  Our company used Swift ************************************************* LLC to move our offices and warehouse equipment to a new WI facility. The entire team was professional, courteous and efficient. They got everything moved in and assembled quickly and safely, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. We are impressed and highly recommend!

  Our family moved across the state, and we were genuinely nervous about trusting someone with everything we owned. These guys proved to be a fantastic choice. They arrived on time, took inventory, wrapped our furniture in padded blankets, and even gave us tips for settling in at the new place. Their team was also respectful, careful, and efficient from start to finish. Wed hire them again!

  Even though I usually get nervous on moving day, this company really changed my life. They worked swiftly, communicated well, and paid great attention to detail. Knowing I could depend on them made me feel much more comfortable throughout the entire surgery.

  Our move was simple on paper a 1-bedroom flat going into storage but it still needed care because nearly everything was glass, mirrored, or oddly sized. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines L.L.C. wrapped every piece with care and had these huge belts they used to double-secure everything. They didnt just drop things off and leave, instead they made sure it was packed in a way thatd last. We absolutely recommend them!

  Everything ran like clockwork because of how well-coordinated this crew was. They had the whole truck loaded and ready to go in a matter of hours, which put my fears to rest and given me optimism for the upcoming move into my new house. Investing in them was a wise decision.

  I would leave zero stars if I could. I watched this company lie and cheat my sister in law, who needed the move as she was recently widowed. Never moved a thing and took all her money, just giving different excuses. There will be a special place in h*** for these people and they will deserve it. Im my opinion, there would never be a reason to engage them even if they had the last vehicle on earth.

  We are truly sorry to hear about your sister-in-laws experience, and we offer our condolences for her recent loss. We understand that moving under such difficult circumstances can be incredibly stressful, and emotions can understandably run high during these times.
  That said, we take accusations of dishonesty and misconduct very seriously. Our records indicate that services were initiated according to the signed agreement, including assigning a licensed and insured carrier to handle the move. If the move did not proceed as expected, we welcome the opportunity to review the details and identify what may have gone wrong.
  We respectfully ask that the person directly involved in the move contact our customer care team so we can properly investigate the situation. Without specific information from the customer herselfsuch as the name on the contract or booking IDwe are unable to provide a meaningful resolution.
  We understand and respect your desire to advocate for a loved one. However, character attacks and personal insults directed at our team do not reflect the professionalism we aim to maintain, nor do they lead to constructive outcomes.
  If your sister-in-law would like to speak with a senior member of our team to go over her concerns, we are more than willing to arrange that conversation and assist in any way we can within the bounds of the signed agreement.

  We had 2 days to vacate our old house before the new owners took possession, but the condo we were moving into wasn’t ready yet. Thankfully, Swift Shift Van Lines LLC movers not only packed us up in record time, but they also arranged short-term storage for 3 weeks and delivered everything back once our new keys came through. We cannot begin to thank them for it!

  After a frustrating experience with a previous moving company, I was hesitant to try again. But these movers were fantastic. They were so organized, and they didnt mind taking apart a few of my larger furniture pieces to get them through the narrow hallways. Everything was handled with professionalism, and they even offered to help reassemble a few items at the new place. It was a seamless experience!

  WORST COMPANY EVER. THIS APPEARS TO BE IS A HUGE SCAMMING OPERATION!!! After being scammed my deposit for a cross country move that didnt happen, I searched online and found other similar complaints!! Their Sales Manager/Senior Relocation Specialist, was like a sly car salesman and would only accept a check deposit from me, and advised to text a photo to him. He kept pushing me to go with their company, advising it would save me money versus using pods to move my items cross country. He even said with pods, they charge for the gas to move them, approximately $1300 for my stuff, in addition to the pod pricing, which I believed him, only to find out that is not true. For my situation, the movers did not show up!!! I was instructed to plan my travel specifically on the days that the move was scheduled to take place (2 day window) and I would receive a ***** hour notice when I could expect the movers. That didnt happen. They said their truck was too full for my belongings and they had no truck to move my stuff for the entire week and not sure when they could find a truck in my area. I was denied a refund. I was told the billing department would reach out to me via email and they would cancel my service after they didnt show up. After much persistence, I finally got an email response from billing, saying they could not refund my money. There was a warning on the email correspondence stating that the sender from the billing department could not be verified and that someone may be impersonating the sender. They are supposedly moving brokers, not a moving company and NOT BBB accredited!! I had extreme difficulty in getting through to anyone, on hold for long periods with music playing, and when I did, I got the runaround just to appease me. I feel so violated!!! As a widow, this was the most stressful and costly move event and experience I have ever endured, not to mention my plane fare and accommodation costs, for a move that never happened. They do not care.
