    Using this company made everything simpler for me. All of the dishes and electronics I had were wrapped with utmost care by the team. The team was efficient and professional, ensuring I was updated about the progress all the way.

    Scam Operation Still No Delivery After 3+ Weeks, Rude Staff, Broken Promises I hired Swift ************************************************* for a move from ********** to *******. My pickup was on April 27, 2025, and my estimate listed Delivery Type: Immediately with the first available delivery date as May 1. Its now May 19, and I still do not have my belongings.I was told my delivery would be on May 1. Then it was May 2 and I hadn't heard anything and it'd be 4 days. Then I was told my items were already in ******* but couldnt be delivered due to rain. After that, I was told "4 more days." That same promise has been ***eated three times with no follow-through.Ive been lied to, dismissed, and ignored. The staff has been unbelievably rude:****** gives robotic, copy-paste answers and avoids real updates. Sometimes ***lies in all caps.***** literally yelled at me and hung up when I asked for help.Destini was cold and unhelpful.***, the mover, was rude and smoked cigarettes near my belongings.*******, the *** who booked me, made big promises and vanished once I paid. A classic snake oil salesman.I've lived for weeks without my bed, clothes, or furniture. Ive cried on the phone. Ive begged for answers. Ive received nothing. I paid $4,178 for a service they still havent delivered. My estimate, emails, and screenshots show clear evidence of a ********* NOT trust this company. Their practices are cruel and deceptive. If you value your sanity and your stuff, look elsewhere. This has been the worst experience of my life.

    They are not even worth 1 star!I worked with a *** named *******.I point blanked asked him if they were the actual movers and he said yes, lie, lie, lie...I found out once the real movers got to my house that they were the brokers and the money I paid down went to the broker(Swift ***************************************************** not the movers and I owed and additional $4300 on top of the brokers fee of 2300!Now the movers...Relo Van Lines...told me I would receive my stuff 7 to 14 days after pick up, another lie! Now they are not sure!??,I've called the brokers(Swift) multiple times and asked them fix the problem since they are responsible for this mess. Now are telling me 3 to 10 days,It's already been 9 days since the pick up!I should have down a ****** search on Swift shift Van lines...expensive ****** learned!

    These movers worked together so well; you would have thought you were watching a well-oiled machine. My dining room chairs which I believed were impossible to pack safely were professionally packed and loaded with no scratch. Not to mention, they were so nice and easy to speak with. Cant recommend more calling them!

    -5! This is a low ********************* I was Looking for a free estimate as advertised today call started out well with ******* ******* but as more info was collected and his pricing and credits were being spewed out he kept asking if he was wasting my time? I said no but I need to discuss this pricing with my family before jumping in and I need other quotes as well as I just started this process he said again (very pushy and sarcastic) am I wasting time? I again said send me the quote so I can review etc He continued to be pushy so I told him to forget it if I need to commit at that moment and I hung up! I then received a text off of the original text message he sent with his business card info that I was a rude lady customer becoming rude and demanding! ******* was the demanding ahole!! I responded that he was very pushy he then stated I was uneducated! I have all in text ! This company is a scam I believe they put their own 5 star reviews to negate the negative ones! If I could attach the screen shot I would! !

    The team delivered useful advice and came precisely at the agreed time and maintained orderly arrangements throughout the process. My main worry about damage and loss was eliminated because everything remained intact. I am extremely pleased about selecting them for the job.

    Swift ************************************************* LLC performed an outstanding long-distance moving service for me. The movers maintained excellent communication during the move and my things reached their destination on schedule without any damage. The only drawback was that a novice mover required assistance from the team leader yet everything stayed intact.
