  They are not honest - they do not disclose that they are brokers. The first quote will be low, make sure you look at the square footage on the paperwork rather than listen to the person on the phone. I was *TOLD* one thing, but the paperwork set a square footage that conflicted with what I was told. During the next inventory on the phone, the next man doubled the quote and was nasty about it. We felt like we were locked in because we had already put out 3k that we couldn't get back. When the movers came in person, they were NOT in a semi as promised on the phone - they were in two box trucks. They added another 6k to the quote. Again, we were stuck.We received our items finally - we are missing expensive tools that were removed from totes that had been taped shut. The tape had been removed and then the totes retaped, there were items in the tote with a different color tag so we know for a fact the totes were opened and rifled through. We are missing fishing gear, and a metal detector, and countless other items. While these guys were not the actual movers, they are responsible for contracting with thieves. Dishonest, avoid at all costs. When I checked their reviews the average was much higher - I failed to notice that ALL positive reviews were posted in bulk in single day increments.

  These movers floored me with their efficiency. They arrived on schedule, got right to work, and carefully packed and carried all of our belongings. Service was top-notch throughout.

  Professionalism and kindness abound among the movers. They were very careful with my glass dining table, which put me at ease. They loaded the truck after carefully wrapping everything. They have my full endorsement.

  ************ practicing in elderly manipulation, and bait and switch tactics. During the sales call we were discussing things in terms of square footage. After the deposit was paid the contract was changed to reflect cubed footage instead. They delayed the move date to ensure that I couldn't cancel without losing my deposit. Predatory tactics and huge scammers. The 'cf' on the contract was in a tiny font that made it hard to read.

  Would put negative 5 stars if I could this is a bait and switch company they say a price and service over the phone and when the so-called movers come they tell you totally opposite of what they told you over the phone the movers said we had to pay 2300 more than the agreement price over the phone .and when they are called on the phone they deny what they said in the original agreement and would not answer the phone and hang up on you when trying to get a refund dont trust this company go to a legit company that will go to your house first and see what you have first and then give you a price

  After living in our house for years, we accumulated a great deal of clutter. After the advice of a friend, we hired the movers from this firm, and they did an excellent job. From packing the necessary items to organizing a donation for the rest, they worked diligently and helped us arrange everything. They exceeded our expectations with their service!

  Our home's tricky entryway was no match for the movers. Making sure that none of the big pieces of furniture scratched the walls or doorways was a demonstration of their accuracy and patience. I am quite delighted.

  The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were prompt, careful, and quick with all of my belongings, treating them like priceless jewels the whole time. They were so cooperative that they even helped me pack a few more things at the last minute. Their meticulousness and the fact that all of my belongings arrived undamaged shocked me. Without a question, I will recommend them to anyone looking for professional moving help.

  We hired them for a local move across town, and I was blown away by how efficient the process was. They brought all the supplies, wrapped our furniture with precision, and didnt waste a minute.
