and have been a disaster to work with since the beginning. Do yourself a favor and find literally anyone else to do your move, they are going to be better than this company.

    Delivery *******************start="479" data-end="482"> Your move was booked under a delivery window outlined in the contract you signed, which states that delivery can take up to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from your first available delivery date, not the pickup date. While we understand that you communicated a preferred delivery date at the time of pickup, the official delivery timeline begins based on the "first available delivery date" confirmed in your paperwork or during your post-pickup scheduling call. If there has been a delay beyond the contractual window, we absolutely want to investigate and resolve that.
    Volume and *****************************start="1114" data-end="1117"> Estimates are based on the inventory and volume (cubic feet) discussed at booking. If there are discrepancies at pickupwhether in item size, packaging, or quantitythe carrier is required to reassess the volume, which can result in a revised cost. This is not intended to be deceptive, but rather to ensure accurate pricing based on actual space used. We acknowledge that this can be frustrating, especially if you feel your inventory did not change, and we are happy to review your original inventory and pickup documentation to ensure accuracy.

Being hung up on is never acceptable, and we are actively investigating this internally.     Worst company ever!!! I had a contract with the company to pick up my fireplace and they said they couldn't pick it up I ask to cancel the order they said you can't cancel ****** ***** the customer service was the worst told me I got a text about hours ago no one text me or called me. I had to call the company first. Second she was trying her hardest to refuse giving me a refund. Saying that it's nonrefundable which is a major lie. I'm so upset.

    Dealing with a broker, as Swifty Shifty is, is horrifying. You never know who is actually doing your move or how much it will cost. They ignore any requests you make knowing full well its out of their hands when the real movers show up. Told me Id get a direct move with ******************************* who subsequently backed out when I told them of Swiftys promise so Precise Moving and Storage got the job and lied to my face that it would be direct even saying that Id see them again for delivery. Finally learned that our stuff was off loaded at a warehouse and picked up by a ************************************************************************** and Precise showed up demanding more money and a revised contract before theyd begin loading onto their truck. The guy unloading didnt like the contract and demanded more money before hed unload our stuff. In the end we suffered only minimal damage but it was way more expensive and stressful than it was supposed to be.

    It was a short-distance move, but with a newborn and a packed schedule, we needed full-service help. We hired Swift Shift Van Lines L.L.C. movers and they packed, loaded, delivered, and even unpacked some essentials. The babys crib was set up after delivery too, and that alone made this move feel less overwhelming. And not a single item showed up scratched or misplaced. They have our highest recommendation!

    They booked us for the next morning, brought extra boxes, and helped wrap everything quickly. The crew was incredibly fast without being reckless, and we were completely moved out in record time. We cant thank them enough for showing up when we needed them most!

    I specifically want to acknowledge the logistics coordinator, ****** ******, who I spoke with on the phone for our move. He was so cordial, great communicator, not a pushy person, and was quick to find discounts for me! Thats the kind of customer service *** I need! Thanks!
