    I booked a long distance move from ** - FL early March and I must say these reviews are shocking, I had a great experience with Swift ************************************************* and their team, they were professional, provided great pricing, customer service addressed my concerns, and the move went smoothly and quick delivery too, I would definitely use them again and recommend them , thanks !!

    RUN AWAY AND RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY! They are an absolute nightmare to work with and HUGE inflation of prices. The initial call to get a quote was of course a breeze. Their representative was of course super kind and patient. We went over everything and I advised that I might be keeping a mattress and adjustable base, but if I couldn't sell it, I would need to add them. He assured me that to add the items, it would be $200-300 extra. I also advised that I had 7 XL boxes and 3 large. He assured me that on the quote listed as 10 boxes total would be the same cost. Fast forward to the ** call with ******. The representative stated that it would be $600-$800 more. He was rude, kept cutting me off and kept stating if I was not willing to pay then he would need to keep the inventory the same as the original and I would have to deal with it the day of the move. I ended the call with him and spoke to his manager ****** who increased the price by $1140 extra even after removing items from the revised list. How is that possible? !She then stated she wouldn't make any changes to the original inventory and I would need to deal with it day of move. I am not going with them after reading the reviews and the MAJOR red flags during this call. How can you try and charge me over 1/2 of the original price for adding 1 bed, 1 adjustable base and a few extra boxes? How is that even possible when my original article list was 25 Items & 44 Pieces? MAJOR RED FLAG.I will be going on every possible outlet including news outlet to expose them. This has to be illegal and for sure unethical. They take advantage of people who are in a bind - most of time, people have to move by certain days and they know this so they jack up the pricing as much as they can because they know people will; most likely pay it because they have another choice. Shame on them!!!

    We do apologize about this, during the initial inventory we verify the items numerous times as well as in verification after booking. During the phone call the customer had items to add which changed her cost, she was given the price and refused the revision to add items prior the pick up. She was told that the only thing to do is make the changes with the movers at the time of pick up and they'll assess the final cost. Customer did not formally cancel a move with us she is still on schedule for 03/13/2025.

    Swift ************************************************* is a fake storefront/moving broker - basically a shell company whose business model is to set up a movement of goods contract with them for a specific delivery date, price, and to.from location with a 40% upfront payment that is not reimburseable. Then - they turn over your move logistics over to a local transprt company who has their own unique terms and conditions and who tells you they have 2-4 weeks to deliver your goods since the agreed to delivery date is not guaranteed (the whoe purpose of the moving of goods agreement is for the customer to get their goods delivered from point A-->B when needed). The Swift shift contract clearly states that all claims and complaints must be made in writing to their customer support email which is a dead email. When you call them to complain, you either get no answer or "that person is in meetings all day" We supposedly spoke to **** - the *** who was also not reachable or responsive. They had very positive ****** reviews which were all seemingly fake since other reviews online like BBB showed them as an ********* to deal with. Live and learn - they got us for ~$750 with the deposit which was deposited via mobile app on their end within minutes of receiving our deposit information. We ended up having to rent a truck on our own for our cross country trip. Live and learn - scams are everywhere, even when they seem legit at first glance. Reminds me of the Beekeeper movie. Please don't do any business with this *************...a true scam!

    Hello, we are most certainly not a fake moving broker, we are licensed and insured with the *** to broker household moves. Your move was booked on 02/26 with pick up dates of 03/06-03/07 traveling 1100 miles for your move. Per the *** which we are licensed with, a move like that can take 5-14 business days estimated to deliver. Nowhere in our contract do we guarantee delivery dates. The deposit was forfeited as the customer refused services on the day of the move.

    These people just ******* my mother in law while moving from Arizona to Iowa and are now demanding 9k from her while holding her belongings hostage in Vegas. Did the exact same things that they did to all of these other people, but while holding her belongings and refusing to bring them until she pays them 2,800 now and another 3k+ upon delivery on top of the deposit she already paid. I can't wait to talk to a lawyer. I hope they respond to this too. ******** people who can't afford to be ******* taking advantage of people who think the best of everyone. Shame on you.

    Don't Waste Your Time With This Company.Trying to plan a move from ******** to ******* and they reached out to me. The pricing was fair enough, and I agreed to a down payment. I was told to cancel within 48 hours if it didn't work. I chatted with my spouse and the dates and money didn't work out for us at the moment. I called the next day to cancel, and even chatted with billing. They said it was cancelled and we would be fully refunded. A week later I get an email from billing about the move and confirming it. I responded and said we cancelled it. I called the salesman we had and he said I didn't do everything I needed to do and now we won't be refunded. The move wasn't planned until March 15th and billing said they already have a contractor to come out and nothing can be refunded. So multiple lies have been told to me from multiple people. I read all the paperwork and we should get 90% back if I failed to cancel within 48 hours. But I did cancel in the 48 hour window, so I should get the whole amount back. They refuse to refund anything. This is a predator company and takes advantage of people if you don't jump through their hoops after you did everything right, they add more things that should've been done. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Save your time and money and find a different company. We're a military family and could've used and spread the word if the company was legitimate. Do better.

    We do apologize about this, unfortunately if the cancellation protocol is not followed we cannot receive notification of the cancellation properly. The deposit is non refundable for cancellation after the 48hour window as well as the carrier being assigned to the move.

    They covered each frame of my enormous collection of artwork in brown paper and taped it in place. They also gave me tips on securely hanging the pieces in my new house. I highly recommend them.

    Do not use this company I scheduled a move from California to Texas. I went over all of my itemized belongings, but I failed to lookat my contract after we were done. They only inputted a quarter of my belongings and so when it came time to actually go over the items. two days before shipping my price went from 4500 to 10,000 I expressed to the sales rep ******* that we needed 26 feet of space he told me everything was fine and he had it handled. ended up inputting 750 cs feet which was less than half of what a 26 foot truck is .two days before pick up I got a call from inventory guy named ******. He was the most rudest disrespectful person ever Kept shutting me down telling me that he’s been doing this for 15 years and I’m wrong and he’s right at this point there was nothing I could do but pay the additional money to have my stuff moved. It’s really sad that business like this are able to keep running. I expressed to him that we have never moved out of state before and this move was for cancer treatment. he had absolutely no compassion and didn’treally care much to what I had to say. Then he refused to let me put the additional charges on my credit card laughed at me and told me that no way he’s gonna do that.He knows that I will just dispute it. I literally had to tell him I am putting this on my credit card. That is how I choose pay for it. This company really needs to be investigated

    We do apologize about this experience. The initial contract when signed is the list of items that you went over with the sales **** we also do a verification after booking and confirm the NUMBER of items on the list. We set up a call with ***************** to go over the final inventory list prior to the pick up in case there are any changes to make. The customer added more than double the inventory and was charged accordingly and made the payment with a card.

    Do not use this company! They are dishonest and will rip you off! They will quote low then subcontract to unscrupulous 3rd party moving companies with 1-star ratings (Alpha Moving). They will then increase the price after loading the truck. It is extortion as at this time you don’t have a lot of options. The truck arrived a day late due to a breakdown and when it arrived. It was too small to accommodate our stuff. We had to wait another day for a second truck to arrive. The second truck arrived without any packaging materials, so I had to run out to but moving blankets and wrapping materials, and bubble wrap (over $500). They told me I would be reimbursed if I submitted receipts. They refused to fill the second truck to full capacity and left most of the furniture upstairs because they didn’t feel like bringing it down the stairs. They claimed there was not enough room in the truck and a 3rd truck would be required at additional cost. I ended up paying someone to remove the additional items to donate. Interestingly, when the 2 trucks arrived at the new destination, the second truck was only 25% full, proving the point that there was plenty of space to accommodate the items left behind. I was never reimbursed for the packaging materials I purchased, and they have not responded to my emails. They increased the amount because they claimed there was a lot more stuff to move than was listed. Not true! Everything was listed on the contract and nothing extra was added. When our stuff arrived at the new location some valuable furniture items and antiques were badly damaged. Do not use this company or you will regret doing so.

    We do apologize about your experience, during our phone calls and estimates we ask the customers to provide the most ideal list of items being moved, if we do not have the most accurate list, the estimate cannot be accurate, therefore causing the price and space to change at the time of pick up. This move went from 160 items to over 435 pieces moved. Customer can contact us for claims information on the damaged items.

    They sold me their i service. They asked me for a deposit of 923. I was told I would get my deposit back if I canceled within 48 hours. I called a few hours later and asked to cancel my order. I was told I couldn't get it back. The van was already assigned. They never mentioned that in our conversation. they are a bunch of liars and deceivers of elderly people. If I could give a lower customer rating I would give a -10
