    Terrible. Liars. Cheaters. Scammers. They will steal your money and lie to you. Do not give these people any money or any information, and make sure you warn others not to use them.

    RUN FOR THE HILLS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They lied multiple times over the phone stating you can cancel within 48hrs. I tried to cancel within 24hrs yet they told me it was nonrefundable. I had one Sales **** ******, tell me I can cancel no questions asked during my booking which was a lie. I had Ally from customer service say I never canceled it because I never called customer service yet in the cancelation policy it never stated that. Another lie. I had ******* a manager of customer service say he will refund me and call me back when its done. That clearly never happened. Another lie. I had another manager ******, say she will listen to the calls since I was told so many different things. She never did. Again, another lie. They say they can put in request but nothing happens with said request. This entire company is a ****! Also notice this company doesnt respond to the reviews, as they ALSO know that what they are doing is wrong.

    Per the cancellation policy, the deposit is forfeited when the carrier is assigned to the move.

    Sad to report that my ***** was tricked by this company. Please do NOT book with them. This is a SCAM. He placed a deposit with the company and was promised the option to refund the deposit within 48 hours if we changed our minds. Little did we know they would claim that this refund was not possible when we went to cancel because of something in the fine print. The lack of communication and honesty about this deposit put us in a tight spot financially as we are trying to move out of state and now out $1000+. Thanks for nothing!

    As soon they take deposit for the service, Theyre not gonna give you back .Was no inventory made for delivery When they came to my house, they raised the price 3 times more for delivery. Never recommend this company for anybody. They are very rude and tells you : youre not going to get your money back goodbye! I hope the Better Business Bureau will help me to get my money back!

    They are not honest on the phone. It is a fact that they do not verbally inform you that they are a Broker for moving services; it is written in their lengthy estimate under terms and conditions in Section 4 & 5 after a detailed review, and who reads every detail on those; and the review was done because we felt mistreated by the agent. The agent that we dealt with never stated the fact that they are a Broker. The agent stated they would move our stuff and it would be stored at their facility in the state we were moving to; when in fact the mover that showed up stated that our belongings were being stored in another state. The agent was given a verbal detailed list of the items to move; but the agent grossly under estimated the cubic footage and stated that they follow the Department of Transportation Guidelines for estimating size of items; which I highly doubt that they do, nor do they strive to be better and more accurate with their estimates. They fail to do better because they pass the blame and responsibility to the mover that actually does the move or The ****************************. The mover showed up at 815pm and we attempted to contact Swift ************************************************* with no success in order to dispute and cancel the agreement; however we were afraid of losing the deposit. Losing the deposit to this excuse for a company appears highly likely.

    This company is horrible. We booked a moving van with them not knowing they were a broker. They did not inform us they were a broker. After 24 hours we saw all the reviews on BBB and other platforms and knew we had to cancel and try to get our $1000 deposit back. They have a 48 cancelation policy in their contract. Their customer service rep, *******, screamed at my husband and told him it was out of his hands and that he had no control over the situation when we tried to cancel. They refused to give us our money back and said that "services had been rendered". I called again and was told that we would be getting a refund and they would be sending an email to confirm it. After not receiving this email I called again and another rude "customer service" rep answered. ******* also said that he would not speak to him and told him "your wife wears the pants in the relationship, I'll only talk to her" when my husband is the one who held the contract with them. They kept saying they would send it to billing with no contact info or communication at all to billing. I doubt I will ever see that money again. This business is a joke, and they should not be allowed to do business in my opinion. Run from this company, don't walk. I can't even imagine the low life people they have working at this place, never in my life have I ever encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect while trying to work with a company.

    I was quoted $3716 for a one bedroom apartment worth of stuff to move from ********** to ************. On my pick up day, with all the extra charges, my new total was $5900. Additionally, I paid for the white glove service and the movers showed up with 6 boxes after confirming during the quality call that they would be bringing 33 boxes - the loaders sent ME out to go buy more! I was not informed that this was just a broker company.

    I was investigating using a moving service for a move from ******* to ********. I was quoted $2038 and ended up paying $3308 between the initial deposit, the random fees that were added in during pick up, and then extra fees added at drop off. When I booked with this company, they did not inform me they were a broker so a company I had never heard of in my life (United ********************************* came to pick everything up. There were fees for the "long carry" and "elevator fees" and these ended up costing me hundreds extra. When I originally took the call from this company for a quote they did not ask me about any of these things when providing me the original quote. The company promised me a November 2nd delivery date which is what I trusted and made plans around. My furniture did not arrive until November 12th. My mattress and TV stand went missing, and they forgot to even record on the inventory that I had a TV stand. If you use this company be prepared for the company they hire to lose some of your things, that seems to be a normal standard for them. Additionally, they broke the leg of my nightstand and the drawer wont open effectively rendering it useless.I feel lied to and I feel that this company does not care about quality. Please do your research when booking movers, and use a reputable company. Swift ************************************************* is not one.

    This is the worst company to ever use for hauling anything. They lied, they are scammers. Told me my price was going to be ******* when the driver came to pickup he said it was going to be 5-6 thousand more dollar's, It was only going from ********* to ****. I said h*** no. My deposit of ***** hundred dollars they can stick it up their *****. The worst people Ive ever met. Never once said they were a broker. The guy came with the wrong size truck and was going to deliver to a warehouse in ****************** which would sit for 2 to 4 weeks until they had a truck going to ****. Please dont uses these people this was Nov. 10, 2024.

    We scheduled a move two months in advance. We were told they were the same company as the Swift trucking company that is very reputable. We advised them we have a three bedroom 2000+sqft home and were quoted $6000+/- for a move across four states. After booking and paying well over $2k for a deposit they became impossible to get in touch with/get answers to questions. They were supposed to call and verify a final inventory which didnt happen. The day of the move comes and the guys that show up tell us we only had 900sqft allocated on the truck. We were shook! Then we were blamed for the error in their calculations and there was nothing that could be done. We could end up paying between $15-20k for the move or be out our deposit. We canceled them and paid the movers a $350 cancel fee. which they only accepted Zelle or cash for. Now we are scrambling to find a way to move our stuff and cant hire anyone else without the deposit back. They are a fraud company, who purposely reduced the home size we told them wed have to move, in order to charge outrageous fees because we had so much more than they put.
