  They called me when I was looking to move from ** to **. They said they were part of Swift Trucking and that my stuff would be there in 14 business days or less. Then 21 days. Also it was double price due to 5 extra boxes and 3 cat scratchers. They said Oh well we never said those things they committed fraud. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

  If I could leave a zero I would. This is by far the worst experience with movers and the brokers most importantly. The broker is a complete liar and fraud and oddly enough I cant even get back in touch with him. We have missing items, they are trying to locate meanwhile our child has no bed. In addition the movers smell like weed so did all of our belongings. They say they drug test the drivers which is hard to believe.They dont tell you about inventory until the drivers get to your home, they tell you its a flat rate when it is not. They love Venmo because once you send it youre stuck you cant stop the payment or anything. DO NOT USE THEM.

  We are unsure of these problems arising as the customer never mentioned any of this to our company. Customer mentioned she was missing items on delivery and we did inform the team of the missing items and they are looking for them, meanwhile we did provide claims information to the customer for insurance purposes.

  I'm at a loss for words, they're a complete scam. I needed to move on Thursday, and when I called them, they asked for a deposit of around $800, insisting I connect directly to my bank account. I refused and said I would pay with my credit card instead (I've never heard of a company asking for a deposit directly from a checking account). They then told me they would charge 10% more if I used a credit card, and I agreed, ultimately paying $946.22.I spoke with ***** *****, the **************** Representative, and asked if the deposit would be refundable if I needed to cancel after exploring other optionswhich is something anyone would do to get the best price when moving. She assured me it would be refundable, and I asked her the same question three times to be sure. Each time, she confirmed it was refundable, but I needed to call her today since the move was scheduled for Wednesday/Thursday (they dont even provide an exact date, which is another red flag).I called back 30 minutes later to cancel after finding a better price. They transferred me to billing, where someone picked up the phone and yelled, "Didn't you read the contract? You're canceling within five days, and your money isn't refundable." I yelled back, saying, "The customer service *** told me it was refundable, and I confirmed it with her three times. I'm calling just 30 minutes later, so I'm not late." I then told him I would ***ort their fraudulent practices to my bank. After that, he messaged me the following:"Maam your bank cant help you once we send them the contract and cancellation policy you signed you are going to lose the dispute I know it 100% if you want to tell me how low the price you got was I may be able to help you". I handled the situation with my bank, proving he was wrong. I'm just speechlessI can't believe what they put me through. I'm not letting this slide, and I will warn everyone about this company.

  I encourage anyone thats thinking of using Swift ************************************************* to quickly change your mind!!! They get your money and dont show up! I have read online that they target widows and elderly people which is exactly who I am!! I have a very ********** and my move was costing me more than I ever planned on spending. My buyers for my home broke our contract so now Im not moving. This Swift Shift refuses to refund my $500. What happened to me by not moving now is completely out of my control. But after the way they just treated me over the phone, I wouldnt dare let them move me. I had rented a truck, I just wanted them to supply me experienced loaders. Trust me, the company will be your worst nightmare!!! SO DISHONEST!!

  If zero stars was an option I would give them zero stars. **** made everything seem like it was going to be easy during our stressful move across the country. First of all when the movers got there our end prices ended up being double what they had quoted us. At this point we had to pay it. We got told no hidden fees when there were thousands of dollars in hidden fees. We got told the items would be delivered in 4-8 days. We are now 13 days in with no estimated delivery date and just found out that we have to pay extra when the movers decide to arrive with our products because they only cover walking up the first EIGHT stairs. We are located on the second floor and our staircase has 13 stairs. That is if they ever decided to show up with our items. I normally dont post any negative reviews on anything let alone bringing it to social media but at this point Im giving them a week to get me my items before I do bring it to my platforms which are not small By any means.

  From the start of the estimate process all the way to the completion of the relocation, they are precise, polite, professional, and efficient. Despite merging two sites into one, the staff transferred everything without a hitch. they worked long hours and did not stop until they finished. Fantastic!

  This business is scamming me. No return calls, no furniture. Picked up july 1. Lead to belive it would follow me to my home . I've been told I didn't give a ship date. I did. I've been told my stuff is in ********* or ****** . I've been told waiting for dispatch. No return calls. Paid 1300 upfront to swift. I'm really upset and will be checking with an attorney. This is ridiculous.

  I was trying to inquire about moving and one of their representatives, ***********************, literally called me a f****** a****** I have read some bad reviews but I have no idea how theyre considered a business guys when they treat potential customers like that. Theyre hiring babies with tantrums that treat customers like garbage.
