    This moving experience stood out because of the movers friendliness. They greeted us with smiles and were polite throughout the day. They took extra care with our old, heavy piano, securing it properly and navigating it through tight spaces without a scratch. They even made sure our pets belongings were easily accessible during the move.

    ****** from start to finish. The salesman quoted me a bottom-line price he said would be the most I'd pay, but the fine print in the contract I received said charges could be more depending on any number of reasons. , but after reading.On 9/20 received contract estimate On 9/20 paid a (supposedly refundable) deposit of ~$2,000 NOTE: the policy stated that contracts canceled w/in 48 hours would have their deposit returned On 9/20 I sent them an email formally canceling my request. SwiftShift NOW REFUSES TO RETURN MY MONEY.

    U-Haul bailed on me last minute. I called Swift . They had some availability. I spoke with ****** and he had me all set up in under an hour Send me an estimate I was very thorough And Even contacted me on TV boxes and mattress covers.They took it was a very desperate situation and made it a pleasant experience They were fast but also great performance The disassembly Wrapping padding and protecting Of my furniture and reassembly and staging of my new house was amazing The way they secured everything in the truck is very impressive Definitely going be recommending to family and friends.

    I have done several over priced moves. My cousin recommended Swift shift van lines so I called and got a quote of a fair price. customer service was great and delivery right in the window the rep estimated When the movers showed up were Fast efficient and they did a really good job at delivery as well Between The way they wrapped my items and protected everything to the way they set everything up for me in the end. If I could give 6 stars I would

    Total s*** show from the very beginning! I told them everything I needed to move and they quoted me $4000 and then when they called again to talk about what I had to move, they said they made a mistake and it was gonna be $7000 so I had to pay that and then when the movers came, they said that they were not paid enough and that I did not buy enough space in their truck and I had to move with only half of my stuff and then I ended up having to buy a U-Haul and go get the rest of my stuff and by the time this was all done. I ended up spending $9000. Ive heard many many people having the same experience with them after letting others know to avoid this scam company.

    I spoke to **** and was skeptical about signing anything without speaking to my family first. **** eventually transferred me to **** who assured me that I could cancel within ***** hours and would receive a refund if my family did not agree. He (****) also gave me his direct line to call him back and it turned out to be a car dealership, it wasn't even his number. I cancelled the order and now am told that my deposit is not refundable because they have already assigned it to a carrier. Also, once you place an order I was told it was not possible to speak with the salesperson, that only customer service can help you.

    Buyer beware! I was contacted by a representative of Swift ************************************************* after a search for help with a move that would be taking place within the week. I spoke with customer representative **** who provided an estimate for the move. I asked for time to compare other companies at which time I was informed they would hold a reservation for me with a deposit which would be refunded if I found movers who could beat their estimate as long as the cancellation was within 48 hours of our agreement. Based on this, I gave a deposit to hold my place and continue my search. After my conversation, I continued my search and found movers with a lower estimate. I had also done a search of Swift ************************************************* and saw the numerous complaints with the BBB regarding deceptive business practices. I called the company and also sent an email cancelling the moving services and requested that my deposit not be processed. I was told by phone that they would not process my payment. Swift Shift processed my payment in less than 24 hours. A call to customer service for request of a refund was met with them (******, who claimed she was the manager) informing me that since my move was less than 5 days from the time of my cancellation I was not entitled to a refund. A note to the wise: Read your contract carefully because sure enough that was part of the contract. **** left that small bit out when I expressed my desire to continue my search for movers. Good business practice would have been to refund my deposit given that there was less than 12 hours from the time of my signing it to my cancellation. Do NOT give this company your money unless you are absolutely sure you want to work with them and please do your research. Hard ****** learned.

    I have moved 11 times as an adult and this company has by far been the worst Ive used. I was referred to Swift Shift from a friend, however, our experiences were completely different. I was told by my sales *** and another source at Swift Shift that my move would be either same day or next day delivery. When no one contacted me about delivery times for next day I called the delivery dispatch number and was quickly told that deliveries can take up to 7 business days, and that they only do next day for an additional fee if it has been worked out ahead of time. This woman was rude and rushed me off the phone. After, I called Swift Shift and was told same thing, and was advised that their salesmen arent accountable for accurately ***resenting delivery windows. I had made sure that moving over Labor Day weekend wasnt going to be an issue with delivery with my sales *** ahead of time as well. My move ended up being delivered 5 days later due to the holiday weekend. I was charged an elevator fee even though my sales *** said there wasnt one, and I had a larger glass poster frame completely broken. I do not recommend using this company. I have never heard from my sales *** after he made the sale, the phone number in his signature goes straight to Swift Shift customer service, not his line. I am still working to submit a claim for the broken frame.

    We do apologize about the delay in delivery,  we do our best to accommodate everyone's availability for delivery but unfortunately we just cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

    Swift Shift Van Lines L.L.C. loaded and unloaded all my furniture really fast! They wrapped each piece and secured them in the truck. They were quick and careful with everything from my table to my guitar. They helped plug in appliances as well. They were thorough and impressive. Great job!

    Movers in the past were awful, but this company was different! This was the easiest move ever. The team was on time, polite, and very efficient. They packed everything quickly and carefully using good materials. They respected my property and time. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
