    The two men showed there on a tie and didn't stop working until the moving out and moving in operations were completed 12 hours later. Consistently kind and helpful.

    There are many moving companies with big names, but Swift Shift Van Lines LLC is the best! Richard was excellent at communicating and organizing our move, and he answered questions quickly, even after hours. The movers were efficient, polite, and didn’t damage our walls. They also took apart and put together furniture, and their pricing was very reasonable.

    Talked my husband into a non refundable deposit without being transparent in their costs and services, pressured him to sign quickly without reading the fine print. They also stated they would price match any other movers with an additional 10% discount, then when we got a price estimate for 2/3 of the cost and sent them it for a price match, they became angry on a phone call and said the estimate didnt have sufficient information even though we sent them an exact copy of the estimate we were provided. They then accidentally let it slip that it was the SAME company who they had sub contracted for our move. Total scam and theft of deposit.

    We are unsure what this is about ... we have the customer scheduled for her move 8/3-8/4 with a call tomorrow to go over a final inventory list... We are doing everything contract states.

    Two men showed up and moved 3 heavy dressers from the second floor to our garage. They were careful with the dressers and the walls as they worked. We were pleased with the job!

    My experience with them was what I had hoped for they were responsive from the start, communicative along the way, and got the job done well. I explained what I needed and they met my expectations. They did a great job!

    This company is bait and switch. They quoted me one price, and the total cost was almost double. They contract with ******************************** who showed up in a truck that was literally duct-taped together on the front end. They ratchet-strapped our tv and used it to hold everything in the truck. They failed to meet the delivery date and tried to hold our belongings hostage unless we paid an additional $1800 for delivery - on top of the remainder of the contract. These guys are indeed brokers, not movers. And they will play hot potato with the responsibility when they don't live up to the contract terms. They hung up on us 4 times when we tried to file a claim for the broken items and failure to meet contract terms. I do not recommend their services for anyone at all.

    The customer was charged accordingly for the items moved per the contract signed. The movers are licensed and insured as well. 

     

    Items were not held hostage per the contract customer pays prior to unloading. 

     

    We can provide insurance claims information to the customer for the damaged items.

    The last moving company I hired was extremely unprofessional and unorganized and that is why I decided to switch to Swift Shift Van Lines LLC on a friends recommendation. It most definitely did have a positive outcome for me. The staff was well-qualified and extremely attentive towards my instructions and their movers were no less. They made sure I was satisfied with how things were being handled. Their customer service is top-tier!

    Companies response to everything is its in the contract and its on the website. Id love to see where in fine print on the website it states they are brokers, as everything *** read says theyre movers. We all know how fast this company was to capture your signature and lock in the rate. No one is arguing the legal details that are in the paperwork, theyre complaining about how shady this company is. My calls can be reviewed and theyll hear that my MAIN concern was pricing. A fluctuation is understandable, but doubling is not. This company lacks ethics and transparency and then wants to gaslight the customer into thinking its entirely their fault. Read the website yourself, movers. Reality, brokers. Brokers who brokered a pretty terrible deal. So, theyre not even good at that part either. Do better.
