    I was concerned about hidden costs, but this company provided me with an accurate and transparent quote. I paid exactly what I was told; the movers were skilled, and the service was outstanding. All praise goes to them!

    I was surprised to find a team that was upbeat and coordinated, guiding me through every step. They gently disassembled and covered my bed frame and wrapped my TV in bubble wrap and padding. They packed other items with the same care and attention. All of my belongings arrived undamaged, and the delivery was on time.

    Although moving can be stressful, this crew made it easy. ***** was excellent with the estimate; he was very thorough and attentive to all my questions. Atticus ensured everything went smoothly, from confirming the dates to sending off the crew on time. They seemed genuinely interested in my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

    I called to get a quote to move my family to another state and *** ***** Senior Relocation Specialist was very polite, I explained to him that I was moving to an island (boat access only). I told him the movers would have to get on my barge and then go to my house and put the items inside and *** said thats what we do is Door to Door no matter where that door is, so yes this is something that we can do. I also said we need a 26 truck and he said thats all we used. Needless to say, *** lied to me about everything he quoted me and everything he said was a lie. Then the week of the move ****** ************************* he was so rude to me after we started to talk about all my items and I did not buy a 26 to move my items. I called customer service and spoke to Lily. The then the next day I spoke to Lily again and she said her manager *****? Called and left me a voicemail, but I dont have voicemail. Needless to say they ***** ******* Lily and *****) took my $1498.20 deposited and will not credit my money back or move my items. So I do not recommend this company for anyones moving needs. They will lie to you and then when you sign the contract you are out of your deposit. Please beware.

    I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! When I first called boy did I get the wool pulled over my eyes! What a smooth talking scam artist!! I was given a quote and paid my deposit and told what the final cost would be. Five days before the move I received the call to finalize everything. I had deleted 5 totes and added a few boxes. I had to pay another $1000! The moving company they contracted with charged me an additional $300 on top of that to move my items. This went from a $2900 move to a $5888 move! It took 27 days before my items arrived! When items arrive my TV stand was completely demolished and several boxes were broken and were open. There was no care in moving my belongings. This was the most stressful situation and I feel they are not truthful from day one!!!! If you decide to use this company be prepared to pay double of what you are quoted! I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTIST!!!

    We had two stops our apartment and a storage unit across town. We figured something would get mixed up, but the team color-coded the inventory, confirmed items for each location, and double-checked before unloading. It was smoother than anything we couldve organized ourselves!

    While last-minute relocations can be quite stressful, this company's movers made the process seamless. They accommodated my busy schedule, packed everything expertly, and ensured that everything went smoothly. The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations!

    What excellent work the movers from this firm did! We know that our couch wouldn't fit through the entryway of our new home. Instead of forcing it, the movers carefully took off the legs, moved it around the room, and reassembled it exactly as it was. We are truly grateful to them!

    This team was more than competent. They handled everything from the first call to the final delivery. For a two-bedroom apartment, they packed, loaded, and delivered in under 48 hours, which is impressive. I found no missing boxes, no broken items, and no issues despite the rush. They worked together like a well-rehearsed symphonyone person loaded the truck, another neatly labeled the boxes, and yet another sealed the boxes. The highlight of the entire experience was the balance between prompt service and meticulous attention to detail.

    Initial contact was positive. When c*** hit the fan on the day the subcontracted movers showed up *** was no where to be found. Phone calls unanswered, text never responded to. Our moving contract did not include as bulky items the safe we clearly stated was very large/heavy. When we added a couple items our contract was NOT updated. Definitely do not recommend this moving broker.
